Tammy is a great manager, she is caring, kind, and a skilled worker. As for her employees, nothing negative can be said about them, they take their time to make sure your experience is great and will fix anything you don't absolutely love. This is the best place in the Pinole, Richmond, San Pablo, etc area.

This is where I go for nails, toes and eyebrows. I don’t care who I get, they’re all great. Tammy (owner) is the best but holds her employees to a high standard.

Not all that it's cracked up to be with 4.9 rate.
Had appointment had to wait almost 20 minutes because they were behind, second the girl that put on my full set put on two of my nails slanted. Told ...
Not all that it's cracked up to be with 4.9 rate.
Had appointment had to wait almost 20 minutes because they were behind, second the girl that put on my full set put on two of my nails slanted. Told her short and when I get to the corner to pay tell be 28 vs 25 cuz they are not short. Then tell me dollar charge for debit/credit machine. No 5 dollar tip for you.....
Will not be returning nor referring....

I've only had two pedicures here (My first two) and so far I'm very satisfied. I'll be coming here the next time I want to have my nails done and possibly switch to here to get my eyebrows done.
