This experience was fantastic! The welcome from the while staff was genuine and they got us (3 people) in chairs within 15 minutes while having a whole row of pedicures infront of us. I sat with Eric, a very sweet and helpful guy. He gave me a whole new set of acrylic nails and did a extremely good job. He was very particular and percise, and in the end it showed very well. It's definitely not the last time I'll be visiting them. Highly suggesting this shop for a good manicure!

It took me a while to find my nail shop after moving to the desert almost two years ago. This place has a great selection of quality gel polish. I gauge quality by how long the gel manicure lasts and I can get three weeks out of a gel mani when I get them done here!

The shop is located in rancho mirage and is very clean. There wasn't a wait when I came either. Everyone I interacted with was really friendly and personable too.
If I'm ever in the area again I would come back.

I just wanted a manicure for an interview I have in the morning out of town. So I stopped by a place around the area I live and as it and the worker said 'they are open until 7pm mon-fri' as I arrived...
I just wanted a manicure for an interview I have in the morning out of town. So I stopped by a place around the area I live and as it and the worker said 'they are open until 7pm mon-fri' as I arrived right before six pm I still got rushed out when they only had one other customer they clearly had the time and two workers not working on anything right there. She rushed through and one nail was done thick and as it dried it wrinkled up so I asked if we could take that off bc I already paid and tipped over 20%. So I wanted it to atleast be nice looking. Then it looked nice and she wanted to leave early so she sprayed the dry quick spray and it was so close she made it all wrinkled again. Ugh. Needless to say I'll never go back. Thank for the customer service. Like I want to be there any longer than I have to I worked all day and am tired but the least they could is a nice job at THEIR JOB that I'm paying them to do! And now I left so she could leave BEFORE 7pm even. I definitely don't recommend this nail salon to any person.

My nails look fine, but it's extremely overpriced for the terrible service you're getting. I got a regular manicure, so not something that takes very long & the guy kept stopping to text! And on top of stopping to text he kept doing things to one hand & not the other. My suggestion is to save your money & just paint your nails yourself

I am not opposed to paying $25 for a spa pedicure, however, this wasn't a spa pedicure in any level, it was barely "basic". Soaked my feet, trimmed my nails, scrubbed the bottom of me feet, very sad massage, then polish; with a limited polish selection. Best part - putting the trash, i.e., cotton with polish, plastic the tools came in, etc, in the tub with my feet. Not impressed, won't be back.

Being from out of town and on vacation and hung over as hell, I wanted to just chill out and get a pedicure. I had the boyfriend drop me off. We just saw a place on our way to wherever, and he dropped me off. I didn't consult with Yelp like usual. But I'm glad I didn't. It was a nice pleasant pedicure. I got a step above the normal pedicure, it was nice. Nothing compares to my place back home. But it was quiet, and peaceful. And I did not contract anything like other yelp reviews suggest.

I went to Better Nails 2 in the Bristol Farms shopping center (across the street from Better Nails). I have been very disappointed in the few locations I have tried since I am new to the area and have to say that so far I am very PLEASED with the work that Don did on my nails. He was quick and detailed. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because I agree the price is a little high however, I will be back and I will pay the price for the service and the quality I received.

I asked for a French gel polish change. The amount that the first guy told me was $25. I thought hey this is affordable so I went ahead with it.The lady that worked on my hands didn't talk much. I told her I wanted short square nails with a thick French tip. She didn't know how to make anything square. I told her I wanted it more square and she said.. Yeah this is square. Then I asked her to make my French tip a little more thicker and she laughed saying it was so thick. She laughed the whole time she was painting the French tip. At the end, she charged me for a full manicure of $35. I thought I was quoted $25 from the beginning. So here I am now, writing a bad review because my nails look like a teenagers. And I was overly charged for it. Damn. I should have gone elsewhere.

This experience was fantastic! The welcome from the while staff was genuine and they got us (3 people) in chairs within 15 minutes while having a whole row of pedicures infront of us. I sat with Eric, a very sweet and helpful guy. He gave me a whole new set of acrylic nails and did a extremely good job. He was very particular and percise, and in the end it showed very well. It's definitely not the last time I'll be visiting them. Highly suggesting this shop for a good manicure!

The shop is located in rancho mirage and is very clean. There wasn't a wait when I came either. Everyone I interacted with was really friendly and personable too.

My nails look fine, but it's extremely overpriced for the terrible service you're getting. I got a regular manicure, so not something that takes very long & the guy kept stopping to text! And on top of stopping to text he kept doing things to one hand & not the other. My suggestion is to save your money & just paint your nails yourself

I am not opposed to paying $25 for a spa pedicure, however, this wasn't a spa pedicure in any level, it was barely "basic". Soaked my feet, trimmed my nails, scrubbed the bottom of me feet, very sad massage, then polish; with a limited polish selection. Best part - putting the trash, i.e., cotton with polish, plastic the tools came in, etc, in the tub with my feet. Not impressed, won't be back.

I went to Better Nails 2 in the Bristol Farms shopping center (across the street from Better Nails). I have been very disappointed in the few locations I have tried since I am new to the area and have to say that so far I am very PLEASED with the work that Don did on my nails. He was quick and detailed. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because I agree the price is a little high however, I will be back and I will pay the price for the service and the quality I received.

I asked for a French gel polish change. The amount that the first guy told me was $25. I thought hey this is affordable so I went ahead with it.The lady that worked on my hands didn't talk much. I told her I wanted short square nails with a thick French tip. She didn't know how to make anything square. I told her I wanted it more square and she said.. Yeah this is square. Then I asked her to make my French tip a little more thicker and she laughed saying it was so thick. She laughed the whole time she was painting the French tip. At the end, she charged me for a full manicure of $35. I thought I was quoted $25 from the beginning. So here I am now, writing a bad review because my nails look like a teenagers. And I was overly charged for it. Damn. I should have gone elsewhere.
