I've been going to Z&S for over two years. They are consistent and quick. Zahra gave me tips on growing my eyebrows thicker and the results have been phenomenal. I appreciate her attention to detail. She encourages me to offer my opinion throughout the session by periodically offering me the mirror to give her feedback. During my last visit I called ahead to let her know I would have to bring my children with me to the appointment. She was so accommodating I was blown away! As soon as we arrived she put on a show for my toddler. And even tried her best to keep my other child calm all while threading my eyebrows. Z&S definitely offers all around 5 star service. So I went here today after reading the reviews... it was quick to get in and she was nice enough but I would NEVER go back.  The issues:- The place has a really strong and almost overwhelming smell of perfume that I did not like resulting in me trying to hold my breath during the process- At some point at the end of the first brow she said you have a gap that you need to fill in... keep in mind I have thick brows and asked her to simply clean the lines and not make them smaller.  At this point I'm stuck in this chair panicking inside if she screwed up my brows and how I could ever have a gap (just doesn't happen).  I recall the women leaving before me having very thin brows and wonder if she went in that way or just came out that way- She finishes and sure enough... my brows were made WAY too thin taking away from the top and bottom and somehow I even had a gap near the end that I will be filling in till it comes backI was pretty frustrated and I will def never go back.  I mean the skill to do threading is wasted on someone that does not follow or understand brow trends and thin brows are NOT the trend right now.  I would rather go light because you can always take more.I only give two (2) stars because she at least realized that there was enough damage that she did not make me pay for bad brows, which would really add insult to injury. Don't come here!! I was cut multiple times during my eyebrow threading session.It was super painful and now I have a bunch of red spots above my eye. They charge $15 too, which is ridiculous. I'm never coming back and strongly advise against it. I've tried multiple threading salons and have never been cut this bad and this much ever. It's actually pretty scary. :( Read Less

It was my first time here. I have always gone to the mall to do my eyebow threading but figured i needed to find a place close to home. Walked in and was a bit confused because it is a hallway with a bunch of other businesses with glass sliding doors. Well z&s is the second sliding door on the left. Very small location with only two chairs but very zen and clean. They took me very quickly as this place only takes appointments. I've gone to this place now twice. I've found my new spot. Best mother daughter duo for threading. The daughter has done my eye brows both times. She's really good and very educative. She's thought me a lot about my shape and how to properly let them grow. They're really amazing. I'm very picky about my eyebrows, specially because I've gone through many different people and places who have ruined my eyebrows in the past. These ladies are the real deal and know what they're doing. I love being able to make an appointment online or even last minute by calling... they can always fit me in. Love you ladies!! Had a great 1st experience at Organic Nails & Spa! Going early for my daughter's birthday - we treated ourselves to the Spa pedi - with scrubbing, wrapping and stones, definitely worth it! We got even a take home body lotion with that pedi. It was my first time with the dip for my nails and I loved it! I have been dreading getting eye brows done before my wedding because many salons have managed to spoil it in the past. But was relieved to find this threading bar. I went in first time a month before my wedding and again for a clean up after a month and returned satisfied both times. Prices are very reasonable and the place itself is cozy and clean. This is the absolute best spa!! I came in today for a facial and pedi with Venus and mani with Vivian. It was by far the best experience I've ever had at a salon and I am never going anywhere else!! My first time getting my brows threaded and for some reason, I thought it was going to be painful, tears were going to stream down my face from the pain...NOPE, NOT AT ALL. Zara was wonderful. The process took like 10 minutes! No tears, no pain...and their new appointment scheduling online on the Vagaro app was effortless. It even sent me a reminder email and a reminder via the app when my appointment was coming up. Easy to reschedule and cancel too, since I had to reschedule due to waking up too late. I hate doing wax because it irritates my skin and it's red for hours. So I am very happy to have found them. Both Zara and Summer are AMAZING! They always see me and my mom. My mom is very hard to please and she just loves them! Great customer service. They have helped so much with shaping our eyebrows. They are very knowledgeable, and always take extra care of us. I always call ahead of time just to make sure they have time because I like to in with appointments, but I belive they also do walk-ins. Love love love summer and her mom at z&s! I go for my brows, pedi and a gel mani about every 2 weeks the service is top notch. Brows have never looked better very full I often leave with directions to not touch them and be back in 3 weeks. Pedi and mani are amazing and my nails have never been this healthy! Summer has only the best products that she tries out on herself first. If they don't meet her standards she doesn't uses them. Went here to try out the nail salon in prep for my wedding day.  Summer was very detail oriented and did a beautiful job!  I usually hate getting my nails done because I always manage to mess them up soon after, but she has this special gel polish that is very hardy and has held up nicely!  I'm looking forward to coming back before the wedding and having my nails and threading done!Great customer service, quality product, would definitely recommend!
