I love my nails, they turned out really nice... BUT i probably won't be back. First of all, the sign outside says $20 gel manicure but i was charged $22. I asked for a silver glitter polish and after 5 minutes of searching for it they brought a yellow one and didn't even mention to me that it was yellow... she just put it on and hoped i wouldn't notice... this last part could just be me but a manicure usually includes lotion and little hand massage right? I love the way Amy does my acrylic nails. I've been getting my nails done for the last 5 years. All the ladies there are really sweet to me. They always ask about what's happening in my life. I have been coming here for over a year now and I am always satisfied with the results. All the ladies are extremely friendly and make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Amy always takes care of my nails and she remembers exactly how I like them each time I walk in whether it's a couple weeks or month later. The only reason I gave 1 stars is because the lady was nice, now having said that... It felted she was tryung to hard to be nice! They did a horrible job on my hands. The pedi was nice (expensive) but she messed up on my french tips nails. My hands however were so bad I came to another nail salon right after. I will never go here again! Read Less

This place honestly doesn't deserve even 1 star, by far THE WORST nail salon I have ever been to. I came in here with intentions of getting only a pedi, I chose my nail color and sat down. Before they even started, I decided to also do a full set of acrylics and my feet were already in the water and I told them the name of the polish and they couldn't understand a thing I was telling them so I had to get out of the water and get it myself, which is fine. What bugs me though is making it obvious you're speaking about a customer in your language with other workers. I have no complains with the lady doing my pedicure but my manicure was PAINFUL. She was so careless the skin around my nails was practically gone. I told her i wanted my nails short because of work, and before she filed them down I told her I liked the length. But she filed my nails down so much, my nail length looked the same before adding the acrylics. About half of my nails were so crooked that even my boyfriend noticed. I had gaps in between my cuticle and the actual nails that it already looked like I was in need of a fill. After putting polish, it was super noticeable and I told the lady to fix it and she got so upset with me for having to redo it. I went to the table to dry my nails and started to get air bubbles and it was CRUSTY around my nails from poor application. At that point I was already pissed so I asked to speak to the manager and the lady that was doing my manicure comes up to me and is like "our manager is away for vacation for 2 months." I asked to speak to her on the side or in the back and she responded snappy "why! what's the problem!" in front of customers. For obvious reasons, I asked that to not start a scene in front of customers. I told her I didn't like my nails in any way, shape or form and that I was not going to pay for a service where my 7 year old sister could do a better job. She starts raising her voice in front of all employees and customers which was so UNPROFESSIONAL. She basically said because she provided the service, I have to pay. I told her I don't care if she wants to take the nails off and all she told me was she could fix it for me or to come back the next day. Excuse me but I don't have a few hours to just be hanging at the nail salon nor do I live near Rancho, I just went there because I was in the area. I have a life and I have shit to do and that was the last place I wanted to go for nail service. Customers should come first and so-called "supervisors/whoever the hell was left in charge" should not be rude and giving customers an attitude when crappy service was given. $40 to the trash.In short: if you want your nails crooked with gaps between your cuticle and nail, air bubbles, pain, and the skin around your nails removed, then be my guest and get your nails done here. Love this little Gem! Great experience the overall atmosphere of the spa is very quiet and serene. You can tell the owners take great pride because it is very clean as well.  I normally go to Theory Nail in upland because i have never found a place in rancho that I really like but now I have one.  I did the deluxe pedicure which was great and the hot oil treatment at the end was lovely. Only improvement would be a greater selection of China glaze which is my favorite brand. Their selection was adequate but not over the top. Excellent nail salon.  First time customer and I walked on on a saturday.  I was greeted upon entering and seated for my pedicure within 5 minutes.  Amy provided a wonderful pedicure for myself and Naomi provided my husband's pedicure (which he loved)  These are two of the kindest nail technicians I have ever met.  Highly recommended. I've been coming here for about a year and half and Amy always does my nails. The first time I went in she PERFECTED the "Coffin" shape! Trust me, no one can shape a nail like Amy. I usually bring in my own nail colors, but there were times I let Amy choose the nail polish, and every time she does I ALWAYS GET COMPLIMENTS :) It's hard to find a nail technician who genuinely cares about the customer. Well I stopped in to this salon after work on Sunday with no appointment. After working through the language barrier the gal was super nice. The only thing is that there was no hand lotion put on after the gel manicure, but my feet and legs got lotion put on them after the pedicure...hmmmm???? I don't know what to think of this place yet. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE, NEVER EVER GO HERE! First off, before anything I had shown the lady at the front a picture of what I wanted and asked if they could do it, she said yes. But when I got in the chair and another woman was doing my nails already she said she couldn't do it, so now my prom nails are ruined. Not only that, but the women were so rude to me and were legit talking on their cell phones while painting my nails and even stopped a few times to watch TV. They wanted to charge me for every little thing. When I paid I asked for a receipt and she got an attitude and said "What do you want a receipt for?! You paid with cash" I didn't tip. I have been getting acrylics since I was 16, when I moved to Rancho I struggled to find a salon that would do then they way I liked. Then Majestic nails opened & I have been coming here ever since and I love it here!  Amy & Annie always take great care & treat everyone with respect!  The whole staff is very friendly & ask about my family. I had woken up on mother's day deciding to get a mani/ pedi and knew my usual place would be swamped, so I decided to try this place because it was close and saw a mixture of reviews and wanted to try this place out. Called ahead to make sure they weren't too busy, and upon arrival didn't wait to long afterward. I asked for a gel manicure (because I open boxes alot at work) and a regular pedicure.The lady who did my my manicure was rough and seemed to be in a hurry. She trimmed my nails but didn't file the edges, like most places do, she used a cuticle trimmer to take the sharp edges. It took 5-6 coats of GEL NAILPOLISH to get it to the color the nail polish was supposed to be. I've had gel nail polish in the past and it usually takes 2-3 coats, NOT 5-6. And looking at the finished manicure, I was not happy. There were spots on my manicure that were thin amd could see my nail. Never had thisb happened before and I've been getting manicures since I was 13, I'm 29 now.The only saving grace was the woman who did pedicure. Nicest and lovliest lady.They seem to prefer their regular customers and not  walk in's. Wouldn't you treat your walk in's with just as much respect as your regulars? That brings in new clients and more revenue. Oh and literally a week later my gel manicure is coming off. I do mean coming off. Its peeling around the edges and already flaked off in a couple of spots. I would expect this from regular polish, not gel.I won't be coming back nor recommending this establishment. Read Less

I am an absolutely happy customer ! I went in for a fill and pedicure .. I usually always have to tell nail shops to constantly fix something with my nails like my nails are too crooked or the polish is too clumpy but I didn't have to tell them anything that needed to be fixed, also they actually try to engage in conversation with you and try to get to know you, instead of taking amongst one another ...
