I love this place! The quality is top notch- if you are looking for a salon where you are in and out in under 30 mins, this is not the place. The techs take their time to make sure your nails are exceptional. I appreciate that the standards are set high.I work a crazy schedule and only have Sundays off, but I gladly take a day off to pay 7 and Rose a visit at least once a month. I had asked to be scheduled with someone who has expertise in nail art and was given an appointment with Erica. When I got to the salon I was greeted immediately. Good vibes from the entire staff right from the start. Erica (my manicurist) is a younger gal and I was amazed by the level of professionalism from her. My husband and I went to the nail salon over the weekend and upon entering the shop seemed nice and we noticed a dog on the couch. The manager was accommodating because we did not have an appointment. However, the dog bit my husband on the arm. The manager put the dog away. While sitting with my feet in the tub of water, the dog came up to me and proceeded to bite me on the arm. The owner seemed aloof and didn't seem to understand my concerns over a huge dog being in the salon, let alone putting my entire forearm into its mouth. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I am so pleased with the customer service that I received from this nail shop. I feel like I made a friend in the owner and all the pets he had. They love him, which speaks volumes on what kind of person he his. The actual technician was A+ and did my ANC dip powder perfectly. I had to tip her before hand to ease her mind because of how pleasant everything was. I hope they expand all The way across the states to VA So that all my friends can experience such a great time. I was in town visiting my boyfriends family and found this place on yelp. Requested an appointment and heard back right away from Hamed who was very sweet. Went in for a pedicure and was really impressed and in awe of this salon and spa. It's so tranquil and I love the esthetic. Different from other nail salons but unique and dynamic, I really enjoyed the environment. The employees were all friendly and welcoming. I know I'm a bit late on writing my review buuuuuut I've been searching for a good nail place in riverside for months and I stumbled onto this place on yelp and I read all the reviews and I just had to check it out for myself. I had messaged the owner on yelp for this salon and I asked him to set an appointment up for a Saturday and he replied very quickly. I arrived at the salon and I was greeted at the door. I didn't wait very long maybe about five minutes and they took me in the back and they sat me down with Krystal. She was amazing she did wonders on my nails ! She even tended to my cuticles! My sister and I went last week for manicured and pedicures and were really impressed with the service. It's a funky and eclectic place, but everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable, including offering delicious Persian tea. The facilities were clean and the girls did a very thorough job on our nails. I like that it didn't feel like an assembly line where they're just trying to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Booked an appointment, when I arrived I was greeted by the owner. Beautiful salon. Clean and quiet which definitely sets it apart from any regular nail shop. There was a long wait, but the owner offered water, tea and a very delicious mimosa. Aya I believe was my nail technicians name. I have her card somewhere and will update if incorrect. This place was a find! If you can find it, you will be greatly rewarded! The place is so nice, so clean, and so friendly! Not once did anybody speak any foreign language, tools were autoclaved, and things that cannot be sterilized were single use. Love the atmosphere and people were very attentive. I have never been to a nail salon like this one, it's more like a boutique with a menu of what you want. Very nice atmosphere, nice and quiet, or you can talk and have a pleasant conversation.
