I absolutely love this place! It was my first time and before I went I read the reviews, and they weren't so great. But I don't understand why, because they had great service, they were quick and were very friendly. They also have a variety of colors to choose from unlike some other nail places that I've been to. I'm so torn... the 1st time I came here, they did a great job on my mani, pedi and brow wax were flawless..However, this last time was a joke! I had a 2pm appt. There were 3 nail techs working on 6 people at the same time. They didn't start on me till close to 2:30. Then their 3pm appts started to show up.... after my pedicure he starts my mani then leaves in the middle to pick up his kids from school. His wife expected me to wait 20mins for him to get back. I told her I had to get to school (because by now it was 4pm) still didn't get my brow wax because she wanted me to wait till she was done with her 3pm appts AND my nails, cuticles paint were a mess! The worst acrylic nail fill I've ever had! Still have nail polish from previous fill! Not a tight fit around the cuticle or the edges... I won't be back!! He used tools from the container that said "soiled" and no brushes to clean before I washed! Place was filthy!!! Read Less

I don't normally post, but want to warn prospective new comers here. I do not recommend this salon. Went in with others for 3 pedicures, and with an appointment. They only had 2 techs, so we had to take turns. My pedicure was over in 15 minutes, with very little massage time. My tech finished so quickly, then sat to watch TV. Definitely not returning here! Unfortunately I will not be able to return although I love the way the young gentleman polishes . He is impeccable with his brush but. ...the salons policy on sterilization is such. Only at nighttime are the instuments put in something to be cleaned. Otherwise,  in between clients they are brushed with water only!  Unless you are the first customer you will be in danger !!!! My pedicure was $50 and came off the NEXT DAY! I don't even think the nail tech used a top coat. I also got chrome gel and to go back the next day because it had peeled off the tips of all of my nails! Read Less

Hands down the worst nail salon I've been to. I would give them zero stars if I could. My acrylic nails weren't filed down right so l it was thick instead of being flesh with my nail. I got a fill from them and had them add a nail I was missing and it was literally curling downward & my nails weren't even the same length. I had to point it out 3 times for them to look decent. He missed painting the edges of several nails. The gel was terribly applied. My nails are lifting and it hasn't even been a week. I've given this place 3 chances but every time it got worse and worse. Never going back. Read Less

Lovely decor, very clean. I had no appointment and they worked me in for a mani/pedi. Mani is great!  Today my feet feel and look as if nothing had been to them and she worked so hard on them.  Huge selection of polish to chose from! Read Less

I came to Orchid Nails based on the yelp reviews. It was a very nice looking place. Great layout, very clean, and just a spa looking feel(for the most part). I saw Angel whom I believe is the owner. She was very nice. My nails came out good considering I asked for an odd shape (coffin aka ballet) and she had never done them before. So it took a veeeeeery long time. I felt I was there for ever.  it was almost two hours!Considering how long it took her I was sure she was going to charge me extra for the nail shape but she didn't, so that was good.  all in all it was a good experience and the price was decent.update:I'm taking my four star review down to two because a week after getting my nails done, my nails started to lift and break! almost all of my nails had damage to them. Ive never had that happen before! Im not rough with my hands and nails, i dont have them in water often. Nothing that should cause that much damage after only one week. I normally go three weeks between fills. I felt this was ridiculous. I hate to leave a bad review but for what i paid i am not happy with the quality of my experience. Read Less

Had an amazing visit. Day before my wedding and my mother and I need a mani pedi. Had to go to Joanne's (it's next door) and the sign stood out to my mom. Went in and immediately helped. Showed pictures of what I wanted and had the gel nail. Felt so pampered. My nails turned out exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend and it's now my new nail salon :) Read Less
