Wanted my acrylics shortened and gel applied to give a more natural look. Went to a place in L.A.. Service was rushed and the results showed just that. My nails looked bad. Came here and Trinie did an amazing job! I will be coming to this location for all of my mani/pedi needs from this point forward. Highly recommend.

Disgustingly dirty...I had to ask the manicurist to use a new file because I questioned the sanitation. My gel manicure was not well done, particularly the cuticle. The ladies had very poor customer service skills, speaking only amongst themselves, not greeting customers, and paying attention mainly to their conversation. How they manage to survive as a business is beyond my understanding. I should if followed my intuition and left.

Went there for the very first time and I believe her name was Dian she is in older lady she was doing my nails at first it looked ok now it was almost closing time if they didn’t want to take me they shave said come next time but they did and still taking more customers! So she was doing my nails and also worried about what the other nails stylist doing on the other person nail ugh looking back in fourth any how rushing fast she was done with me and I’m looking at my nails and there close so I get up and paid ok and left! Got to my car and realized my nails are nasty there not squad like there supposed to be and to big so when back and we’ll doors lock anyways went back first thing in the morning the lady Dian was there I explain to her that I wasn’t happy with her work and in stead of fixing the she got all up set and start of talking her language out loud and I ask for the manger and if course there never there they say won’t be-in till Saturday that his name the owner any ways two nail styles came and helped me took them both 45 minuets to fix The issue with my nails to make them square and to fix them straight because they were cricket and bulky! Personally me she is too old to be working there but more power to her to work but do something else not nails! I learn my lesson no more older people to be doing my nails! And not for get when she does your nail she also cut my skin on the side of my thumb! She didn’t offer nothing only the other nail stylist did... oh and not coming back & not recommending this place to no one!...

Bella Nails has been my go-to place for the last couple of years. After having my nails done in OC for 7 yrs and my nail specialist leaving the salon l decided to look for a place closer to home, l went through quite a few until l found "Bella Nails". I like their atmosphere, how kind and courteous they are to their employees as well as their customers. They care for your best interest. My nails are something l care a lot about and Bella Nails understands this and they have several nail specialists that do an amazing job, it's hard to name just one. They also have many other services, pedicures, waxing, eye lash extensions...love going there! Needless to say they do a great job!!

Tiffany is the best. She can do any picture I show her from Pinterest. I have had others in this shop do my nails and was not as pleased. I'm picky with my designs and Tiffany is patient with me and on point with designs. The only downside is that this shop is kinda pricey. However; I continue to come here because I know I can get what I like. But I wouldn't pay so much if I couldn't schedule with Tiffany.

She hurriedly put glue on it, I said no I need alcohol. She acted like she was put out and doing me a favor and did not apologize. Downhill from there. Caution advised.

I decided to come to this nail salon and requested for Christine because of all the good reviews toward her. Indeed, it was such an AMAZING experience. I called the store and Christine was able to get me an appointment for me and my sister right away. YES! Make sure that you make an appointment with Christine before coming in. I went in to the salon to get mani/pedi and eyebrow done. Christine is a lovely lady, great positive attitude, and very tentative to the service. She made sure that I was comfortable the whole entire time. She massaged my hand and feet so thoroughly and it felt so good. She is very experienced and skilled. My nails never looked so neat and clean, I absolutely loved it!! Christine is and forever my go to person to get my nails done!

Go and ask for Christine. She has been making my eyebrows perfect for years. Her attention to detail is amazing. She will spend the time to make them right. Christine also does my nails and is amazing. No ridges on my gel as it grows out. She really does an excellent job. Call and make an appointment with her to avoid waiting.

Nice place, clean, wasn't very busy the day I went in. The color selection isn't fabulous but they did a great job on both my gel mani and a regular pedi. Staff is a little hard to speak to so it makes for a longer, slightly more awkward process but sweet people.

I was told about this shop from a friend. I always have acrylics but this time I just wanted a manicure since I took off my nails. My daughter and I were greeted right away with the best smile and voice. Christina was so sweet and welcoming. We were never made to feel like outsiders. Christina did my manicure and was so fun to talk to. I was comfortable right away! I highly recommend this place for manicures. Next time I will get a full set and let you know how it goes.

