I had a bad experience with my regular nail shop and walked out on my appointment. I already drive to Rancho from San Bernardino for my nails and I had two broken ones. I didn't have another day off for over a week so I was highly irritated about the whole thing. When I was writing my pissed off review of that place in the parking lot I noticed a tip to try legends instead and I am glad I did. I called and explained my situation to the guy (I think he is the owner) and he said come right in. I was seated within 10mins and he started soaking off my dip powder. The tech I had was Tina and she did a great job on my nails. I got exactly what I asked for. She took her time didn't knick me one time and my nails came out really good. the place is nice inside. but the lady that did my nails was not very friendly even after I told her it was my first time being there. I just went for a fill with gel polish and the lady took a while. after it was done she rushed me due to she had another client. I have had my supposedly gel polish on for 2 days. I wash dishes like I usually do and my gel polish is already peeling off. paying 31 dollars for a fill with gel polish my polish should not be coming off after just 2 days. so my first experience with this nail shop is not what I expected. very disappointing. DO NOT COME HERE. THEY WILL CUT U AND NOT SAY SORRY. THEY DO NOT CHARGE EVERYONE THE SAME AMOUNT. WHEN WE GOT HOME LATER THAT NIGHT IT STARTED CHIPING AGAIN. WAS TOLD DANNY WAS THE OWNER AND HE SAID HE NEVER HAD A DAY OFF. I CALLED MONDAY AND TUESDAY BOTH DAYS HE WAS NOT THERE AND NEVER WORKED THESE DAYS HE NOW SAYS. WE FINALLY ASKED FOR A REFUND AND WAS TOLD HE CAN'T GIVE US ARE MONEY BACK HE CAN ONLY FIX FOR US. WE USE TO GO HERE ALL THE TIME YRS AGO BUT HAVE FOUND OTHER PLACES CAUSE OF THIS AND THERE SERVICE BUT DECIDED TO TRY AGAIN IN WE WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN AND PLEASE SPEND A LITTLE MORE IF YOU HAVE TO BUT DO NOT COME HERE. Initially this place was amazing! Michelle does my nails and Hana does my pedicures. However, what I've noticed on my third visit is, unless I'm getting a full set (which I was encouraged to do so on my FIRST visit); Michelle's attention seemed to be more focused on the next best thing. She kept watching the door so much that at one point I had to ask her was she expecting someone? She rushed through my nails so fast that she cut me and never even acknowledged it. I felt very rushed and when I asked her to add more white to my tips, she whispered "not this time..next time." Uhhhhh....I made an appointment and you were running behind schedule and stopped in the middle of my service to fix someone else' nail that you just did yesterday (while telling her that the problem was her nails were too old and she needed a full set). So what it seems to me is, unless you are seeing her for a full set, you are not her priority. I'm going to give this place one more try but if I get the same treatment from her or anyone else, I will NOT be returning. Let's get it together Michelle! Read Less

This was the best pedicure I have ever gotten and I have gotten pedicures 2-3 times a year for over 10 years. This was better than your high end salon pedicure. Thu did an amazing job. I just walked in and they were able to get in me in a chair immediately. This place is very hygienic, thorough and professional. When it comes to nails-- I try to find the right person and place that is going to accommodate to what I want and need! I have been trying many different salon places around here so that I can find the one. NO luck here for me!I always get gel nails-- the color samples they let you see is a little too messy and unorganized for me. I really like my nail tech, Kim. She's detailed and cut and trims my cuticles so expertly with such precision- just like how I do it when and if I have time to do my nails myself. She is kind of quiet but a really good nail artist. I've done gel chromes with her and they last a really long time. The pedicures are nice too. They use the plastic liners and change them between each guest. Prices are standard for chrome nails. I got both gel chrome manicure and pedicure for $80.  Mins costs a bit more because it's layers of polish in between and a special way to get the chrome look. Takes more time and effort so it costs more. Everyone seems really nice and they accommodate each person pretty quickly.  This will be my go to nail salon whenever I need to prettify my nails. The best damn NAIL shop in the I.E. I've between looking for a good place and let me tell you I found it. Kathy is there best for pedicures! I got the Glamour pedicure and boy did she do a great job. She found an ingrown that I have and got it out and she took her time with my massage. Kristy did my nails and trimmed them and filled them to look fabulous. What in the world. I've been here once with Lee to get my once very long real nails cut and polished (newborn baby = time to trim those claws!)Lee did a good job with my gel manicure but when confirming my appt kept mentioning that she'd be more expensive which I thought was weird since I never inquired about pricing but didn't think much of it. Gel has stayed on and overall I was satisfied with my nails. Here's the reason I decided to give them a 1 star:I texted Lee to make a second appt on Monday afternoon. She said she was off and that she'd check her schedule and let me know the next day. After until the afternoon the following day and hearing nothing, I texted her. No response. Texted her several hours later, no response. I called the salon and a gentleman answered - I asked to make an appt with Lee and he told me he had to check wth her then call me back. This was at 6pm and it's now 9:41 with no call back.I get a text from Lee at 9:30pm saying she doesn't really do gel manicures and tried to push me off to another tech at the salon. What?? She then tried to tell me that her gel manicures are more expensive than other salons because she uses her own products and blah blah. I'm not sure if she thinks it's because I can't afford her or if she was just trying to push me off because acrylics and hard gel clients equal more money but I was so offended. Mind you I gave her a 40% tip the last time she helped me so I have no effing idea what the issue is. Either way, I won't be back. Read Less

I went to legend nails for glitter acrylic nails. The pedicure was fine. But the nails began to crack and lift the next day. The manicurest also filed into my skin on the sides till my fingers felt raw and sore. I had to eventually go a (week later) to Nails Fashion In San Bernardino on University blvd. to re-do my nails. The manager, Mi Mi cleaned them up and did a great job. I returned to legend nail a second time for a pedicure only. I akesd for the regular spa pedicure only. But instead they added the mudd to my bill for a few dollars more that burned my skin and dried out my skin, and they did not ask me if I wanted to add this service. I was not informed about the X-tra charge for the mudd until I paid the bill. My feet were not as soft this time. Read Less

Its a great place. It is remodeled with new management. They have the best customer service and very sanitized stations. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of the work is amazing. you should go check it out. The lady that did my nails was so friendly she even offered me a beverage.
