I went to have a pedicure done at this place for the first time. It was 6:15 pm and their sign said  OPEN. I asked them I wanted a pedicure and the lady said we are closed. I told her the sign says OPEN and you are supposed to be open till 7 pm. She said we closed and shut the door on me. She was very rude and unprofessional. I won't go back and won't refer anybody. I loved this place! It was super clean and everyone was very friendly. The staff was extremely accommodating to my 5 and 9 year olds sisters, as they gladly fixed both their pedicures after they messed them up! I got a mani/pedi with a full set of acrylics with gel on my hands. My nail tech was Henry, I definitely recommend him as he is amazing! Super friendly and funny, I asked for a coffin shape and he did an exceptional job! He was especially careful with my cuticles since I have a bad habit of biting them (as the photo shows). I got my nails done here before I went on a three week trip to Europe. I wanted something that would last the entire trip so I did acrylics w/ gel. I went with a nude gel (I think by Essie..? I can't remember but it was the perfect pink nude!) alternated with marble on white. I was obsessed! And it lasted me the entire trip and then some. Service was nice. I actually f'ed up one of my nails while drying it and they fixed it for me with no attitude. So just let them know if you run into any issues.The place was pretty clean, I think they had pretty new massage chairs when I came in a couple months ago. Price was average. Best nails ever. I have had a man do my nails before and they came out horrible. But this man I believe he's the owner. Did a great job. It's been a while since my nails have been smooth to the touch. Only negative was an older lady came in asking for her eyebrows to be done. She was told 5 minutes. The lady leaves and comes back 15 minutes later. She was told almost done. Another 10 mins goes by and she took her business else where. I have been coming here for years. I have tried other places around the valley and have been disappointed. There are a couple of people that are rude, but when the owner sees or hears about it, if they do not change, they are usually let go. They have never cut me or made me bleed like others I have visited, and they sterilize their equipment! Read Less

Service was as expected for a pedicure. Foot massage was relaxing. Clean facility. My rating is a 4 instead of 5 is because the closing hours show 7pm, but when I arrived at 6:10pm, it qas evident that they were about to leave. Rude people bad customer service! I walked in asked for a Mani-Pedi the lady wasn't friendly she just said Oh you want mami-pedi then turn to one of her coworkers spoke in Vietnamese then sat down and never came back with an answer if she would be to take my appointment. After sitting there for 17 mins I just walked out! Not cool that I just drove out from Palm Springs to come here just to be let down and disappointed! I'll never go there again and I will tell my friends and family about this bad experience so they won't waste their time! it was a complete waste of trip and gas! The lady doing my nails today took it upon herself to tell my 5yo child that her nails were 'bad & not as pretty as her sisters'. Yes she knew she was only 5 because she asked & was told her age. Good solid shop. I had a basic manicure, my friend had a pedi. Reasonable prices and nice work. Not a lot of bells and whistles but they did a nice job- no pressure to upsell which I appreciated. Several obviously local clients came in for appointments. I always think that's a good sign. Read Less

Short Asian male who did my gel pedicure...did an ok job....could have been better with as much time he spent doing it. I was charged $45 for a gel pedicure which was ridiculously expensive. I don't live in that area I reside in the Orange County area where I can get the gel pedicure for $10-$15 less. Come to find out he added on his own $5 tip when I already tipped him $5. In conclusion I ended up spending $50 (Tip included) getting a gel pedicure which was not worth it. That place is very deceiving. Read Less

Walked in with my daughter and someone yelled "what chew want done?" Since they all were wearing masks I had no idea who was talking to me. Said I would wait and when I looked into a bowl on the counter that was candy for the customers, it was FULL OF BUGS!!!!! Got one of my broken nails fixed here while we were driving into Indio. The place was dirty and extremely stinky. Toxic smelling. It got the job done but had I needed any more than a 3 minute fix I wouldn't have stayed. It was so strong. I've never walked in and been overwhelmed by the smell if a nail salon. I would give this place no stars if I could. The staff is nice enough but the service is awful! Didn't even file my nails straight. Randomly clipped at my cuticles. The woman doing my manicure poured finger nail polish remover into the nail polish because it was old and thick. She said it was fine and not to worry when I asked her to use a different bottle. Just had the fastest pedicure ever! 10 min. The guy was too caught up in the football game. And gave the LOUSY  massage, nails trimmed too short, no shape to them.  I used to like this place, but like so many nail salons, they are going downhill.  They make me feel like I'm interrupting their day.   Why is it that these nail salons are becoming so lousy! I did not leave this place a happy customer, it was an overall bad experience. I paid $25 to get a pedicure and left with jagged cut toenails because she trimmed them but didn't file them or do any cuticle clean up. To top it off at the end I had to ask her to clean up all the nail polish she left on my skin. Definitely wouldn't go back. Read Less

Had a good experience here! When I walked in & they said "5 minutes" it WAS 5 minutes!! Splurged for the top of the line pedicure & had a great sea salt scub & callus' were removed. Nice paint job with good clean up of extra polish. I will come back! Read Less
