So much hype for poor customer service, setup, & hygiene. Never have I shown a pic and they say okay an I get a COMPLETELY different color/shape and I pointed it out quite politely might I add and the lady wipes it off threw the gel color palette in front of me “I don’t know what you want” got up an left. She continued to talked to coworkers an had me practically stare an her & wait. Came in so positive an left feeling overcharged and rushed out. Needless to say first and last time coming here. I've been coming to Botanic Nails for about 3 - 4 years and have enjoyed amazing customer service and beautiful nails that have never left me dissatisfied. I love all of the girls especially Tina who does my nails. I'm constantly getting complimented on my nails and the gel lasts for so long! Their prices are fair and appointments are pretty easy to come by, even same day with the person who normally does my nails. I used to wait in other salons for an appointment for at least one hour, many times for more than one hour. I will continue to come here for as long as I can and will recommend it to anyone who asks!! Read Less

This was my very first experience here and not only did I get yelled at by a technician but I had to go back three times to get it fixed because they kept popping off and breaking and then was told they won’t serve me again because they messed up on me! I left in tears! In all my years as a cosmetologist and being in the service industry I have never been treated nor have treated any clients in this manner! Especially for being charged $107! Always get my nails done here not only because they do much better design jobs & have a lot more options but the salon is a lot closer to home for me. The prices are a very high for what you get & they seem to often be in a rush but otherwise the customer service it's decent & they have nail art options that only few salons offer. Read Less

I've been having a recurring toe infection for 2 months! They must not sterilize their equipment! Don't fall for their discounts or nail artwork. It's a health issue I've been wanting a pedicure for 2 months and can't get 1 because I came here and I'm paying for it. I will never come back here! I really liked coming here, however the last few times I make appointments I still end up waiting 30-40 minutes to be serviced. Showed up at my appointment right at 5, but had six people go ahead of me? Ended up walking out.I'm really patient and do not mind waiting, but when I have an APPOINTMENT I expect to be serviced around that time, or at least have the curtesy to call me and let me know. Is you want a design that's new or different ask for Tina she can do anything. I would give this place 4 stars but their manicures always come out super thick, they're decorated perfect! But I don't like thick nails.  This place is really big on Instagram check it out for design ideas. They never say no to a design! They can do anything! Haven't been to this place in a while but my visit yesterday was good. I called ahead to schedule an appointment for a pedicure/full set of acrylics and they were ready for my pedicure as soon as I got there (which was 10 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment). I wish my leg and foot massage could have lasted a little longer but Kim did a great job and was very sweet. Destiny ended up doing my full set of acrylics and she did a great job. I'm very particular about all my nails being straight and the same length, so she did them perfectly. I didn't feel rushed at all, my nails were done at a good pace compared to other places I've been to where you feel like you've been there forever and you're about to fall asleep lol... I do wish they talked to their customers more during the appointment because it's nice to have conversations with people doing you a service but all in all I will continue to drive 30 minutes out here because they are the only salon I trust to do my nails perfectly every time! I was so excited to go here after seeing the pictures and could not have been more disappointed. The girl that did my nails was rude and acted like I was a total inconvenience and then charged me an extra $10 to put crappy glitter on my nails. They look like a child did it. Two words to describe this place... RIP-OFF!!!! I have never been so upset leaving a nail salon in my life. So let me start from the beginning... I've been here before a couple years ago but I didn't come back because the owner Tina was very rude to me. I couldn't get in with my regular nail lady so I decided to give this place another try especially since they had an advertisement for a gel manicure for $24.99. I had an appointment at 11:30 with Destiny. I was running a little late and called in and told them I would be there at 11:35 and they said that was fine. I came and I was greeted and they told me to have a seat. As I was waiting SIX people came in and were seen before me. I wasn't seated seen until 12. I was already irritated by the wait. Once I sat down she asked me what color I wanted and I showed her a picture which was all one color but had glitter on two of the nails. She said they didn't have those colors and to pick something else. I took a look at what they offered and low and behold they had the colors so I told her to do those. She started working on my nails and right before she puts the polish on she tells me its going to be $42. I asked her why so much and she said it was because I wanted glitter on two of my nails. I told her to paint them all one color then if that was the case. She did an ok job on my nails I felt like she was just rushing thru it to get to the next person. My thumb came out crooked and she made the gel super thick. I just did not care at this point and I was more upset with myself for giving this place another try. I went to the front to go and pay and the man who takes the payments tells me its going to be $32. I politely told him that outside on a banner he has it advertised for $24.99 for a gel manicure. He starts stuttering and then comes up with a BS excuse that he's charging me more because I got a "high-end" color. Insert wtf face here.I literally got a nude color and you could barely tell anything was there. I got so upset he was clearly trying to rip me off. So I told him it is illegal to charge a customer more than the advertised price. When I started getting loud and other customers started looking he then told me to pay the $24.99 and just leave. So basically they take advantage of customers who do not read or pay attention to what they are paying for. This place is disgusting. On top of that they have a huge sign in front asking people to pay cash. They do accept cards but clearly they do not want to pay their taxes or charge people the correct price. Absolutely absurd! I came in one day with a friend of mine and we were seated right next to each other. As my friend was explaining to the lady the type of nail and design she wanted, the lady said it would be $50, because it was so unnecessarily overpriced my friend and I declined any design and just went with a very simple color. Usually people would pay after the job has been done and as so, I saw people finish and pay and leave, but as for my friend and I, they asked us to pay beforehand because I assume they thought we had no money since we did not want anything to fancy because again, WAY OVERPRICED!! but not the case at all ! Place is wayyyy overrated they do have a lot of gel colors that are very pretty but this location is way over priced not worth it at all I payed $70 just for almond shape and different design I seriously felt ripped off because they told me the price after not worth coming here don't recommend spend your money else where Read Less

