Got my nails done with my sister 2 full sets coffin not even that long. My sister wanted a nice light purple with silver accent nail. First woman made her accent nail red instead of silver. She also was filing so much on the sides it made her skin bleed. Shape was square not coffin after being told 3 times. My nail tip came off after being fully dry when she was filing which made my nail hurt tons. Made them super thin, wrong shape, and gel and top coat chipped off within minutes after leaving. It’s been 5 days after my session. One nail broke in half already!!!!!! I definitely do not recommend anyone going here they don’t pay attention after being told repeatedly not to do something, and quality is terrible. Definitely getting my money back and my money worth somewhere else. This place is honestly hyped up for nothing besides looks. I would ask to see a cosmetology license before starting. I wanted to find a place that was nice and the people were nice because I just moved up here and my regular lady is all the way down the hill and sometimes I don't have time to go down there. I needed a mani/ pedi quickly because my nails weren't cute for work! (Chipped and cracked from vacation) but this place was very clean and the ladies were very sweet. It was a lot quicker than I thought it would be, which is good for me because I had work. A little on the expensive side so that's why the 4 stars it, but I love the way my nails came out. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Ive had to write this review on my friends account as the page has blocked me as they know I will be giving a bad review. think this place is an absolute disappointment. Arrived for 4pm for my appointment didn't get seen to till after 5:20, and then I ended up being the last person in the shop, I was there at 7pm! It was just me and the salon owner and her husband left at the end. She said that's forty pounds please, I said "do I really have to pay ful...l price even though I've been here for 3 hours? don't you think I deserve some sort of discount?" She said no I stayed her late just to do your nails. Meanwhile in the background her husband is shouting in Chinese about me. At this point she had my notes in her hands and she said how much do u want back? And I said we'll how much do you think you should offer if you want me to come back?!? And she said you tell me. So I said twenty pounds and she said no, her husband then got up and started shouting "I don't want you to come back here" and the lady gave me a tenner back and said she hopes I'm very happy with my tenner. Very, very disappointed in the lash services,  and after my last visit, i cannot recommend going there. Lashes are clusters of very long, hard material. Not sure what they are, but not like silk or mink I've had before. My last visit about 2 weeks ago was the worst. My eyes were watering and irritated the entire process, either from the glue in my eyes, or the tape under my eyes being placed directly on my waterline. I was in discomfort the whole time and kept thinking it was something in the air? I ran to the bathroom blindly afterward to use eye drops, but my eyes remained irritated for two days. Then, clumps of lashes began to just come out, one eye now has nothing on the outer edges. That's crazy. Spend more money to get quality service and product. This was my 2nd time here. Too risky for your eyes.****UPDATE****ZERO RESPONSE! No apology, explanation or offer to refund the $80. I've since returned to Proverbs 31 Lash Bar in Rancho. They are nearly twice the price but the technicians are well trained and professional. I just moved to the area and was looking for a relaxing beautiful atmosphere to get my nails done.  This salon is very pretty with big plush chairs and fancy foot bowls.Pros:  lots of color options, beautifully decorated.  Emily did my nails and she was very attentive and sweet.  The manager (owner?) was also very friendly.Cons:  I would rather have massage chairs than the plush chairs.  They look nice but weren't nearly as comfortable, especially being short.  The lap held gel dryer was just awkward.The price was great and it's close to home.  They have 15% off for 6 months since they just opened. Was really disappointed with the gel nail job that was done. The gel was uneven and some nails even had bubbles. To top that off the cuticles were torn up.  Not sure if it's worth 20% off when the end results look like this...Should I give this place another opportunity... Not too sure. Read Less

Service:The host greeted me very kindly and directed me to my chair. The pedicurist was very sweet and professional. Friendly and let me know what she was doing along the way. The owner greeted me and asked me if I would like a beverage, water or champagne!!! Champagne!!! Pleaseee!!!  They offered me pillows for support on my back and a pillow on my lap for comfort. (I can really get use to this! ) the pedicurist is so on point and efficient! Sometimes it takes a hour to do my nails but she only took 30 mins(time is money people) they gave me my nail file and buffer to take home they only use it once! (Cleanliness is so on point) Ambiance:When they designed this place, you can tell they put a lot of thought into the design and comfort. I love the design! The nail bar looks like an actual bar. All the chairs are tufted velvet chairs. The chairs are so comfortable and high end. Overall:I have found my new spot! Nicest staff here! Love their customer service.  Friendly and they really pay attention to detail. Vivian did an excellent job on my nails. I went with the Rock Star nails. They are a bit pricey but there's a lot of work involved. Currently, they have a 20% grand opening discount which made the service a bargain. I really appreciate the time that she took to make sure that my nails were looking fabulous when I left.The complimentary champagne was a super nice touch. I enjoyed the ladies and look forward to returning.I highly recommend this salon if you want a great customer experience and beautiful nails . The shop is beautiful, clean and very chic. Me and my friends came in there about 4 days ago and it's the worse nail shop we have been too, one of my friends nail fell of that night and all of ours are different shapes also the man which was doing my nails at first put the tiniest bit of glue on and got in on my skin! "Come and enjoy the differences " I did exactly that. Accommodated on a last minute no booking needed :) I was given wonderful shellac extensions which lasted an amazing 8 weeks without a single chip . I had them rebalanced at just over a month and they've done amazing. Went back and they did me straight away and removed the extensions beautifully shaping my nails again and applied a lovely shellac leaving my nails as is they hadn't had anything in them. I messaged them on here on the off chance that they would maybe have an appointment free as I was in the area - they fitted me in and I was sat in the chair 15 minutes later. Polite, professional and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. But above all was the quality - they obviously take great pride in what they do as each nail is perfect and exactly what I wanted. The staff are lovely, funny and polite. They always remember my name and I like that. (Even tho I can't remember anyone's my self lol). The nails are brilliant and last for weeks. No chipping, no lifting or cracking. And I'm a hairdresser so my hands are in and out of water all day.
