I go here whenever I want a manicure and pedicure. The atmosphere is calming and the massage chairs are very relaxing. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. If you don't bring your own nail polish they have a wide variety or you can get Gel, for an additional cost. I used to love this place. Since the staff has changed and a lot of technicians have switched spas, I have had two terrible experiences. One of the new technicians didn't even completely remove my old gel polish and just put powder on top of it and I made an appointment for a new set just to get there and have another technician tell me she doesn't have time for a new set so she'll just do a fill. Became disenchanted with my current spa so I decided to try this 4 star salon and was so happy I did. A beautiful salon very elegant Bedazzle nail spa is my new spa! Clean and everything looking new. The employees seemed generally happy as they worked. They offered a refreshing drink of either water, tea or lemonade. Ask for Rose she did my nails or Vivian who did my pedi. Relaxing! The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the relaxing music and the nails tech are not speaking loudly in their language to one another. I must say-- the price is pretty pricey to me considering there are many other nail places surrounding this one. I had to minus 1 star for the price! I go for my nail tech andrinna, she is amazing! She is one the sweetest girls. Unfortunately I went to get a pedicure I made an appointment at 10:30 they Didn't take us till 11:00 and we're taking people before me and my friend. Never offered us anything to drink. We were placed into our tubs and sat there waiting for another 10 minutes. The technician came over to both of us and asked our names and than become upset because we were in the wrong tubs. And started taking in a different language . They barley talked to us. They didn't bother to ask what kind of pedicure we wanted, than messaged us for less than a minute. We paid $40 dollars for a horriable pedicure. I will only go back for andrinna , but for anything else never again. I usually don't complain or become upset but this was awful. My mom, best friend, and I have been coming here for pedicures for several years now. We originally chose to come from a recommendation. We loved how beautiful and relaxing the decor and ambience were that we decided this was the place for us. The pedicure massage chairs are very nice and they clean and line their foot basins after each person. We rarely make appointments because we typically go in the morning during the week and are always able to get right in. Everyone is very professional and great at what they do. First time coming in and went in early on a Sunday and got taken back quickly as a walk in. I got a full set and pedicure. Vivian did my mani and Shirley did my pedi and they both did a wonderful job and they were both so sweet. The salon is very clean, beautifully decorated, and very relaxing. Will definitely come back. The worst experience I've ever had at a nail shop!! The owner is so rude and judge mental it's ridiculous. I have been to the shop twice and both times the staff there was horrible. First off I brought my 7 month old daughter in there with me (Mind you she was babbling not being loud at all, was not crying nor screaming), and the owner Leanne told me "your daughter is being to loud and she needs try and be quiet." I'm sure there are plenty of women like myself that have to bring their child places even when they don't want too. The problem that I had was no one in the shop that was getting their nails or feet done had a problem with my child as they were smiling at her and telling me how cute she was, but the owner wanted to make it seem like the clients were the one with the issue. I kindly told her that if she has a problem with kids being in her shop then she should have a sign that says "NO KIDS." I will NEVER EVER support this shop!As for my nails the lady that did them, Rocky, was simple amazing. If she had her own shop I would definitely support her! Originally went to Legends across the street. They opened at 930am.  I arrived 10 mins after and they were packed! I didn't feel like waiting so I yelped and found this place across the street. I figured, why not, and left to come here. Although across the street (N/S corner of foothills and Rodchester), this place is in the cut amongst other businesses and a the Sheraton.  Not only do they open at 9am but the ambiance was wonderful! DAY AND NIGHT compared to Legends.   They were busy but fit me right in! Everyone was pleasant and the nail technicians welcoming too, they even offered me something to drink. Normally the other spot takes 2.5 hours for acrylic full with gel polish and regular pedicure with polish (too slow). I walked in at 950am and was out my 1050am! THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT. I had Annie and I Love my nails . I didn't have to instruct her on how to shape them and she also thinned them out for me. Mary did my toes and I am happy with them as well.   Shape and polish looks great!Only one downside: They charge $20 for gel polish for your toes where most just charge $10. That's ok though. I'll keep my $20 and get regular polish. Still $10 extra for gel for the hands,  so no difference there. I'll definitely be back in 3 weeks.  I already made my appointment.  Thanks again! Read Less

I went with three friends and we were all happy! I guess all the employees are good, very professional, my favorite part was the detailed attention when applying color(that's huge for me). The basic pedicure includes a lower leg and foot exfoliation, and massage with cream. The place is lovely decorated with chandeliers, the walls are metallic gold I really enjoyed the decor and felt relaxed. They offer you a drink , I just love the place. Read Less

I LOVE my nail girl, Raquel! She always does an amazing job. I can show her any crazy fun picture and she never fails to make my design even better than the inspiration photo by adding her own flare. I am in there every 2 weeks consistently to get my fill and new design. As a hairdresser, I understand how hard it is to be timely and still provide your clients with a positive experience. She is fast but meticulous and I truly enjoy her company while she works on my nails. She has even found ways to alter designs I want to make sure my nails will stay looking amazing until my next visit, as I am really hard on my nails and always have my hands in a shampoo bowl. I've been going to Bedazzle Nail Salon when I moved to Rancho in 2013. I found that they had good reviews on Yelp and I thought leaving a good review for them was past due. First off, you go to a nail place for a whole experience. This means it should be well-rounded in how you are pampered. The decor and atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing. There are probably about 30 pedicure stations alone so there are a lot of open spots. I find the manager is kind and he always reme...mbers my name. I got a full acrylic set on February 6th, 2016 - always with gel color on top (they seriously have tons of gel colors). I have gone every other week since and have not needed a full set at all. The products they use do not lift from the nailbed and I type all day at work, so I'm not gentle on them. I always make an appointment a day or two ahead of time and that saves on the waiting time. A few times, I've had to call and push back my appointment 30 minutes and they have been very accommodating with that. I always ask for May - she is very kind and is excited to try the designs I bring her as well as help me when I'm stuck on what I want. We always have great conversation. They always offer to bring me something to drink - I always get their iced green tea (it's unsweetened) but I think they also have water and regular tea. The price for services are higher than many but you get what you pay for. I will attach a picture collage that has inspiration nail pics alongside the finished results. I went in and was very impressed with the design and atmosphere of the place. Everyone was nice although like with any nail salon I could not understand what the ladies were asking me. unfortunately, the first time I visited this nail slaon I had acrylics put on and my lady forgot to add something to my nails and i had to sit for an extra 25 minutes so she could remove the gel and add the detail i asked. I was dissapointed but decided to give it another shot. I came in about 3-4 weeks later for my fill. The adhesive this new lady used burned the sides of my fingers and was extremely painful. I had 3D bows on two fingers of my acrylics and the nail lady broke one in half, while the other remaind in tact. I asked if she would replace the bow (because i spent an extra $10 to have them put on in the first place) she just nodded her head. I was told a fill would be $20, which i already thought was way overpriced, then as I went to pay it came out to $28 with no explination of where the extra $8 came from. About 3 days after my fill I noticed my nails looked horrible, you coud totally see where my nail grew out to before my fill, I had huge air pockets under all of my nails and now two weeks later all of my nails are coming off. It was a nice try but way to overpriced for the horrrible job these ladies did on my nails. I will never go there again, nor will i ever reccomend this place to anyone. Dont waste your money on this place, the work the do is equivalent to a cheap $15 full set acrylic job. Read Less