I dont even know why im giving them one star.Anyways, there customer service sucks. They give you attitude when questioned about the service your getting or the price. They reuse the same files and towles for multiple clients which is agianst state regulations. So you risk getting an infection if you get and nail type service there. They work to fast like they dont want you there and just wanna get it over with. They also over charge! They cahrge you for everything. Dont let there instagram fool you! They have a hissy fit when you dont choose one of ther desgins and treat you horribly. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

Awesome work. My old salon my fingers would itch above my cuticle and I was always cutting the acrylic off my cuticles. Every time I have been to Botantic Nails never had to cut acrylic and my fingers don't itch. Worth the 30 mile drive to the salon. Read Less

If you're looking for a relaxing, 5 star mani pedi- this is NOT the place for you.If you don't know yet, this salon has a major following on Instagram (@botanicnails) and if you check it out, you'll know why.(Side note: my nails have made their page a few times ;)This place ROCKS when it comes to modern nail designs, shapes, and decals; and this is the only reason you'd love coming here!Yes- they talk VERY loudly, use old equipment, in an old run down salon. They did a terrible job with my acrylic/gel nails and when I went back only a day later, they were extremely rude when I asked if they could fix it. Not only are they overpriced but they wanted me to pay FULL PRICE for them to fix their mess ups. They made my nails stick up, way too thick, and when I asked for narrow and medium length nails they gave me wide and short nails. On top of that, none of them are cut the same length. I asked for square tips with round edges and I got very square and pointy edges. Safe to say that they don't listen to their customers. Take my advice and go elsewhere. Very dissatisfied. Read Less

Horrible customer service. I had a 12 o'clock appt, but had to wait over an hour for the nail tech to start my nails. After waiting 20 mins past my appt time I asked the front desk how much longer the wait would be, he said about 5 mins. 25 mins later I still hadn't been seen and asked how much longer it would be. The front desk person got an attitude and said "he'll finish when he finishes". As I tried to explain to the person that it's bad customer service to have a person... wait that long past a SCHEDULED appt time the guy started yelling, knocked over items, and said I could just leave if I didnt want to wait. Despite the good work the nail techs present on social media sites I will never return to this salon! The extended wait and the tantrum the staff member threw were unacceptable. I have been going to botanic for a while. They recently changed how you select your gel color . It seems like they used to have so many colors to choose from to less than half that many now.
