I'm speaking for myself... I like to call and ask a few questions before I start going to a New Nail Salon that I would consider going to. I called this place and a man answered and I asked if I need to make a reservation or can I walk in? He said I need to make a reservation and said he was busy and if I want to make a reservation for today? I let him know I was calling to get some more information and since he said he was busy if he could pass me to someone who can answer a couple of questions I had. I also let him know I need the reservation for next week! He said call back next week and there was no one there and he was busy and hung up! I know he was busy but there's other ways of taking care of potential new clients. He could have asked me call back at a certain time or take my number and called me back when he got a chance! I'm just glad there's so much competition out there and I will be checking out new locations and hope they have better customer service. Things happen for a reason!! I would recommend you really do research before going to any salon and ask about their sanitation. Read Less
