Came here because it's closer than the one I normally go to but never going to come here again. I've been one other time and the first time it was ok but this time they had horrible service. I got a pretty natural green color the first time and I loved it so I went back wanting the same color but when they gave me the gel color samples it wasn't on there. At first they gave me one sample tab and acted annoyed when I asked for more choices, even though there was no one else in the salon at the time and they were all just hanging around. The color i picked ended up being some color that changes with heat but he didn't tell me until he started painting my nail with it that it would be bright green unless I applied heat. I didn't want my nails bright green so I ended up picking a different color. While he was filing my nails after applying the color he cut my finger really bad and I was bleeding but he didn't even apologize. Real quick incase you don't wanna read a lot: I'd go again but I recommend bringing your own nail polish. Pro's:Lots of staff, it wasn't too busy for a Wednesday afternoon, decent price.. $15 for my fill, I messed up my pinky nail polish and she fixed it without an attitude. They did a good job too. Cons: -Polishes were a mess! They were on a rack, different cheap no name brands / colors in a big jumbled mess, some old ones that look like they haven't been shooken in years. Even up to 4 different nail polishes stacked in front of one another, so you really have to look through a mess to find anything decent. -They're not as nasty dirty as "rialto tech nails" but I don't like feeling residue or stains on the towels they rest my hands on. -I got my old nails unpolished & filed down by a slow older lady, only for her to say "ok they'll be right with you". The salon itself is fine. I was paired with a man who was extremely impersonal and rough. From him stabbing me repeatedly with his thumb nails to him twisting and manipulating my arms, wrists and fingers until I had to insist he stop... smh My nails are much bigger looking than I'm used to but they are nice. I've been living around the area basically my whole life so I've known this place forever! Every time I try somewhere new and leave Kelly's, nobody seems to make me as happy! Nancy did my nails this time and she was so awesome! Before her I've only had a male do them and they were decent but Nancy made me extremely happy! Went in with a friend she just wanted her eyebrows done and my friend must have felt that something was going wrong because she told the lady to stop and the lady refused to stop and even held her down and totally messed up her eyebrows.  When my friend complained not only did the lady blame her for the outcome of the terrible job that SHE did she said and I quote "be more ladylike and just put makeup on." ...Needless to say I do not recommend coming to this place that degrades someone that way. Horrible experience! Got a full set gel manicure and the man who did my nails was awful. He is the older man with glasses. He was very sloppy, rude, and impatient. Almost all of my nails were crooked and he kept getting polish all over my hands because he was rushing through it all. Not to mention he was getting mad at me. When he took off the polish instead of using acetone he filed my skin down! When it came time to put the gel he didn't let it sit under the uv light long enough because he was trying to get to the next person so I left with my nails all wet eventhough I had gotten gel. This place is horrible! I've tried this place a few times now hoping maybe I caught them on a bad day. Nope. To start this is not a place that should have the word "spa" in their place of business. This isn't somewhere that you can come get your nails done and relax. The employees talk nonstop to each other and yell across the room to one another. The employees are rude and do not care if they hurt you. The "spa" is dirty and is in need for a cleaning and update! They have food and Starbucks cups everywhere which explains all the flys! The towels they use are old and ripped. If you can avoid this place then please do! There are either place in Rialto that you can go to and her better service. The customer service here is horrible when I went it started off ok. Until all the nail arts started talking to each other in a different language and not paying attention to the customers. Then all the nail artist were on the phone taking long personal phone calls while doing clients nails. One nail artist was even face timing her child while doing a customers nails and you heard the entire conversation loud and clear. In addition to that they were turning away people a hour before them closing and laughing as they leave. Saying just come back tomorrow. This is not the place you would want to give your money to. This salon is not very big but so beautiful and clean. I like this type of nails salon so it won’t be noisy. So I came here to her a full set with design. The technician greeted me like friends and sat me down to her table. The environment was so quiet and nothing distracted us. She got it done quick and I had a great result. This is the best nail spa I have ever been to. I have never broken a nail done here. Due to the work I do usually I get my nails done when I have an event that I am going to but within a week (usually one or two days) at work one or more of the nails have broken off. I had gotten my nails done here for about 6 months a while back and then did not have the money to keep going back. I needed to have them done again and uaually when I have been away from somewhere after going there for a while and stoped I will just go somewhere else and go there for a while, this time I went back to Kelly's it has been over a month again and not one even broken nail, I am so happy with my nails and they always look great, she really treats my nails like art.
