I was here about 10 days ago and very pleased with the SNS organic gel I'd got,place was pleasant and lily was very nice and professional, I had regular gel on my toes which color was not in sns color palette but lily was so creative she combined 2 color one white and the other some glitter to match my nail to my toes,if you want calm and clean place with professional service impress nail and spa is the place. It's Saturday July 18th 2015 11:25AM and according to Yelp they are OPEN. I just arrived as it states they accept walk-in's but the doors are locked and not a car in the parking lot of a business park. I think this establishment is OUT OF BUSINESS; no note of an emergency on the door. In fact, I called the number on the door - no answer nor recorded message or doesn't allow you to leave one. I rarely get my nails done because I'm parsimonious and can do these things myself at home. But when I do have a very special event to attend and need the perfect set of mani pedi (one that cannot achieved with cheap nail polish) I visit Helen at Impress Nails. Lily was nice enough to take me as a walk-in, and I would have enjoyed my time had I been prepared to spend almost 2 hours there for nails and an eyebrow wax. But after paying $45 just for the mani-pedi, I expect my nails to last at least a full week, as they do with "the cheap, quick places". They chipped 3 days later. Sad face. I recently got a gel manicure here with Helen and she did an excellent job. She noticed one of the nails didn't quite dry properly and instead of trying to fix it, she did that whole nail over again to avoid any imperfections. Normally after about 10 days I am able to start peeling the polish off, but after 3 weeks my nail polish is still on (just grown out)! Highly recommend Impress Nails! Read Less
