I called first and asked the price of a pedicure. She didn’t speak English well so I thought she said 30. I said 30? And she no 20. I went over there and was taken right away. The place was clean and busy. What I got was basically a toe nail polish! 2 minutes of soaking, then some kind of scrub on my legs and feet which was rubbed in and taken right off, then cream on my legs. She filed my toenails (I came in with them already cut, then got out the cuticle clippers and literally used them on two toes! I have not had a pedicure in 6 months. I always have excess cuticle to be trimmed on every toe even when I go in monthly. She then started to prep my toes to polish. I asked her if she was going to work on the cuticle and she asked me if I meant around my toes! I said yes and she took out the clippers and made ineffectual clips on 3 more toes and then put the polish on. The lady in the front (I guess the receptionist ) told me it would be $26. I said I called and was told $20 plus I am very unhappy. She could have cared less and said it was $26. I asked her what kind of pedicure does not include trimming cuticles and she said that would be a “special pedicure” meaning more money. Will never set foot (no pun intended) in their again.

Been going here for over 16 years. My mom used to come with me when she was still alive and my 18 year old daughter still comes with me whenever she can. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Wonderful people, conveniently located, great pricing. They always do a good job for me.

See Kim the owner for best ever facial. She takes 10 years off my face every time I see her! Humble atmosphere but best quality supplies and extremely professional techniques. I always look carefully at my face before she begins and have never been less than shocked by how great my skin looks AFTER she is done. Also this is my 4th trip to her and as wonderful treatment the 4th time as the 1st. She is energetic, careful, thoughtful and effective.

Will never return. My toe is INFECTED from my pedicure yesterday. BCN is around the corner from my house, and I've been here probably 30+ times in the past 8 years. From top to bottom it was a bad experience yesterday. Booking: Called yesterday at 3.14pm, said "I am around the corner, do you have an opening for a pedicure now." The woman said, "Yes, come now." I did. At 3.54pm, I was finally seen by someone. Pedicure: The woman who did my pedicure was in a huge hurry, haphazardly cutting chunks out of my cuticles. I asked her not to cut so much twice as she was cutting, but she proceeded. She got me pretty good on my right big toe, and I cringed and said "ouch!" It ached for the rest of the time there. Today (post-pedicure): Now, I have an infection in the cuticle of my big toe. I've cleaned it with peroxide and vinegar. I'm going to use tea tree oil tonight. I just hope it's not staph. I'm not going to come back here. It's a pedicure factory and they don't sterilize their tools or equipment properly between patrons.Update: It luckily was not a staph infection. It did take a week to heal completely, and I was on vacation, unable to wear closed-toe shoes.

This is my absolute favorite nail shop anywhere in the Southbay. The staff are all so nice and accommodating. They love getting to know you and they remember you. Theresa is so great at waxing and she is so nice, Long is so sweet and in my opinion gives the best pedicure in the whole place, and Tammy is just lovely and kind, also she is the best nail tech I have come across in the 12 years I have been getting acrylics. I have been going to Tammy for a long time, she is a true artist. She loves trying new nail idea's and new art. Her nail shaping is beyond perfect no matter what shape you want, and her nails truly last. I work in a restaurant all day and through everything my nails still look great after 2 weeks (just grown out). Do not pass this place up. And with Tammy you often need to make an appointment, but you will not regret it.

Horrible service! Tech demanded I use google to show a round acrylic shape when I told her simple round was fine she sent me to another chair. I started to leave but I walked from my hotel and the lady who serviced me was very nice but a lot of my nails were crooked!!! Never again!

I called first and asked the price of a pedicure. She didn’t speak English well so I thought she said 30. I said 30? And she no 20. I went over there and was taken right away. The place was clean and busy. What I got was basically a toe nail polish! 2 minutes of soaking, then some kind of scrub on my legs and feet which was rubbed in and taken right off, then cream on my legs. This is my absolute favorite nail shop anywhere in the Southbay. The staff are all so nice and accommodating. They love getting to know you and they remember you. Theresa is so great at waxing and she is so nice, Long is so sweet and in my opinion gives the best pedicure in the whole place, and Tammy is just lovely and kind, also she is the best nail tech I have come across in the 12 years I have been getting acrylics. I have been going to Tammy for a long time, she is a true artist. She loves trying new nail idea's and new art. Her nail shaping is beyond perfect no matter what shape you want, and her nails truly last. Horrible service! Tech demanded I use google to show a round acrylic shape when I told her simple round was fine she sent me to another chair. I started to leave but I walked from my hotel and the lady who serviced me was very nice but a lot of my nails were crooked!!! Never again!
