Very disappointed. This was my 2nd time going here. The first time, I got the SNS organic dip powder and the top layer was peeling within a week. I decided to give the place another try. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a nail salon in years. Mimi did my mani and pedi, she was so sweet and took extra time where needed. If I lived in the area, I would go back all the time. First timer! My service was great Lilly did a great job. It was rather busy but the staff accommodated everyone walking in quickly. I got a gel, almond shape, full set with chrome accent on the ring finger. The space is a decent size and decorated beautifully, the tables and chairs were clean and uncluttered. The best nail service I have ever experienced in my life. Very professional organized and nice. No language barrier. Jenny did my gel nails, Mimi did my feet. They are so sweet and accommodating. I went there too get a mani pedi. I had an appointment and as soon as I walk-in I don't even have to wait. This is the first time / place that any time you have an appointment you are seated at that time without any waiting. Usually in other places you sit around waiting for an extra 15 minutes or more. Not here. Also the drinks are free if they offer lemonade tea water and Mimosas which I love so much all for free. Love this place this is my new nail salon. Jenny did my acrylics. Lynn did my pedi. Both ladies were very professional and did wonderful work. Jenny was very knowledgeable and was eager to answer all of my questions. Lynn's foot rub was probably my favorite part. Neither ladies were pushy to get additional services ( i.e. Callus removal). I highly recommend both ladies!I went in on a Thursday morning shortly after they opened. I was able to get in right away but, as I sat there it became very busy. I was shocked how many people were at the nail salon at 10am on a Thursday. I must say something about this place. I'll definitely schedule an appointment next time. It was a bit on the higher side for prices but, I'm willing to pay for it. The place looked very nice, it was clean, they used liners in the feet basin and had a system to make sure you had clean water. Started coming here about 5-6 months ago..Leaving legends nail and spa where I'd been going formore the 10 years. I've absolutely loved this place and have been having only Kay do my nails. Kay's eye for perfection is AMAZING and I would normally only go to her. Yesterday I was in a tough spot and needed a fill before vacation but Kay was completely booked.The girl at the front desk assured me that Jessi amazing at what she does so I scheduled an apt.Less then 8 hours later I'm laying in bed at the hotel and am shocked to see my nail is completely cracked and coming off... I'm disappointed that I was told I did not need a new set because none of my nails were separating although I've been wanting one for the last 2 fills and have been denied and here I am with this acrylic now completely separated from my natural nail, obviously lifted after spending all that money. For nothing now I'm on vacation and get to pay to have it fixed and have it interfere with my vacation.To top it off they normally pass around drinks but for some reason I was the only person in the whole salon never offered a drink, they kept walking around with the drink trays and would pass me up each time. Love the set up/host/girls and the ambiance. They offer mimosas and juice for ultimate RR experience :)Especially  after a hard days work or when you're meeting up with your girlfriends there in the weekends this place is fun. And they always have availability, it's a big place! The reason for 4 stars is that they don't get my nails right, and when I said something the nail tech gets a little mad. 2 weeks later, and except for the nail growth, my manicure looks like I just had it done. I'm super hard on my nails too. Rarely do I ever go an entire week before the paint or gel chips and peels. A friend recommended i go. Went 2 weeks ago for the first time. Place is nice, clean, people are sweet... and most importantly, my gel manicure has survived 2 weeks!! Most places do not put gel on correctly and it peels off quickly. Going to call and make an appointment once again. 😊 Read Less
