Seriously the worst nail place I've ever been to. Started with no one even acknowledging that there were three people at the front and ended up a costumer having to tell them people were there waiting even though we were clearly seen. I went back after a day of my gel nails being chipped on two places and not being happy with the color because it was not the one displayed. I even asked her the day before after she put on the first coat of paint if it actually would look like the display and she assured me yes it would look like it. I left feeling unsatisfied with my nails but didn't want to waste any more time but after I went home and my nails already started chipping I decided to go back and this time might as well get a color I liked. The same nail lady sat there and argued with me over how she would only fix the 2 nails and that it was my fault for choice of color even though she even acknowledged the day before that it wasn't the same color as the day before. That day I went in they sat someone who got their after us for a walk in before me and my mom. When the nail technician started arguing with me I asked for the owner but she wasn't there and I'd never been treated this way after years of getting my nails done so my mom and I literally walked out of there with wet feet because their service was absolutely unacceptable. Lastly I'd like to say I'm not one to write negative reviews and not once have I ever gone back to a nail salon to get something fixed but not once have I ever had this HORRIBLE of an experience. I walked in near closing time but they were happy to take me. They did a good job with my pedicure and even asked if I wanted something to drink. For some reason they don't allow tips on the credit card so bring cash. Overall it was a good experience. Read Less

The worst nail salon that I've ever been to!! And I have been to plenty in my lifetime.     I told Nancy that I have Gel polish on my toes, she said no problem I will take it off for you. Then when  I go to pay, she tells me it is $5 extra to take off Gel polish and $1 extra to use your debit card. No signs are posted about all the added "extra" costs.     The manicurist had left half of my cuticles on. She did my nails within 10 minutes. No massage on my hands or feet. Oh, let me guess, that is $10 extra. Their are plenty of other Nail salons on every other corner in Rancho C. Do not go here. It's a dump. Read Less

So I didn't realize my normal nail place was closed on Sunday's. So I was exiting sprouts and noticed they were open on a Sunday. Decided to give it a try and I regret it. One they are expensive. Charged 34 for a fill. That's ridiculous that's more than my full set cost. Plus my nails were not completely colored. Maybe she did two coats of the gel and you could see streaking. I'm sorry but I'm in going to pay and arm and a leg I want my nails to come out looking bomb. Customer service was horrible too. I didn't even tip that's how unhappy I was. Ok so all the one star reviews were accurate. I didn't think they would be because there are some 5 stars in the reviews but that's because the owner woman everyone loves but the other employees who I am assuming are her family suck at life. The woman for my manicure convinced me to try powder manicure. I asked her what the difference is and she said..."well it's powder". I was like wow are you kidding me...obviously it's powder you just told me that part. Anyways I never had it before so I went for it- mistake- you don't get any of the extras of a regular manicure like cuticles cut, soak in warm water, massage, etc. she literally did everything with a drill. She was super lazy, mind you her kid was hanging all over her the whole time. It was awful. Pedicure was done by like a 80 year old! She didn't ask me how I wanted my French. Insulted me. My sister got her nails done here last week and I loved them so much I just had to check it out. Upon arrival I was greeted by the receptionist and was seated immediately. The receptionist was telling me that this place has recently gone under new management and they just remodeled the place. I thought the salon was very clean and the workers were all very pleasant. I went on a Saturday after not being able to get into another place. The other place has 20 women working ann. d an hour wait. This one had 4 people and two were available to work on me right away. Every time I go there I'm unhappy but I always give them a chance because I hope they will be better and I'm in a hurry. Very painful manicure where the pulled my cuticles. Watered down nail polish chipped quickly on my toes. They don't use the gloves when putting your hands under the light and the girl got stuff all over my fingers that burned under the light. Absolute worst pedicure ever.  I have given this place many chances, thinking maybe just an off day. Nope, every time has been a bad experience and will not go back again.  Today I sat with my feet in cold water for 30 minutes before anyone came over to me. I'm not sure of the pedicurist's name but she was rude and unfriendly, especially when I told her I just wanted the basic spa pedicure.  She did a horrible job, and never said 2 words to me.  She's lucky I even gave her a $1 tip. I like my nails to look natural so I asked for them to be thinner and she listened. I've gone to places where they didn't care what you said they just did what they wanted. My pedicure was wonderful. Made reservations for me and my cousin for two pedi's and two manis. They seated us right away but the rest went south. For my cousin the lady working on her pedi kept putting on the nail polish and removing without explaining why or give any type of response. It was rude! My cousin attempted to talk to her to find out what was going on only to be ignored. Finally they responded that the polish wasn't working because the brush they used to apply it was bad. Weird.It's just overall not a great place: staff's kids hanging out, not enough staff for a weekend that customers were left waiting over an hour to be served, messy work stations, staff taking phone calls and chatting while working on customers, lack of communication to customers that is just outright rude. Part one : I never go here but my mom likes it so fine ill go. Asked for two jessica pedicures and deluxe manicures. First this woman has to chairs filled with cold water. 20 mins later i ask my mom if we can go somewhere else we continue to wait 10 more mins oasked her if she could please refil with hot. She turns the water to boiling and leaves -_- so jm sitting there hit ass water on my feet and she dips out on me and starts working on someone else. ( when she realized she apologized and fixed it) but i think she was annoyed with my request. Meanwhile my moms half way finished with her pedicure and im still .. I've know of this place for awhile and have a few family member and friends who go to this nail shop and have not had any issue's. Recently I started coming here because the gentleman that did my nails before at another shop left out of state. I personally have NOT had any issues myself. I go in every 2 weeks for gel nails and pedi and always walk out satisfied. To the people who have left this nail salon bad reviews, its to bad you all had horrible experiences. As for my self I don't require much or have a high maintenance attitude, I'm pretty easy to please. As long I walk out with my nails looking great then I could really give a care less if you don't talk, smile, or tell me your whole life story.. By the way every time I've had my nails done everyone has been friendly and I've been able to get my service right away with no appointment. Can't ask for any more! Read Less

Worst mani ever!She spent literally less than 15 minutes on me. Soaked, filed & cuticles all done in about 10 minutes and then a sloppy polish job. I've had polish changes that took longer and with better service!Not to mention one of the girls had her two toddlers at front playing loudly on their iPads and running around the shop. Not a big deal just not necessarily the "relaxing" one hour to myself I had hoped for & usually get at my usual place. If I can give this place 0 stars I would. I read up on them last night after my mother in law said we were going to go here to get our nails done. I was skeptical considering all the bad reviews but she has been going here for years. So here it goes...Horrible customer service. Andy did my nails and he would stop to do my nails to TEXT!! Seriously?? Corrine did my mother in law nails. They are absolutely terrible and when we would try to tell her what she wanted she rolled her eyes at us. Everyone looked so pissed off in there. It doesn't hurt to smile. Then some guy came in to sell some food. All the technicians left their stations with customers without even saying excuse me.
