I took my girls here for the first time and all I kept seeing was satisfaction on their faces smile after smile on both my girls, it was priceless! great joy watching my girls enjoy themselves and most of all enjoy their beautiful nails. Not impressed by any means.  I was really looking forward to a relaxing pedicure based on these yelp reviews.  What was nice was that I was quickly seated to receive my services (and that's just about where "nice" ended). Moving forward, from the minute I walked over to the chair it felt like a race.  I was basically rushed to get in the seat, get the massager rollers going, my pants rolled up and feet in the water.  After my feet were in the water for about 10 seconds, they were taken out to remove the old polish.  What happen to letting my feet soak for a few minutes and letting me relax.  So I had to ask the lady if I could please let my feet soak for a couple of minutes... After about 1 minute of my feet soaking the pedicure started, I got the smoothing pedicure.  It was okay, but have definitely had better at other salons. I never carry cash with me so if you plan on tipping, bring cash as this establishment does not allow for it to be added. They do have an ATM on site, but good luck with that fee. Read Less

First time here and I had a good experience with my daughter. The place is clean, relaxing and the service was great. I had Mary she was really good. My daughter had her pedicure and nails done by Monica. She was nice, friendly and talked to her. She really liked that. She made a teddy bear on her nails! I really liked the service! I will start by saying that I am extremely picky, even maybe a bit snobby about how my nails are done, the atmosphere and cleanliness of the saloon and the level of customer service I receive. By far, this is the best place I've been in many, many years. John is my best nail guy, and Mary for my toes. This place was great! This was my first time here and I am picky about where I get my nails done. I called about 10:00am to set up a Gel Mani & Express Gel Pedi at 12:00 during my lunch hour. The gentleman that answered the phone was very polite and book my appointment.I got there at 12:05, they had me down for my appointment and took me right away. I reminded him that I was on my lunch and on a time crunch and they were very accomodating.The spa is very clean and very quiet, not overcrowded. The pedi chairs were clean and very comfortable. I ended up getting an overlay with gel polish and a gel pedi.Helen did my nails....she was amazing and very sweet. Very cool vibes with lots of fun tattoos. Yun did my pedicure, it felt great and I love the shape of my toenails. Very nice massage and she was not heavy handed when trimming and filing.These ladies literally knocked my mani and pedi out in 35 minutes using the same gel color. I am sure that if I wasnt on a lunch break and had more time it would have been longer and I wouldve upgraded services but I enjoyed the short time I was there.I re-booked with them both for 2 1/2 weeks away. Cant wait to try more services here.The ONLY thing that I would have to say are that there prices are higher than most. I paid $75 ($35 for Gel fill and $40 for gel pedi) but I knew that going in, so I guess it all depends on what you are willing to pay for the services you want. :) Read Less

I really did enjoy my experience here the other day! All of the workers who I had encounters with were all very pleasant and helpful. When my friend accidentally knocked over (and broke) a bottle of nail polish, she apologized, and one of the workers quickly let her know it's alright and cleaned it up. We got pedicures that turned out beautiful... at first. Literally five hours after the pedicure, i put on socks while I was at the gym. When I was taking the off, some of my nails stuck to socks! I was so disappointed as my nails definitely should have been dry by then! I don't know if it was old polish or what, but I've never had that happen after so much time passing! Read Less

I had an okay experience here. I got a manicure and pedicure. It was a very quiet and relaxing environment. It wasn't crowded at all. Was a little surprised that my pedicure nail polish started chipping a few days after. That's kind of odd for a pedicure. Same for my hands, though I didn't get gel and I'm in the nursing field. They started chipping too but that's expected I suppose. I'd give them another try for sure. I live a few minutes away so it's worth it to try one more time to see if it's my new favorite. Wow!... Have things gone downhill here? I've always had great experiences here and am more than happy to pay for the services I get even if they are on the pricey end of things. I came back to Rancho to visit friends and thought I'd treat myself to a pedicure. We started out with scalding hot water on a really hot day. The pedicurist grudgingly scooped water out of the foot bath and replaced it with cool water. I thought that would be the end of it but then I was nicked a few times with no apology as she trimmed my cuticles. Lastly, I noticed her scrubbing my feet with lotion...??? Like seriously? I don't think I'll be visiting again if it's necessary to cut corners like this. Again, this is a review ONLY FOR THIS VISIT ONLY! I usually have amazing experiences here. It was my first visit. I got a pedicure , it was far too overpriced for the quality. The nail technician poke me a few times with the sharp end of the cuticle pushers, my toes hurt for a long time after the pedicure. I decided to soak them in hydrogen peroxide to keep from getting an infection. Read Less
