I’ve been here several times through the years. I stopped going because there was only 1 tech that I loved, all others had bad attitudes. But they topped it the other day when in a rush I dropped my teen daughter off for a full set. When I returned to get her they were polishing her. She picked a very light pink that we all know usually takes a few coats to look good. However the guy was trying to finish her up with terrible streaks so I suggested another coat, that did not help. So I advised maybe it’s the polish but we would need to pick a new color. He was NOT HAPPY about this. I don’t care because I’m not paying for a full set to look like I polished it at home! Then he went on and said, I expect too much! I took pictures of the nails and went to ask a manager to have someone else finish her set. Of course the lady up front also was bothered that I was complaining. When she went to ask him about it they spoke in Vietnamese and I asked them to speak in English so that I can understand. He showed me and said to talk to her! He also mumbled something under his breath and when I asked se real times to repeat himself he just said, “NOTHING! “. I went in for a full set they came out nicely except , it's been 1 week and 2 nails have fallen off. The process was different than what I have gotten other places. The girl I had used a huge amount of super glue to where it dripped onto my skin and had my fingers stuck together. After she had my nails on I wanted to cut them shorter and she said with the shape the shorter I cut the worse it would look. So in all honesty I didn't really get what I went for. Read Less

They gave us a hard time about the color we wanted to pick. If you want a regular pedi you are very limited to the colors and if you choose a nice one they charge you $5 more but won't tell you until you're sitting in the chair with your feet soaked. There are no signs stating that "certain" nail polish colors are extra. I would think that paying $18 for a regular pedi would include the nail polish. These surprise fees are BS and get real annoying. I also didn't appreciate all the employees eye balling and judging me like I'm in the wrong. Finally. They have chrome polish! Available. Their spa chairs were decent, too. I had a lady that was new. However, best damned manicure I've had in ages. Gel wasn't gooped at the end, & rather than make light of my request, which was to round off naturally instead of square shaped, she did so & they turned out fabulous. My pedicure was delightful. I am very disappointed with my visit to Euro Nails. First, the young man Adam who was going my nails argued with me when I told him he did not drill my left hand as if I would benefit from him doing it twice. He spent more time arguing with me than he did drilling the hand he missed. I showed him a picture of what I wanted. It was a soft pink with one nail a little darker with a metallic finish. He polished my nails all the same color and added a lacquer to one of the nails. The polish looked like a toddler had applied it but apparently he did not care. I didn't even bother to tell him that he didn't apply the top coat to one of my hands because he probably would have argued that he did. Needless to say I would not recommend you spending your time or money here. Getting your nails done should be a positive and relaxing experience and Euro Nails does not offer that.... at least Adam don't. Read Less

