Waxed my hair off my head. I was getting face waxed than feet so 20 for feet and 30 for face paid before everything. Plus I give them 5$tip yo split between the 2 lady's than she comes Tellse it's 25 for French tip like I thought I was being nice tipping which I never do and it was not even good service. Feels like I got in a fight and one of my braids got pulled out. I don't think I'm goin there I need a good place that does wax a good job.

I have been looking for a good salon that would do my nails the way I like, I'm not into the long and embellished although they are pretty, it's not me. I made an appointment and went in, was specific about what I liked. She seemed to be doing it the way I liked, had a nice pedicure as well. There were two women working in the salon, not young girls. As she finished doing my nails, I looked at them after they were polished, they looked pretty good. I gave them my credit card, I was on the other side of the room, the women called the other women over and the two of them were trying to use the credit machine. Finally one of them turns around and yells across the room, "YOU GOT NO MONEY", My first thought is panic, what?!?!, then I think, yes I do, I would never walk in and get services without paying for it. I knew I had credit. I called the CC company and they said no attempts to charge anything had been put through to even decline if that were the case, and they assured me I had more than enough to cover my purchase. I told them to try again, they did, and it worked. Imagine that!!!! I was so pissed off, what a bunch of low class people to treat a customer in that manner. They made a mistake and they treated me like that. I will never go back there. After I went home and looked at my nails closer I wasn't happy, they were too thick. Why can't I find a salon to just do nails nicely??? This place is a don't bother.

Loved this place! She buffed my nails before applying polish which made my nails super smooth. The ladies were really nice and I enjoyed the chair massage.I'll definitely be back!

I really wanted to like this place. The women are very sweet and they take their time doing your nails.The problem is, they are not skilled nail technicians. The shaping and painting is awful. The lady that helped me was so darn nice that I really wanted to like the service. I even tipped her well because she was trying. Nevertheless, I hated the job she did and gave up asking her to fix it because it just wasn't in her no matter how much she tried. She just didn't have the skill set so they came out looking sloppy, misshapen, and the polish was painted uneven. I had to pay almost $30 to get the nails reshape did somewhere else and repainted. I will never, ever come back.

DONT COME HERE THIS OLACE IS FUCKIN TERRIBLE my first time here kus unfortunately Kim nails was having some trouble at the store so they were closed I was like okay let me try this place it looks clean and all but FUCK I ASK THE LADY TO DO my nails coffin style with white gel and sparkles she was like I can't I don't know how to do that I was like okay can you do them metallic she was like I can't i don't know how I'm like omg okay just paint them purple she was in a damn rush she fuckin left my nails ugly as hell and I went back kus I had to pick up my son but I came back to show the lady's how my nails was fucked up and not coffin style she was like I don't give money back I'm like wtf u see how u left my nails they are terrible she was like come tomorrow I'll slim them down like wtf the whole time she kept shrinking my nails they were soppose to be long but she kept messing up like I'm so mad I payed 35$ for nothing!!! This place is so dirty and terrible. The rush through the entire thing and you end up with a half assed job that they gladly fixed but could have avoided entirely. Although staff are kind I won't be coming back.Updated: it's been three hours and toes are still not dry. Instead they are cracking. Nails looks messy. Do not waste your money here.

I would say it was an okay pedicure. She missed a few crusty spots. Sometimes I'm like how do you not see that crust it's right THERE!!!! In and out in a decent time. They need a better color selection. I don't think I'll make it my regular salon but a nice backup to the one I have.

i remeber why i stopped coming here this woman waxing like a crazy woman as if she is going through something in life that she hates cuz she going crazy on your chin. the worst thing most of all she waxed areas of my face that didnt have hair and charged me 15.00 oh yeah and she yelled at me for using the bathroom while i was waiting because i washed my hands in the bathroom. what ever problem she has with her bathroom she needs to put up a sign or somthing. normal people wash their hands when they leave the powder room.she should not be in bussiness

Do not get gel nails done here!!!!! I went here because I was in the area and it was close by. They seemed busy when I walked in so I said I could come back later but the owner insisted they weren't too busy and seated me. However, she was doing ten things at once and running back and forth between customers because she was the only one who knew how to do gel nails, which I found odd considering how popular and common they've become.She finished my nails faster than I've ever had them done and as soon as I got home one had already chipped, and they were gel! I've never had gel nails chip before, even after I've had them for two weeks. I went back and she was nice about fixing the nails that had chipped but after getting them fixed, they started chipping again the next day! Like the review below, I saw the gel thinner on the table too so I'm not sure if they put something in their gel but it definitely is not the quality it should be. I feel bad because the owner is very nice but the quality of their work is terrible.

My friends recommend me to this place. It was remodeled nicely and a bigger space. I tried the pedi and manicure and the workers there were very friendly && i really love my nails. Im from Pittsburg and i go here monthly to get my nails done.Very excellent choice to go here.

I have been looking for a good salon that would do my nails the way I like, I'm not into the long and embellished although they are pretty, it's not me. I made an appointment and went in, was specific about what I liked. She seemed to be doing it the way I liked, had a nice pedicure as well. There were two women working in the salon, not young girls. I really wanted to like this place. The women are very sweet and they take their time doing your nails.The problem is, they are not skilled nail technicians. The shaping and painting is awful. The lady that helped me was so darn nice that I really wanted to like the service. I even tipped her well because she was trying. This place is so dirty and terrible. The rush through the entire thing and you end up with a half assed job that they gladly fixed but could have avoided entirely. Although staff are kind I won't be coming back.Updated: it's been three hours and toes are still not dry. Instead they are cracking. Nails looks messy. Do not waste your money here.

However, she was doing ten things at once and running back and forth between customers because she was the only one who knew how to do gel nails, which I found odd considering how popular and common they've become.She finished my nails faster than I've ever had them done and as soon as I got home one had already chipped, and they were gel!
