I got a gel manicure for $25. The woman helping me did a lovely job and the price was right. I was thinking about getting a pedicure as well, but it wasn’t until I saw that they had the same exact color in laquer (and they offered me those disposable flip flops) that I decided to go for it. I am glad I did- it was very relaxing. I didn’t give it 5 stars because the environment was not very “spa” like, with noise from the street and the Caltrain zooming by. Amy did my pedicure and she did a really good job. I got a full set and nothing was done to my nails or cuticles before she put acrylic on my nails. Would probably go back for a pedicure or manicure but probably not for a full set or refill. Read Less

Walked in asking if they had time for a pedicure, which they lady at the front desk said she did take a seat at chair #2 to only have me sit there for over 30 min. At last someone got started on my shellac pedicure which was very rushed and I asked whether she trimmed my nails on my left foot other then my big toe, she said yes! Clearly not!! I have longer nails on my left foot and a horrible paint job that I had to walk back in to tell her to fix it. With push back from her... she ended painting half the big toenail she missed. Will NEVER be going back to this establishment. A 15 dollar pedicure job and that's being generous for 35 bucks! Save your time go elsewhere. Read Less

I had a manicure and pedicure at this place for the first time. Tammy was the manicurist painting my nails. I asked for a design and she get a great job painting them. Came in hoping to get a shellac manicure with a design but was fooled by all of the great reviews. When I walked in I was greeted and seated promptly but I was told that they couldn't do any designs on me. I came in with a picture of a very simple one but was shut down, definitely disappointed. If I would have known I would have gone to my regular manicurist(she was already removing my old shellac).They were super busy for a Thursday early afternoon and I could sense they were on a crunch to fit everyone who came through the door. My manicurist did a good job and I'm happy with the outcome but I just wish they didn't rush me out by saying no one there knew how to do designs even though they promote them and by skimping on the hand/arm massage, when other women were being pampered. I would recommend calling ahead of time to make an appointment and guarantee you'll get what you want. Read Less

Have been going to Sandys for a few years and was always pleased with the friendliness and cleanliness as well as reasonable prices but I will looking for a new salon now. I had a pedicure in June and was very disappointed, they had way overbooked the appointments and the tech was was rushing through the pedicure in addition to constantly manning the desk and phone. I figured this waa just a one time thing and went back the other day for another pedicure. I arrived on time to find once again they had overbooked the appointments and then a woman arrived who was late for her appointment and she was taken before me. When I decided to leave the owner's comment was that the other woman "was running late" . That's fine but I was on time. Since the overlooking seems to be the new way of doing business I will choose to find a new salon. Read Less

Today is my second time visiting Perfect 10 nail. First time I went on a quiet weekday and had gel manicure. I remember I had a great experience that's why I return today to do Pedi and Gel Mani ($53). It's Saturday and looks like a busy day for the salon. I can tell that they are rushing to finish so that they can take the next customer. The gel nail came out okay but I am really disappointed on the pedicure.The pedi lady didn't spend enough time to exfoliate the bottom of my feet. When she push the cuticle she's very rough so it hurts, and the polish is very unevenly applied. Helen is awesome. I had a bad experience at another salon and unneeded a new full set. Helen removed my old acrylics and gave me a beautiful short coffin set with the perfect nude color. She paid so much attention to creating the perfect nail shape for me. Can't wait to go back for a fill in a few weeks. Great location. Very busy though, make an appointment. Read Less

She took me as a walk in. Did a really great job. It's my fault for not asking the price before but it was kind of expensive! $85 for gel hologram pedi ($5 for fixing a broken nail). The owner was super nice. Plenty of parking right out front, which is rare for a nail salon. Read Less
