:( the concept is great! Execution not so much. I'm going to address a few different things. I wanted to love this place. I came in for a wax and mani/pedi. The wax went fast and the wine helped a lot. But she kept complaining about how hairy I was. Kinda made me uncomfortable but easily ignored. She left the room midway and began telling her coworkers how hairy I was... embarrassing. I got a gel mani and intended to get a key lime pedi. When I got out my wax my water was already drawn and cold. Without words I was handed a menu. I asked for the key lime pedi at least 3 times but for some reason they wouldn't perform it. Before I could tell the manicurist what kind of nails I wanted she began filing them to a short square shape. I'm super sad about this because I had been growing my nails out and wanted almond shaped nails! Wtf! I showed her a picture of the shape I wanted and asked for them to be rounded out so many times and was flat out overridden. Neither girl spoke a word to me the entire time. It was an uncomfortable experience thru and thru, when the service was done they handed me my tickets and walked away. Every other patron was being chatted up and catered to except me. I am sad I sought somewhere to relax after working so hard and spent my money somewhere to be treated like dirt. I was also charged $5 extra for my wax (assuming because I was "so hairy") and charged $3 extra for OPI polish. My feet are still just as rough and gross, no scrub and rather than a massage I got a rub down. I will say that the facility was beautiful and if the attitude of the staff is addressed it could be the #1 spot in south OC. sad! Read Less

I just had the worst and most expensive Mani-Pedi I ever had in Orange County. I am doing gel manicure and polish pedicure for 10 years now. I go to many different places and have paid many different prices for various quality of services. They are very expensive for the service. This place doesn't even do basic scrubing on their In and Out package! It is ridicules! The staff was unfriendly and snubish, the Gel manicure is bumpy on almost every nail. She didn't wash or wipe my hands after filing, my hands still feel powdery now, I am sitting in the car and writing this! She didn't use alcohol after the last gel lighting. She said she doesn't need to, time will tell how true that was. Anyway, I am always fair on rating and always recommend services I like to others. But this place did a horrible job and I didn't like the arrogant attitude of the staff. Have had much better service for the same price, including massages (arms and legs) and much nicer staff. I don't know what the other raters are talking about by wine offered and so on! Nobody offered me anything! Not even water. The salon is beautiful and always has beautiful fresh flowers and refreshments. So many options when it comes to products and services. Visiting from out of town and stumbled on this gem. The price for the "posh " was cheaper than what I pay at home, the pedi was superb, and the staff friendly and easy to converse with as they all spoke english. Wish we had this salon at home! Read Less
