I got a gel manicure, which is supposed to last for up to two weeks. It lasted five days. I went and complained and got a second manicure. This one lasted me three days. Never going here again.

Gel nails began chip after 4 days... this happened on two occasions. When I went in to complain they stated it was my fault. Went to Happy Nails around the corner on El Paseo, those Gel nails lasted...
Gel nails began chip after 4 days... this happened on two occasions. When I went in to complain they stated it was my fault. Went to Happy Nails around the corner on El Paseo, those Gel nails lasted the typical 2-3 weeks. Highly recommend the El Paseo location... not this one.

Since November I've been coming here for my acrylic set. So far I've gotten chrome nails, pink and white ombré, and glow in the dark, along with regular gel nail polish. If something didn't come out how I liked, all I need to do is ask and my tech will do whatever she can to make me happy, in a polite way. Not only are they talented and professional, they're friendly too. Almost every time I go in they have a new kind of technique or design such as the dip color or nail jewelry.

I went in to get just color for toes and hands. I went in at 6.30. I asked what time they close and the lady said at 7 so I asked if they had time to take care of me. They said yes, but when they star...
I went in to get just color for toes and hands. I went in at 6.30. I asked what time they close and the lady said at 7 so I asked if they had time to take care of me. They said yes, but when they started doing my nails I felt she was very rushed. I had gel on my nails that they had to remove and they didn't remove it completely. It looked like my nails were done by a kid. It looked like I did it myself with my left hand!!
Then my toes were also rushed. She didn't push the cuticle in so she can get the color even. It was a mess.
I politely told the manager that I was unhappy and she asked me to go the next day so they can fix it.
I think I'm going to ask for my money back and go somewhere else.
Dont go to this location. There are plenty of Happy Nails in Rancho.

We have tried many salons and this one is one of the best especially considering the price. Everything is very clean and sanitary. Tracy takes very good care of us with here personal touch. I like ...
We have tried many salons and this one is one of the best especially considering the price. Everything is very clean and sanitary. Tracy takes very good care of us with here personal touch. I like the fact that the instruments used are sealed for individual use. I always add 10 minutes extra for the massage when I get a pedicure!

I popped in here for a quick relaxing pedicure. I found the place clean and the employees friendly. I settled into my chair with an old copy of People Magazine, looking forward to some quiet relaxation. Unfortunately the employee kept interupting my reading by asking if I wanted extra massage (read = more $$), parafin wax dip (more $$) or a nail design (more $$). I did not care for any of these services. I was upfront about what I did want when I walked in--the basic pedicure--so quit asking me to spend more money! I know these businesses have to stay alive, and upselling helps their bottom line. But I don't like the tactics they used for me. Ask me once--if I'm not interested, then please let me read in peace.

Happy Nails is a great place to get a manicure, pedicure, waxing, massage or facial. My recommendation is that you try a few nail technicians and then request them every time you visit. Naturally some of the staff is more experienced than others so your results depend on who does your service. My only complaint is that I constantly get approached to purchase additional services like eye brow waxing when I'm trying to relax and read. Other than that I'm very happy with Happy Nails.

Since November I've been coming here for my acrylic set. So far I've gotten chrome nails, pink and white ombré, and glow in the dark, along with regular gel nail polish. If something didn't come out how I liked, all I need to do is ask and my tech will do whatever she can to make me happy, in a polite way. Not only are they talented and professional, they're friendly too. Almost every time I go in they have a new kind of technique or design such as the dip color or nail jewelry.

Happy Nails is a great place to get a manicure, pedicure, waxing, massage or facial. My recommendation is that you try a few nail technicians and then request them every time you visit.
