This place is the worst nail shop I ever been too way to over price and horrible work I will never never come here and tell anybody that wants to go there not to 20$ just for gel color that’s a joke ...
This place is the worst nail shop I ever been too way to over price and horrible work I will never never come here and tell anybody that wants to go there not to 20$ just for gel color that’s a joke the nail polish don’t eveb cost that much. I went there to get a full SET & PEDICURE and it cost me 77$ ...... 77.00$ for a horrible full set and toes nothing special just color and short at that -_- what a rip off do not go there

HORRIBLE attitude on Mindy, she gave me her number to make appointments with her, I did just that to get my broken nail fixed and was told that it would be 5$ and I said I'd be there at 3:30. when I went in I was first greeted with "she's busy" and that she had left her phone at home and someone else texted me supposedly. I asked how long the wait would be and was told 20 mins so I said I would have to come back another day because I had somewhere to be. Before I left I was trying to ask the other lady if the price I got for the fix was correct since someone else had supposedly responded and mindy went off saying "I told you 5$ not to come in" and I simply responded with ok so it was you texting me (as her phone was sitting right in front of her) and she kept yelling so I told her she was being rude and had lost a customer. She continued talking very awful of me as I walked out. Will NEVER go back here.

come here if you want to be treated poorly and treated like an idiot. the lady that i talked to about getting my gel nail extensions treated me like i didn’t know what i was talking about and that what i was referring to was acrylic. if you guys don’t offer a service then don’t say that you do.

I love this place they have great service. I love how Brenda and Mindy Work. I always get my nails done with either one they are both great. I really recommend this place.

Today I came into the happy nails location with an appointment to see nail technician (brenda) in the southbay galleria mall.
Only to see her about to get started on a full set nail service when my ap...
Today I came into the happy nails location with an appointment to see nail technician (brenda) in the southbay galleria mall.
Only to see her about to get started on a full set nail service when my appointment is in 7minutes.
She's asked me to come back later.
I explained to her how they always see me late 15 to 40 minutes after my original scheduled appointment. That today I could not wait.
I asked her if someone else could see her since she had not started and I had an appointment in 7 minutes with her. She turned her face and just walked away with out a hint of anything.
And with out saying a word to me she walked away. Worst human experience of my life. The receptionist didn't even acknowledge me after.
I asked her if they were seriously not gonna see me. And she just stared at me and didn't say a word.
I told her if I leave I would not ever be returning. With out a blink of her eye she said there was nothing she could do..

last tuesday night. i had a bad experience. i asked for gel pedi and medicure. they didnt do gel. they made me think it was gel, then my nails got mest up. i went back 5 mins after i left. they told me to come back the next day to get it fix. i came back they charge me more and were not nice about it. bad customer service. i wasted 2 days and money and driving back on traffic for a second day. not reccommended. :/

Today I came into the happy nails location with an appointment to see nail technician (brenda) in the southbay galleria mall.
Only to see her about to get started on a full set nail service when my appointment is in 7minutes.
