I've been here twice now. I have friends who absolutely love it. Me, not so much.  It isn't a great pedicure.  Last time I don't even think they bothered to take off the rough skin on the underside of my feet.  I walked away with pretty toes, but a week later I need to get another pedicure that clips nails and takes care of the rough spots.  The women who work here are nice and the chairs are magnificent.  I just wish the quality of the pedicure matched the amazing full recline chairs. Great nail place! Made an appointment and was seated as soon as I walked in. The chairs are so comfy and recline so you can really relax. The staff was friendly and attentive. My pedicure was amazing, great massage with hot stones included. The pedicure was so great I asked if they had time for a gel manicure and they accommodated me no problem. This nail salon does an okay job. I had a high expectation after reading all of the other reviews; unfortunately my experience wasn't as great. The good: - Nice and relaxing atmosphere. - Plenty of staff members. - The chairs! They don't just recline, they fully lean back - feet and all. - Hand and foot massages were great. The not so good: - I got a gel manicure and after less than a week the shellac is already chipping and peeling off despite taking good care of my nails. - Pedicure was okay...they could have done a much better job on my cuticles. - I went in with a couple girlfriends and they some of the staff didn't like us talking to each other even though we were the only people thereOverall, for the expensive price and not-long-lasting polish I will not be returning. This is the place to go to if you're looking to be rushed but want to receive a decent hand massage. Belle gets one star for accepting walk-ins on a Sunday. Came in before 5pm (salon closed @ 6:00pm) and asked for a gel polish removal + basic manicure w/ color. The acetone used to soak the gel coating was not allowed to sit long enough. The Manicurist scraped off the half-soaked gel coating (ouch!) and then filed the rest away. A second manicurist joined, (to speed up the process?), and used an electric file that left the nails on my left hand too thin & weak. A third manicurist was tasked with handling the massage portion - this was the only part of the process that was done well and not rushed. After her, the first manicurist took over again. She did not apply the nail polish coats evenly and did not wait long enough for coats to dry in-between (sense a pattern?). The index fingers were two nails she redid toward the end (see picture) and  were ruined less than half an hour after leaving the salon. Around 5:30pm the woman at the cash register came over while my hands were under the dryer and asked for my card. Seeing that my hands were busy she reached for my wallet first and then asked if it was okay (umm asking first would have been preferable but at least she asked). I saw the same thing happen to another client that was getting a pedicure. It was clear that the staff was in a rush to leave. This place is ok - had higher expectation coming here after reading other reviews. It took almost 2 hours for my gel manicure and regular pedicure. The lady taking off my gel manicure from previous was filing so hard my nails are really thin now. The whole thing just took forever. Also , they put me in a massage chair that didn't work. Pedicure part was really good- except at the end I had asked for Saran Wrap to decrease chances of smudging, and they had no idea what I was talking about ! (I can't be the only one that has ever asked for this .. all other places I've been to offer it ..) A few other little things bothered me , like the color didn't really match what I had picked out for gel and she didn't even show me first to make sure I liked it and it's what I expected. And in the back it seemed like there were 2 guys yelling at each other the whole two hours ( not sure if it was a tv or not) but it was interrupting the zen music they were trying to play. The 3 of us were the only customers after making a last minute appointment around 1 PM on a Friday. Everything is done in a reclined chair including manicures. These ladies listened to what we wanted and kept us updated on their steps. I was VERY happy with my pedicure. The lady who did it was incredibly nice and cheerful and thorough with everything. Of course you can't have a pedicure without a proper massage, and she exceeded my expectations. The hot stones were my favorite part :) I liked that she didn't rush anything and paid attention to detail. There was even another staff member who would come by and check on the work to make sure everything was done perfectly and if anything was missed. My friends got gel manicures, and they said they were very pleased with the experience and nail outcome. Very reasonably priced.The salon is very clean, spacious, and well decorated. I felt very relaxed while there. Loved the staff. I can see this being my go to spot. Read Less