This was my first time coming here and probably my absolute last. I usually go to this nail salon in Orange because I've been going there for years but felt confident enough to go here since I live in the area. I've called a few nail salons before deciding to go here because the lady I spoke to was the friendliest over the phone and they had good ratings when I googled them. I knew I should've checked yelp first. Granted I came in the day after thanksgiving and I was a walk in around 615pm, all the manicurists/pedicurists were busy (there were only about 5 of them). I asked the receptionist or whatever how much a manicure & pedicure gel was and she told me $31. I was fine with it so I signed in with my name and what I wanted. She told me to pick out my nail polish which i did - I don't like that their nail polish isn't so organized - and she told me when I'm done picking to sit at seat #2. So I sat there waiting for almost an hour and they didn't even fill the water up so I can soak my feet - I WAS LITERALLY JUST SITTING THERE. I should've taken that as a red flag and left. The receptionist finally realized it and filled my tub with water and I was assisted by Tommy for my pedicure. He offered me a water and from what I understand, you get a complimentary drink - I saw the other customers with iced coffee so I was wondering why I didn't get offered that but whatever I'll take the water. He did a good job, I got the callous pedicure and scrubbed my feet very well. Once he was done he told me to sit at the air dry table and I was confused because I asked for a gel manicure too. So I asked Tommy if I'm getting my manicure and he said the receptionist didn't tell him I wanted a manicure because she "didn't know"....... You didn't know? I asked how much it was when I walked in PLUS I signed in with what I wanted done. He just chalked it up to she probably didn't listen well and he apologized. I told him its ok and in my head that was red flag #2... I then realized HE didn't listen either because he gave me regular nail polish when I wanted and told him GEL... Apparently he doesnt listen either and by that time it was already 745pm, red flag #3 and I was over that place. Had an awesome experience here. I was serviced quickly. Had a nail tech doing my nails while I was getting my pedi done. They were both friendly and offered great service. I am happy with the result. They also offer you a complimentary beverage! I love having options I colors and the types of pedicures which they offered. They also didn’t rush in their work. I don't know how I really feel about the place. I am sure that I won't be going back. I walked into 6 minutes after 9:30 and there were already 9 people sitting in chairs getting worked on. So being busy you would think they were good. Well, I started to pay attention and read the pink signs that they had displayed throughout the shop about tipping and what they could get for $2.95 and it was unsettling to see that. As you entered the shop to sign in, waited at the booth to dry your nails and at every manicure/arylic nail station. Then the lady I had did not speak English and really looked down upon my feet. I scrub my own callus off weekly and yet made me feel dirty which I am not. She did not even massage/rub my feet well or even scrub my feet. I went this one time cause I was at the gym next door. It was my second time into Euro nails, the last time the smell of acetone was so strong I excused myself. Anyway I came in to remove my acrylic nails and get a manicure. I was greeted and told to choose a color and waited for over 20 minutes. Another customer walked in about 15 minutes after I did, signed in and was immediately assisted. I didn't make a scene but the manicurist was rude once I had gotten to his station. He asked if I wanted a manicure or just removed and I responded that if the manicure was too much trouble then removal would be fine. Once he removed them he excused me and I felt that most of the frustration could have been avoided had they told me an estimated time and communicated from the beginning. My daughter and I are loyal customers. We have been coming every few weeks since they opened. Today we asked for powder gel. My daughter had hers removed and reapplied. The cost 26 dollars. I had clean nails. Mine was done by a man who did not speak English at all. I also don't think he had done this before. First off he hurt my hands, very rough. Ending in left over polish on my fingers. My cost 35. We told older son he said "that is the price". We explained the situation and he said "sorry". We said we are good customers this is not right. Extremely disappointed. My mom and I were bi weekly visitors, they even knew our names and occupations. All of our family goes here and friends, NEVER again.Today we were treated extremely disrespectful. We both wanted the same manicure set that I had previously done. Mine turned out great but watching my mom with a gentleman doing her nails, he was extremely aggressive and I could tell she was in pain. He was doing the opposite of what she had asked and even changed her color that she did not want.In the end mine turned out okay, nothing special but my moms looks TERRIBLE as if a kid did them. Then to top it off she was charged $12 more than mine..... I went to the owner and told her and her son how bad they look and that she wanted my exact nails and got what looks like a two year old did. They didn't even apologize or care and acted like we were in the wrong. Then my mom and I said we will not be back and we go every two week, they didn't care. Was that worth loosing avid customers for? We have since told our friends and family members about our unsatisfactory time and they have now lost multiple customers. I paid $30 for a very basic mani/pedi that was not worth the price. I went on a Friday as a walk-in. The extra star is for the ladies being very polite. Honestly if I could give this place no stars I would. I first originally came here like about 2 years ago and loved the service and the way they did my nails. I have been consistently getting my nails done with them within the past couple of months every visit had been unpleasant. I would keep going in hopes that maybe it was just the nail tech. Well today was the the day where the straw broke the camels back. I went in for a pedicure and full set like I usually do. My pedicure came out un even and she missed a spot to paint. The man doing my nails could not communicate at all with me I had to ask other ladies to translate. When removing my previous nails he ripped my skin and made me bleed. He apologized and I was ok with it because I know how difficult it can be to remove nails. Then he sat me down once my pedicure was done and I had to tell him more than twice to remove some acrylic because they were to thick. He then began with his drill set and cut my cuticles and made me bleed on 2 fingers. I was so upset I have never had this bad of service here. I will no longer be coming back. I know a few other people that I have recommended in the past that have also told me they stopped going a long time ago because their work was no good. Don't come here! Read Less

