This place honestly doesn't deserve even 1 star, by far THE WORST nail salon I have ever been to. I came in here with intentions of getting only a pedi, I chose my nail color and sat down. Before they even started, I decided to also do a full set of acrylics and my feet were already in the water and I told them the name of the polish and they couldn't understand a thing I was telling them so I had to get out of the water and get it myself, which is fine. What bugs me though is making it obvious you're speaking about a customer in your language with other workers. I have no complains with the lady doing my pedicure but my manicure was PAINFUL. She was so careless the skin around my nails was practically gone. I told her i wanted my nails short because of work, and before she filed them down I told her I liked the length. But she filed my nails down so much, my nail length looked the same before adding the acrylics. About half of my nails were so crooked that even my boyfriend noticed. I had gaps in between my cuticle and the actual nails that it already looked like I was in need of a fill. After putting polish, it was super noticeable and I told the lady to fix it and she got so upset with me for having to redo it. I went to the table to dry my nails and started to get air bubbles and it was CRUSTY around my nails from poor application. At that point I was already pissed so I asked to speak to the manager and the lady that was doing my manicure comes up to me and is like "our manager is away for vacation for 2 months." I asked to speak to her on the side or in the back and she responded snappy "why! what's the problem!" in front of customers. For obvious reasons, I asked that to not start a scene in front of customers. I told her I didn't like my nails in any way, shape or form and that I was not going to pay for a service where my 7 year old sister could do a better job. She starts raising her voice in front of all employees and customers which was so UNPROFESSIONAL. She basically said because she provided the service, I have to pay. I told her I don't care if she wants to take the nails off and all she told me was she could fix it for me or to come back the next day. Excuse me but I don't have a few hours to just be hanging at the nail salon nor do I live near Rancho, I just went there because I was in the area. I have a life and I have shit to do and that was the last place I wanted to go for nail service. Customers should come first and so-called "supervisors/whoever the hell was left in charge" should not be rude and giving customers an attitude when crappy service was given. $40 to the trash.In short: if you want your nails crooked with gaps between your cuticle and nail, air bubbles, pain, and the skin around your nails removed, then be my guest and get your nails done here.
