It's about time, and I'm so happy with this place. I went in yesterday, and I showed them a picture of what I wanted. Not only did they say they could do it, but today they did it. I've lived in Mentone, for two years and this is the first only place I've found that does great work. The guy that did my nails was T. He's so so awesome, and now that I've found this place, I won't go anywhere else. Kendall, who did my pedicure and nail polish on my toes was really nice. I went to this salon be referral, and I saw Tracy.  I am very particular.  I went in for a pedicure, and my feet are very ticklish and super tender.  I also worry because of diabetes.  Injury can be very serious.  Tracy was gentle and did an excellent job.  Will return tomorrow and update if anything changed since this review of my last visit.  Also liked that she did not force too much conversation. RACIST AF!!! I went today and it closes at 5:30PM. I got there at 3:00PM wanting a full set. I know how long it takes to get a full set. They took every single white person who entered before and after me before I could get my nails done. By the time it’s about to close there is no time for my nails and they are still taking a bunch of white people. Money is money and it spends no matter what color someone is. I walked in and simply asked for an acrylic nail removal. There were a few nail techs in the back, and was told it would be a few minutes. About 15 minutes go by and I patiently kept waiting but still noticed the techs in the back sitting and chatting. At this point two women without appointments walk in and ask for pedicures. They're immediately seated and the techs in the back come out to work on them. I was told that it would be a few more minutes and a nail tech would be free. This is the point where I get frustrated. It was clear no one was willing to do the removal, probably due to the low cost. I kept waiting and now 30 minutes have passed. I promptly got up and left, and went to Josephine's down the street. If nobody was willing to do the removal, I would have no complaints if they told me no one was available up front. The irritating part is that I wasted 30 minutes, and was told it would only be "a few minutes," when i could've gone some where else to begin with. Will not be coming back. Read Less

It was my first time getting gel nails here and my last. The guy that did my daughters nail with glitter rudely joked about putting 20 coats of glitter on her nails. The he did about 3 coats and that was it he didn't care that it looked bad and didn't have a lot of glitter. The lady that did my nails kept messing up she left polish around the nail where she messed up and didn't bother to fix. Thumbs down and I wouldn't have given any stars. Read Less

I have had good experiences here in the past but today the lady did a sloppy job and hurt me with her drill countless times. Below is a picture of a deep gash she left on my pinky. OUCH! My nails are misshapen, so I'm disappointed. You can only have someone fix it so many times before you give up. Read Less

Me and my cousin were looking for a lash extension place happened to be next to our haircut appointment.... I'd say for price my cousins lashes turned. Out good .....however they seem to have been rushing with mine and mines turned out clumpy and uncomfortable to my upper lid I ended up yanking a few probably damaged my natural lashes....I do want to say I'd maybe give this place a second thought only if perhaps they took there time and not rush me out the door ...:( Read Less

Most painful acrylic set I've ever received... she kept burning/curing my cuticles & got mad when I requested a different nail shape. My sister just got gel polish which was also done poorly. My acrylic set & gel polish was $30 & hers $25 which makes no sense. Unfriendly staff, I won't be returning. Read Less

Very friendly and professional. I had my daughter get things done and she was very happy. They also sell gift certificates to give. (I'm a dad, so it's great to just hand the girls a gift certificate [because lord knows there are a lot of options women must pick when at a salon, things I never heard of, lol]) Recommend this establishment to anyone. Very rude. My brother and I walked in and asked if we could get our eyebrows waxed, the guy barely looked at me and said "what do you want?"So i repeated "Can we get our eyebrows done?"And he said "uhh can you come back in like 20 minutes?" And i asked "you want us to wait or leave and come back" and he said "whatever you want" all this time he barely looked at me and acted like he was doing him for free and he was doing me a favor. The experience was terrible, and the salon was lacking in customer service. Horrible environment. The technician was rude, cut me twice and removed to much skin from around my finger nails. She also did a terrible job with polishing my nails. I had a gel manicure and the polish failed the next day. Don't go here. Read Less

The two doing my nails did not even say hello or make eye contact the entire apt. It was very awkward. Also, they speak another language the whole time which to me is rude. My nails looked good and I was happy with the actual service but the customer service is lacking. Read Less

I go to this salon as a backup when I can't get my eyebrows done in Riverside. One time they left a hole (an empty space right in the middle of my eyebrows) and covered it up so I wouldn't see it until I got home. I was desperate today and gave them another try. When i cane here I was looking for a new nail salon and I discovered this one, thanks to all the reviews and pictures on Yelp!!!! As soon as I entered, I was greeted and asked how I could be helped. Once I told them I came for a fill and a pedicure they told me to pick a color. Just as I was about to sit down I was called to the last pedicure massage chair...Let the pampering begin:)First, the pedicure was excellent. The lady took her time with me so I did not feel rushed. She massaged and rubbed until I almost fell asleep. I also liked how I was asked before she started to cut my nails (some just begin cutting ). To top things off, all the salt scrubs and lotions smelled absolutely wonderful that were used on my legs and feet. On to my nails. All I can say was Bill nailed it, literally:)  When I came into the nail shop I just knew I wanted to do a grey color for the fall season with a cute design, but Bill went beyond that. He not only did an excellent job on the fill and filed the coffin shape perfectly but he did an awesome job on the design and paid attention to the detail of the Pinterest design I showed him. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in the area or looking for a new nail salon all together. Read Less

I have been here many times and it is a perfect location for Saturday mornings because you can grab a coffee at Corner Street Bakery, grab a pedi and hit the grocery store. This salon is very clean and the people are sooo nice. They do a very good job and the designs are very cute! I have also gotten my eye brows waxed here and they did a great job on those as well! NEVER COME HERE! Horrible nail job. I was so embarrassed to even drive home alone with such a horrible nail job. My full set was abnormally thick and sloppy. The paint job was a joke and one hand was noticeably longer than the other. On top of that, I was charged $28 for a basic full set with regular polish! Never going back there. I had to come home and file my nails for 45 mins just to make them decent looking. By the time I was done, my nails were shorter than the natural nails I came in with. Read Less
