I have had a horrible experience two times now. The first time, I had an appointment made at a set time, and when I got there, there were several seats open, but they had me wait for a woman who was already with a client. I ended up not even getting sat with her until and hour later than my scheduled appointment time. I wanted to come here and try again because my nails turned out really nice and the lady was friendly. So I made an appointment today for 10:00, even confirmed ...it tester with both the receptionist and my nail tech. When I arrived for my appointment, the store wasn't even opened yet and all the women were standing around their cars just talking. I sat in my car for 15 minutes thinking that there has to be an explanation, but nothing. While my nails looked nice, it wasn't worth it. This salon has no consideration at all for their client's schedules, and they have no sense of time management. I am absolutely disappointed. They do an ok job one your nails can't put the Acrylic on your nail all the way down on your nail you'll be back in lady than 2 weeks. Your feet they can polish a pretty tip on your toe good job. So I went in and I showed the lady a picture of the nails I wanted and I even kept the phone open the whole time expecting them to look like that well she rushed through the whole process and to end with it they were all choppy and obviously not done right and it ended up being $75 dollars for a terrible job like if your prices are that high I expect a good job but never again will I be going back to this place service is wack. My company sent us office girls out for a treat and we went to Lucky star for our Mani and pedi's. We spent over $500 and the lady who did my toes and hands totally rushed thru my hands. I paid for their top level manicure and I didn't even get a massage. When I called after we left, less than 2 hours later I was told they would talk to the owner and get back to me. So I called again 3 days later and was told the same thing and still 2 weeks later haven't heard back. One of m...y other girls had her gel polish (that has a 2 week guarantee) start chipping after 4 days. When she went back to have the salon fix it the owner was rude to her and the woman who originally did her nails tried to deny ever doing them. Disappointed today with my pedicure, I'm usually happy going here but my toes were painted with glitter gel with no color underneath so it is very light clear and no scrub because the tech said it wasn't included, which it is. I went there for a pedi to kill some time. Got in right away. Nico was my person. Super nice, had a great conversation... my toes looked good from the chair and I tipped her well. Had my nails done a week ago and this is what has happened to my nails. I'm told from nail friends that it's due to old product. I came back in to the nail salon to get it fixed and was turned away because the technician who did them is off until Tuesday and they wouldn't do ANYTHING to resolve this problem. What horrible customer service. Never again will I go in to this place and anyone else considering it should think twice. Now I have to go and pay more money to fix THEIR mistake. My Friend and I went in yesterday and she had been raving about this place so I thought what the heck. The lady that did my pedi half assed it while my friends did a decent job- we both said we want lavender oil and got orange. The one we picked was NOT cheap. The way the lady who did mine was not worth 40$- mimosas were good though! The same two ladies did our mani- my friend did a basic one while I got a full set. Her mani was VERY half assed and the design she picked is N...OT what she got- she literally got a red polish (when she asked for a wine color) and got a blob of blue polish with some funky lines- she wanted a chevron pattern with fall colors. The lady who did my set, rushed through it and some nails are shorter, wider and crooked then others. The acrylic is lumpy, not filled in all the way and not even on some parts! The nail polish is all over the place and not in others- she did not push back my cuticles therefore they look like they already are growing out- The pattern I picked she matched pretty good although she should stick to basic basics- But the pattern I picked was NOT worth 50$!!!!!! This place sucks!!! Horrible customer service!! They used my daughter as a table. They moved her from the table she was at to a pedicure chair because they needed that table for another customer even though we were there 1st?! I express my concerns to 2 different girls and they did nothing. When I talked to the manager she tried to tell me that if I didn't like it that I should of said something! Are you fucken kidding me?! They charge $40 for a gel mani not even a full set!!! This place used to be gold, bit over the past 5yrs they have gone way down with their customer service, attitudes, and quality of work, they even had the nerve to raise their prices. The owner Cindy seems to not care as when she gets complaints from people, she rushes to repair without listening. She will refuse to redo a bad job and even say you have to pay for the repair.
