My most favorite place to get pampered. No blaring TVs here, just massage chairs and waterfalls. ️They're by appointment only so no rushing you through so they can handle walk-ins. Thu (sp?) is a sweetheart and runs her business with honesty and integrity. Their selection of colors is awesome, and all the nail technicians do a great job with attention to detail. Unfortunately, will not go back. This is my second time trying this 'salon' since my beloved Canyon Nails closed. The gentleman that did my manicure was very nice and courteous. While I was there, a woman in a dirty lab coat interrupted my manicure to drum up business to " do my eyebrows". I said , no thank you. It was hot inside with a poorly working AC unit. A woman in one of the spa chairs across from me cried out after a young guy ( honestly looked like he was 16) cut her. She asked for someone else to take over and they sent a young woman to do that. Against my better judgement I agreed to to a pedicure after the manicure. It was so hot but they offered to put me on the side where they cut hair and had a portable fan blowing. Add to the ambiance a FOOTBALL game playing. Nothing says come and relax in a nail salon like a football game. The girl doing my pedicure seemed to be mocking me with her co-workers. When she cut my toe with her tool after arguing with me about which level of pedicure I wanted. (She wanted me to choose the most expensive, of course😠), I had had it. I asked for a receipt for the nail cutting that she had done and got up and went to the desk and paid for my manicure. I appreciate that they would not charge me for the brief work that the girl had done. There is much these folks need to do to create an atmosphere that is relaxing. This, by the way, was the second time they cut me. After the other woman was cut , I realized this staff is far too inexperienced and unprofessional for me. (Exception. The gentleman who did the manicure. He was quick but nice. Wanted to find a replacement for the exceptional service I had received at Canyon for 5 years, but this place just not it. Read Less

A wonderful salon with a real focus on the customers. Thu is one of the most involved business owners I have ever encountered. She gives the special touch to every customer and to her team. I always use Kim for my nails but the rest of the team are great too. Appointments are required but you won't regret the advance planning. Read Less

If been here 2 times total. First time i got my nails done(acrylic) and painted blue and wasn't told that i would be charged $20 extra for gel. ( i requested no color). Second time they were done to thin(acrylic) left and 20 mins later 2 nails broke off( just the tip not the base). Got it fixed for free the following day. But 3 days later another nail tip broke off. It hasn't been a full week and i have nails just popping off left and right. Woke up this morning and had a nail tip in my bed.. i would not recommend this nail salon if you are getting false nails. Are you looking for relaxation, without hearing tv shows, and listening to soothing music with a waterfall in the background, you found the right place. Did I forget to mention how awesome the owner and staff are. The owner Thu is so sweet. She remembers your name always checking if your comfortable and need water, or coffe, or tea. The staff are so great with their hands. My favorite is Thy. I've been to a lot of different salons and I've never had someone do a fantastic job like she does. She takes her time to do it right, and she massages so good. Everyone here has their own great way. FYI they offer chemical free nail polish and I love it. The polish can stay for as long as a month without looking ugly from cracking from the sides. You will not regret coming here. You'll be happy that you FINALLY found the right place. Read Less

First time coming here for Shellac manicure. Wonderful stuff and awesome owner. Made me feel right at home. With every person that came in, the owner greeted them like long time friends. I told all my girls and now we're scheduling a girls day where the owner was more than happy to make it a private affair. So sweet. I love this place. Read Less

Yelp to the rescue once again!! I absolutely love this place. The entire staff is so attentive, they take their time on each individual, and they even use different plastic covers for each customer that does a pedicure. The receptionist was a sweetheart and made my patient and I feel completely welcomed. My patient is 80 yrs old and the woman attending her was very gentle, scrubbed her legs to take off any dead skin, and talked her through the process. My patient has dementia so it's a struggle for her to remember most things, but when her son asked whether she liked the place or not she said the ladies were so nice and she was relaxed. I definitely recommend this place! This is my second week with my pedi and it has not chipped one bit. Read Less

It's such a shame that this place has such an awful owner since there is good staff there. I have fake nails and I called the place to see if I could make an appointment with my regular girl. the owner answered, didn't identify the store and asked me"what do you want" which already put me on edge. I asked if my girl world be in the next day and he asked me what time. I said her earliest appointment and he asked for my name and hung up when I was mid sentence. Terrible on the phone and this is the second time I called. I walked in five minutes after my appointment time to the store being still mostly closed. the girl I made the appointment with want in that day and they told me that nobody who could do acrylics would be in that day either. This is just the most recent in a long line of frustrations with this place. They do have some great staff but even getting to a place to see somebody is to much of a fight. would not recommend. I have to admit i have tried this place now 3 times and i am highly dissatisfied this third time is my last straw! the first time i went was at the old location off plano trabuco, it was my mistake i went in for eye lash extentions about 3 years, they came out worse than a long night of tossing and turning with your mascara still on. i had to cut my eyelashes they were so bad and were not coming to i'd say perfect, at least they last. My second experience i took my mom for a pedicure at their new location off Antonio it wasn't until i told my friends about it that i was told the two locations were owned by the same people. well the pedicure was nice and we were offered drinks, the ten minute message the came with my pedicure package was a whole 5 minutes tops! i managed to look past it since it was later in the afternoon when we walked in so i assumed maybe they were in a hurry, but my toe nails looked HORRIBLE when i walked out, i think my 5 year old cousin could do a better job blind folded and my fault i didn't say anything but i hate complaining. This third time horrible does not begin to desribe it i went in for a pedicure and gel on my toes, and to get my acrylics taken off my fingers nails and gel put on instead, i have been getting acrylics for years and taking off as painful as it is i have them taken off monthy and let my nails go without them for a a couple weeks the woman who did took the nails off CUT of of my nails down to the skin and it bled it hurt so i flinched when i looked it was dripping blood the woman then looked at me laughed and said it happens.. oh really cause my finger is now in pain! i only wish the pictures i took did the terrible job done some justice. yet i did not complain this will however be my last visit. other salons will soon catch up on the gel colors.by the way today marks my one week since i had them done i must say all but 3 of my finger nails are chipped. oh and the nail she cut in half is still hurting you can't see it now since it's covered in gel, and not to mention she left the part of the arcyliic she couldn't take off and just painted over it. to add to all this there was a woman in a chair a couple stations down driinking a glass of white wine this last visit i wasn't offered so much as water, do i have to be on a VIP list to get a class of wine?