I went here as a treat with my daughter yesterday for the first time for pedicures.  When we walked in,  they were extremely busy. We were told it would be a little while. We were told to pick out our colors. They have a large selection to choose from and great variety. The seats in the front were full so we stood for a few minutes waiting either to be called or for seats to open up. Seats opened up first. The owner or manager kept checking on us, which was sweet. We told her we wanted to sit together so we could talk. She came to get us the second there were two seats side by side. The massaging chair was incredible.  I have not had one that I could adjust to my exact liking, but this one I could. I absolutely love the fact that they have plastic liners in the bowl for the pedicures. It felt like they cared about the cleanliness of the salon and about the sanitary environment they provide for their customers. I showed my technician the design I wanted for my big toe. Simple flowers with dots going up the side. She did a beautiful job of recreating it.  I also had my brows waxed for the first time. My technician assured me that she would just clean up my existing brow line without altering the shape. It came out perfectly. I usually get my brows threaded, but I'd neglected them for a while and wanted to try the waxing. My daughter and I were both pleased and will go back again. Read Less

First time here, and DEFINITELY THE LAST. Currently here and regretting every second. I had a fast and half assed pedicure which included removing nail polish, some filing and a 30 second massage. I've been coming to this nail shop for a couple of years and it is the best shop! Everyone is so friendly and I've never had an issue with any of the employees, they've all done such a great job. I have been going to Euro nails for the past 2 years. They've always given great service and beautiful nails. But this last time I went was a day before Valentine's Day and they did the worst job. It was a younger guy that did my nails. He didn't say a word to me and it was awkward. I was rushed out. It looks like my nails needed a fill after the next day. Here's a picture of my nails 4 days after and they look absolutely gross. I was going to give them a call and ask if they can can redo them but I read a review that someone already did that a few days after they got their nails done and they told them they couldn't help them. My thing as a small business owner is that people are paying YOU to do your JOB and go to you for a great experience. If it doesn't get done RIGHT you should fix it!! Read Less

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Me and my 2 friends went in a couple of days ago, 2 of us were getting fills while 1 was getting a full set. Everything seemed okay, the shop had very interesting decor but other than that it was okay. When we were done with our nails we were somewhat content other than the fact their gel nail polish is very thin and even after 2 coats it was very light and somewhat patchy. After a few days we all noticed our gel acrylic nails were turning BLACK!!!!! I am not sure what gel polish Euro nails is using but I am pretty sure it should not be turning black after just a few days. On top of that my nails started chipping THE SAME DAY I got them done. We also noticed that out nails are weirdly growing out very fast, after 4 days we already feel like we need fills. Needless to say, we will not ever be going back because of the cheap quality. I wouldn't even give this place a starI have come here a handful of times and the service was just okay as far as the people being friendly but they always did my nails the way I liked. This past weekend I talked my husband into getting a pedicure with me and he didNOW a couple days later, he has a REALLY bad infection on his big toe. Reason being this place does NOT use the individual packaging for their pedicures they use the same tools on everyone! I do not recommend going here to anyone looking for a sanitary salon. Decided to try this salon again since they now use liners in the pedicure bowls and I happened to be in the area. Last experience was a few years back and resulted in a toenail infection, not pleasant. Walked in at 10:30am without an appointment and was immediately helped. Mani and pedi were done simultaneously which saved me a great deal of time considering I took forever to choose colors from their vast selection!Very satisfied with the quality of work on my gel mani for $25 with a design for an extra $5 and standard pedicure which is only $15 M-TH 9am-noon.
