They over charge. A girl who was getting her nails done at the same time as me complained about how they had charged her two different prices for the same service. The woman working there told her it was $25 for a regular full set plus extras for gel and design. I got a regular full set, medium short with one color of regular polish. When I tried to pay the guy who did my nails the $25 he charged me $35 and when I asked why he said it was $10 for the coffin shape which I found ridiculous. And they rushed me out of the shop so my nail messed up while I was driving even though he assured me multiple times they were dry. I also believe that he did them way too thin as my entire thumb nail popped off less than two days later. Will never be going back.

This place does fast and sloppy work. I came here spent $35 to have my feet pampered i told the lady that i had smashed my big toe nail when i was younger so it makes it hard for me to clean it etc. She didn't properly clean and cut my nails she just filed it down and went over it with a nail file machine after i left i had pain in my toe until i got them done again a few weeks later at a different place and the pain went away! I will never come back here again!

This place is pretty mediocre. I went for a French pedi and they were constantly upselling. The employees were nice but who wants to be asked to spend more money constantly? I got the $35 deluxe spa and my total ended up being $40 with the French tip. Not a terrible pedicure but she was a little too rough on the callus removal.The pedi chairs were old and worn, didn't make me feel like it was the cleanest place. I was hoping this place would have been cheaper than my other place but I paid just as much, if not more, and I don't feel this nail polish will stay like my other nail shop. I will update.

I was passing through Redlands and needed a gel manicure quickly. Mimi's didn't have the best reviews but it was super close to my hotel and I thought I'd give them a chance. The place itself is nothing fancy but all the staff was very welcoming land I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Christina did my French gel manicure and talked me into a crystal design (a first for me), she was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. If I'm ever in Redlands again I will definitely be back. No fuss, friendly staff,great prices, efficient and quick without that rushed feeling.

I absolutely without a doubt love getting my eyebrows done here. I have been coming here to get my eyebrows done for about 6 years or more. I have never trusted someone so much to do my eyebrows ever and trust me I am very picky about them. The employees have been so welcoming and very kind to me over the years, I have even forgotten my wallet at home and the owner allowed me to go home and get it. All I have to say is that these people have very kind hearts and are very talented. 6 years down many more to come!:)

I don't even want to give them a star. I went here for the FIRST & LAST time to get a pedicure and a gel manicure..It's been 3 days and my gel manicure already came off on TWO nails. I don't even work...
I don't even want to give them a star. I went here for the FIRST & LAST time to get a pedicure and a gel manicure..It's been 3 days and my gel manicure already came off on TWO nails. I don't even work with my hands like that!& my pedicure was such a disappointment!First, she didn't even rub My feet.. Well she did but there was no pressure. And she was so gentle my feet felt the same. Smh!Second, whole she was "removing" the cuticle around my nail she ended up ripping my skin alllllll the way down and OMG it hurt so bad I almost kicked her cus I flinched.Third, before My toes were even dry she bumped my polish and some came off. And she didn't even fix it!Last!!!! My toe is now puffy and infected from her pulling my cuticle skin ,whatever it's called , and it's bruised. And hurts to walk ! I will never go back. $45 down the drain.

Cheap nail polish and if you don't get the 28$ pedicure she's not gonna take care of your feet left all deadskin and couldn't paint the color all on the toe cheapass !!! Never coming back

They over charge. A girl who was getting her nails done at the same time as me complained about how they had charged her two different prices for the same service. The woman working there told her it was $25 for a regular full set plus extras for gel and design. I got a regular full set, medium short with one color of regular polish. When I tried to pay the guy who did my nails the $25 he charged me $35 and when I asked why he said it was $10 for the coffin shape which I found ridiculous. And they rushed me out of the shop so my nail messed up while I was driving even though he assured me multiple times they were dry. I also believe that he did them way too thin as my entire thumb nail popped off less than two days later. Will never be going back.

This place does fast and sloppy work. I came here spent $35 to have my feet pampered i told the lady that i had smashed my big toe nail when i was younger so it makes it hard for me to clean it etc. She didn't properly clean and cut my nails she just filed it down and went over it with a nail file machine after i left i had pain in my toe until i got them done again a few weeks later at a different place and the pain went away! I will never come back here again!

This place is pretty mediocre. I went for a French pedi and they were constantly upselling. The employees were nice but who wants to be asked to spend more money constantly? I got the $35 deluxe spa and my total ended up being $40 with the French tip. I was passing through Redlands and needed a gel manicure quickly. Mimi's didn't have the best reviews but it was super close to my hotel and I thought I'd give them a chance. The place itself is nothing fancy but all the staff was very welcoming land I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Christina did my French gel manicure and talked me into a crystal design (a first for me), she was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with.
