The BEST Nail Salon I have Been To!! I see Kim for my nail work. I have acrylic over my natural nails since my nails are very thin and break easily. The other nail shops I used to go to did an okay job with my acrylic nails but I did have problems with chipping and lifting. After going here for over a year, I have NEVER had that problem with Me Time Nails. Kim will remove and replace all the acrylic every few months or all needed. I bet that's why they don't lift off my nail bed. The shop has a huge assortment of gel colors and can match the gel on your hands to a regular polish on your toes. I just got the OMG Gel manicure which is for folks with very thin nails. First Kim removed all the acrylic from my nails then she soaked, pushed back and trimmed my cuticles. Then she applied base coat then dipped my nail into acrylic powder and cured it. She then applied more base coat and dipped my nail a second time in the acrylic powder. The gel polish goes on top. So now I have a thin coat of acrylic reinforcing my nails. They are one week old and holding up well: no breaks or chipping. They look completely natural. Also this is a place that I love to get my lashes done and I'm always satisfied and always getting compliments. I love the way everyone is friendly. I found this place by looking at the reviews and was surprised when I saw such great reviews for a place that's reasonably priced.a friend of mine and I walked in without an appointment and were able to get services right away. I got their most luxurious pedicure and it was the best pedicure I've ever had. It took about 45 minutes and included a scrub, a mask, paraffin, a massage, callus removal, and of course polish. My friend got the basic gel manicure and pedicure. Her two services took about as long as my one service did. I almost fell asleep, it was that relaxing. Everyone was so nice too. I have been here about two times, My third visit I was not able to stay due to the fact that they were low staffed and didn't have a wait time until 3-4hrs later. My first experience was good, I did not wait long because I called ahead of time and asked for an appointment. Second time as well, made an appointment. It is just always best to call and make an appointment because they will be expecting you. The first time I went I had two males work on my fullset and pedi, second time was two females. My experience was best with the males they took their time to make sure everything was perfect, as for the females I felt as if they were rushing to get it done (they even skipped the massage a pedi comes with). As I tired to have a conversation with them, they kind of just kept talking among themselves no biggy I will just sit there in silence. As for the color selection, they have a great variety of colors to pick from including gel colors. Really nice and clean facility, seems to be very organized. I have gone back to this nail salon a total of 4 times now and I can finally say I have formed my opinion. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly. The receptionist, I believe her name is Ashley is very nice and helpful. Each time I've gone I've had a different nail technician and I can honestly say that Michelle is the absolute best. She really takes her time to make sure your nails are perfect. I got my nails done with her during my first visit which is why I kept coming back. But my 2nd and 3rd visit I had different technicians who left me a bit unsatisfied. One reason being that the second technician changed the shape of my nails and made them a bit too narrow (which isn't a huge deal) and the third technician I had did not take his time and left my nails looking a bit streaky and I even noticed some air bubbles in my nails. My 4th visit was a bit different. I had a broken nail and needed it fix. I went in and they sat me down right away and were nice about the situation, but the technician I had left my nail a lot thicker than my other nails. I don't know about everyone else but I prefer a more natural thinner looking nail. Needless to say my one finger stands out from my other 9 fingers. Overall my experience with this salon has not been consistent. I think from now on I will continue to go exclusively with Michelle. She is just amazing. They have sooo many services and nail colors, they're clean and friendly and very easy to get an appointment with. I won't let a few mishaps ruin my opinion on them.
