They claimed to know how to do a certain type of nail, while they clearly didn't. I asked for a 2-color acrylic ombre in a nude and white. They did not have a nude color, so i went with a fleshy pink color. My nails were uneven, not uniform in length or size. The nails had concave surfaces, they were not smooth at all. I posted a picture, but it was hard to show all of the imperfections, such as: part of my nail near my cuticle wasn't even properly covered with acrylic, the ombre was not done correctly, and she was heavy on the sander!!! The pictures I posted were of my nails about 1 week after getting them done, and they already look like they need a fill!!
I went with a friend that day, and she had a similar experience. One lady started on her nails, convinced her to do a fill, then told her she didn't know what she was doing after shw had sanded into the acrylic nail so far that it was breaking in half. Then proceeded to leave her to do a pedicure on another person who walked in. By the end, they recommended a black polish to my friend because they added clear acrylic oget a dark pink and couldn't cover it. Finally they sent her away with her nails half done telling her they would not take her money and she go somewhere else!!! Mind tou, we had already been there for 2 hours!!!! Worst experience ever getting nails done, I will never go there again!!!

PEDICURES ARE AMAZING! I absolutely love this place for pedicures. They are by far the best I've ever had. Also, the more they see you the more they take care of you. $25 for a dead skin removal pedic...
PEDICURES ARE AMAZING! I absolutely love this place for pedicures. They are by far the best I've ever had. Also, the more they see you the more they take care of you. $25 for a dead skin removal pedicure and my feet feel amazing!

I just came here for first time. Got a pedi (my nails were nasty) and my daughter got a bunch of stuff done. This is an excellent place. Really thorough. Courteous. They take their time. Very competit...
I just came here for first time. Got a pedi (my nails were nasty) and my daughter got a bunch of stuff done. This is an excellent place. Really thorough. Courteous. They take their time. Very competitively priced. I've been to the other one across town near SaveMart. This one was better in my opinion. Only good things to say.

I'm giving two stars because usually I get pretty good service. This last time, for my wedding, it was awful!! I called 3 weeks in advance to let them know a bridal party of 4 would be coming in for pedicures and manicures. They were understaffed. My 3 daughters had beautiful results. They were finished before anyone even started on mine. I asked for thin, oval shaped acrylics. I got short, fat, uneven round nails. I hated them!! Wouldn't even let the photographer photograph them. I got an awful rush job and now, I will never go back. Brides be warned!!

09/02/2016, day before our youngest daughter's wedding our oldest daughter and grand-daughter went to KT Nails to get their eye brows waxed. We called them to make sure they did eye brow waxing, they did. Next thing I know our oldest comes thought the front door VERY upset. I have never seen my daughter so upset, that incompetent woman had removed half of her right eyebrow....the day before her sisters wedding!!!! In addition, she had gotten wax all in her hair. I am very upset because I suggested this place to her because they are located close to our home and they had decent reviews........DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR WAXING. I will NEVER use their services as will none of my family again.

I just had one of the best pedicures I've ever had! I was hesitant to try this salon because of some of the negative reviews, but I am very pleased with my experience. Lee took her time and did a great job, including a wonderful massage. I got the most expensive pedicure offered, complete with mud mask, paraffin dip and warm stone massage. And the price was extremely reasonable at 35.00.I took off one star because the salon was freezing cold, about the same temperature as outside on this cold January morning. Additionally, while I was there a lady came in requesting a fill. There were two other technicians just sitting around watching TV or doing things on their phones, and the lady sat for about a half an hour before the one other working technician called her over. I'm not sure the reason for this, maybe the others didn't know how to do what she wanted, but regardless no explanation was offered to the lady. If it had been me I would have been very upset. So while my experience was wonderful, I saw a lack in customer service of others and they really need to turn the heat on at least a little bit in the dead of winter. Will I be back? Yes, but cautiously.

I just came here for first time. Got a pedi (my nails were nasty) and my daughter got a bunch of stuff done. This is an excellent place. Really thorough. Courteous. They take their time. Very competitively priced. I've been to the other one across town near SaveMart. This one was better in my opinion. Only good things to say.

I'm giving two stars because usually I get pretty good service. This last time, for my wedding, it was awful!! I called 3 weeks in advance to let them know a bridal party of 4 would be coming in for pedicures and manicures. They were understaffed. My 3 daughters had beautiful results.
