This nail salon never lets me down. I usually go here for pedicures on my lunch break since I work in town and have a hard time finding a break for myself outside work hours. The pedicures are always so relaxing and include a hot stone massage. I recently went for a gel mani/pedi and asked for a special airbrush design for my trip to Hawaii. They did. It disappoint!! I called in the morning on a weekday for a pedicure and they were able to get me in that afternoon.  They were a little busy so even though it says walk-ins welcome, if you want to make sure you can get in and out, I'd make an appointment.  The service was great, friendly and good quality. Looking for a new nail salon, I looked on Yelp and discovered that this place had a lot of good reviews! So I went ahead and went inside. Definitely not busy on a Wednesday at 4:30 PM. Lucky for me!I was very impressed with the quality of service that I received from David. He is the owner's son. It is just the two of them (David and his mother) working, which I find endearing. The customers coming in were very familiar with them. You could tell that there is a good rapport between the clients and the owners. David spoke English well, which I like; it makes communicating so much easier and less awkward. I was very specific about what I wanted, and he accommodated me in every way. He was very professional and thorough, and while his work was done quickly, it was also done excellently.A manicure with shellac nail polish cost $25, which I found to be worth every penny. I plan on making this my new nail place here in Ripon! I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and highly recommend it to anybody else looking for a nail salon. You can walk in for appointments, like I did today, or you can make appointments with David as well. I went ahead and made an appointment for this upcoming December 21st, right before Christmas, to get a manicure and pedicure! I can't wait to see how my pedicure will turn out! Read Less

Definitely wish there was more people working at the other nail salons like these two. Mom and son both amazing customer service! So visiting family in the area and bae went to the shooting range so I decided on getting my usual gel mani near by and this is walking distance like 4 stores down! Walking in no customers in sight! Cool we'd be helped right away! The son took me and mom too my friend who was getting a pedicure. I did take my baby with me and was skeptical but I had done my research prior on newborns and nail salons so I was well prepared. He began filing down the gel I had and then cutting, as my baby began to cry, he was super understanding and told me to hold my baby it was okay he'd wait. While I was soothing my baby a regular customer walked in and he told me he would help her while I attended my baby, okay with me! I ended up giving baby to my friend since she could hold him while she got her pedicure. The mom then came over and wrapped my gel nails. And couple minutes later the son came and removed the gel and gave me the water to soak them. All while he still assisted the other customer! They did some serious teamwork! I didn't ever wait too long alone and I could say the same for the other 2. They are super nice too we talked about our children and he was also a new parent so we had alot to talk about lol. I went in without an appointment to fix what was left of my nails. I didn't need a fill yet but one nail had come off completely and six of them had polish peeled off. Customer service was awesome and the gentleman was very understanding. He perfectly shaped and polished them and was patient with the fact that I wanted a different color on each nail. Unfortunately his wife who does designs was not there so I told him no worries I'd do it myself at home. The salon was clean and tidy and over all it was a good experience. Read Less

Ok, I never write reviews but had to write one after my experience today. Customer service is truly great. Went in today for a fill on a set I got at another shop. My nails had been lifting, breaking and one actually tore off the nail bed. The technician took one look and them after I told him my story and removed all the crap from my nails and managed to repair what was left of the torn one. He was quick but very attentive to detail and got the shape and length absolutely perfect. Salon was clean and tidy. Read Less

Great place! The customer service was awesome! They are super nice and helpful. My nails look great! The only con I have is that they don't have many colors for gel nails. However, I will most likely always come back here. Can't wait to get a pedi -- she was massaging another lady in there and it looked AMAZING! And I don't know why it has 3 $'s. I am not from the area and was here to visit my parents and I was desperate to get a gel fill.  I am SOOOO happy I found this place!  I honestly wish this place was closer to my house because it would be my #1 go to place.  First of all I called and they told me to come on in and they took me right away even though they had appointments.  People came in and it got crowded, but the son that did my nails never rushed through.  He took his time and made sure that the size, shape thickness everything was to my standards and IT WAS!  After he put the gel on he made sure that everything was perfect and even filed one of the nails that that had a sharp edge before I even noticed (and I notice everything).  So overall I am soooo happy and I will make it a point to return when I visit! This is a small mother/son shop downtown in a great location.  They took the time to listen & do my nails exactly the way I liked.  And while my nails were drying, gave me a back & shoulder massage!  That sealed the deal for me.  I'll be back soon! Read Less