I haven't been here for awhile but it is always my "to go to" salon when down here in Rancho. Christine, in my opinion, is always consistent and gives the best massages. She understands what I want or my mom and goes above and beyond the "normal" service. I always get a 15 mom massage and my legs feels so refresh when I leave!Never a disappointment! It is best to make an appointment and request Christine although everyone is nice

The ladies who did my mani/pedis really took pride in their work. They made sure my nails were CLEAN; removed cuticles n such. She also made sure that my nail shape was even and symmetrical to both my hands. Haven't seen that in any other salon. Also, she winged this black French tip I wanted and NAILED it (pun intended) excellent experience. My madre, grandmother, and I left satisfied. (I believe Myanh did my mani and her mother did my Pedi)

My friend and I came here for a mani/pedi. Sadly, neither one of us was happy with the service.Rewind a couple of months prior to our visit to Bellas: I was on vacation overseas and received a pedicure that caused an ingrown toenail (OUCH!) and had to see a doctor to take care of it. Part of that process includes burning the nail & skin which left the affected part blackened. (It does eventually grow out but it wasn't there yet.)Back to Bellas: I explained my toe situation to the woman doing my pedicure and once she saw the discoloration on my big toenail, she called over another coworker, to talk about it as if this were a circus freak show! I didn't understand what she was saying because they weren't speaking English. I didn't appreciate being treated in such an unprofessional way. I won't be returning to Bellas because of that.

When I came the first time it was great until my gel polish started peeling off & chipping within the first week. I came back got a new color and the gel began to tip again within the first week. My nail even broke because the polish was no longer on it. I was charged $36 for a pedicure which is overpriced. I'm going to try again 3rd times the charm & see what happens. I hope they don't charge me to fix my nail

I love this Nail Salon! I have been coming here for the past year. For a full set of acrylics (which is what i always get) is only $23. The works are so nice and even try making conversation with you at times so your not so bored. ALSO, id you're a student, you get $2 off!! They polish and apply acrylics so beautiful. Absolutely love it here. Thank you! (Tiffany is my favorite!) ❤

Wanted my acrylics shortened and gel applied to give a more natural look. Went to a place in L.A.. Service was rushed and the results showed just that. My nails looked bad. Came here and Trinie did an amazing job! I will be coming to this location for all of my mani/pedi needs from this point forward. Highly recommend.

After having my nails done in OC for 7 yrs and my nail specialist leaving the salon l decided to look for a place closer to home, l went through quite a few until l found "Bella Nails". I like their atmosphere, how kind and courteous they are to their employees as well as their customers. They care for your best interest. Tiffany is the best. She can do any picture I show her from Pinterest. I have had others in this shop do my nails and was not as pleased. I'm picky with my designs and Tiffany is patient with me and on point with designs. The only downside is that this shop is kinda pricey. I called the store and Christine was able to get me an appointment for me and my sister right away. YES! Make sure that you make an appointment with Christine before coming in. I went in to the salon to get mani/pedi and eyebrow done. Christine is a lovely lady, great positive attitude, and very tentative to the service. Nice place, clean, wasn't very busy the day I went in. The color selection isn't fabulous but they did a great job on both my gel mani and a regular pedi. Staff is a little hard to speak to so it makes for a longer, slightly more awkward process but sweet people.

I was told about this shop from a friend. I always have acrylics but this time I just wanted a manicure since I took off my nails. My daughter and I were greeted right away with the best smile and voice. Christina was so sweet and welcoming. We were never made to feel like outsiders. Christina did my manicure and was so fun to talk to. I was comfortable right away! I highly recommend this place for manicures. Next time I will get a full set and let you know how it goes.

I love this Nail Salon! I have been coming here for the past year. For a full set of acrylics (which is what i always get) is only $23. The works are so nice and even try making conversation with you at times so your not so bored. ALSO, id you're a student, you get $2 off!! They polish and apply acrylics so beautiful.
