I paid 30 for an acrylic fill ,I brought my own regular polish and got two blingy nails. I felt as though I was over charged. The work was nice enough but the price I was given didn't match what was displayed. also make an appointment before hand, they have a lot of stations but a limited amount of workers. ***Edit after waiting 45 minutes I walked out and looked for another salon. Super Nails and hair on Zinfandel was amazing. Mary was my girl and she did amazing. After hearing my plight they got me right in. Zero and if possible negative stars I called to make an appt for the next day at 10 am. Here I am. Almost 1030 and still waiting. Then I'm told they didn't know or didn't have it written down. Then someone gets here and obviously is a regular and helped within 3 minutes and before me!! I don't care how good a place is at doing nails I will not return to a place that wastes my time and disrespects me. I had called at noon for an appt at 4:30 and I had called to tell them I would be at the absolute most 10minutes late at that point if it's a problem they should have told me not to come instead they give me beyond attitude over the phone. I take all the rude tones and attitude because I truly do love their work that they do, but If I feel disrespected I will not take the time sitting in that shop and giving them any money from me after the way they have made me feel.  I got to the shop at exactly 4:40 and they say I'll be right after the girl in the chair mind u this girl looks like her set is just put on that's just the set no polish or crazy designs that process hasn't even been started. It's really frustrating when a business  wastes your time. I called and communicated the time frame of when I was going to be late out of respect. Now I'm sitting here 30 minutes after 4:40 and I'm frustrated so I ask can I know a time frame of when someone's going to be available to do my nails? I called ahead of time to make an appt to avoid waiting forever. I understand I was 10minutes late but really?? Just tell me a different time and be nice and treat your customers with respect. I did nothing to those people just a busy person running slightly late and communicating with the business to let them know. I felt as if I was a bother to them. After 30 minutes of waiting I just asked approximately how long do I have to wait because i had an appt but been waiting 30 minutes with the looks of not being seen for probably another 30minutes  the lady argues and says I was 45 minutes late I understand in the industry time frames can be hard to give because schedules get messed up but dang just be nice and communicate with them. I don't know if the lady in the front was just having a bad day or what but the way she treated me was so uncalled for the tone and attitude was so unexpected. I just walked out after I felt unwanted and argued with by this business lady. So odd. They lost a loyal customer but they probably don't care because they have plenty of people coming back for their work. Moral of this story though just be nice and courteous to others and treat them with respect be courteous of customers time as you'd like your time taken into consideration. Read Less

I love this place! I dont live near it but will drive out of the way to go to them if i need my nails done on the weekend. They are amazing.. i love T and all the ladies in there. This shop has the most beautiful designs so I went. The owner KIM did my nails sept 23, for my graduation, I went back again for one fill oct 13 then go out of town oct 29. I don't own a tub, I shower. I have not been near water much at all. Just took them off tonight when I saw a little green at the base of my beautiful pink and white ombré and this is the result: Never again. I think this is why I quit going to Kim a long time ago. It's simple make an appointment if you do not want to wait. Kim is great, Linda is great. All of the nail techs are good at what they do. As for nail design choices, you won't have a problem finding what you want!! Infact, you might be overwhelmed by your choices. Pedicures are pure luxury here too. Read Less

I go to this place because it is closet to where I live and a lot of the time I am disappointed with my nails . I got my nails done before I left on a trip to Italy and not even a few days into my trip the nails started coming off . I have been to this nail salon a couple of times and spent about $50 for full set with full 3D designs, there are some talented nail technicians (the owners daughter) there but their customer service is terrible!! My cousin was there with her mother  getting her nails done and she spoke to technician and she told my cousin I could come to the shop to get my nails done . This was just after 630 pm , I  got in my car and drove directly to the shop I arrived at 650p. Only to have the technician tell me that she would not do my nails because she didn't have time. I sat with my cousin for over 40 minutes while her mother got a pedicure and full set 3 technicians sat there with no customers chatting laughing and client free. I only required a fill which takes about 15 minutes, they refused to do it after telling me to come there for the fill in the first place!!I am a business professional and hold a corporate job from 8-5p  M-F. I wasted time, money, and gas  most of all I was treated like a second class citizen in my own country I pay taxes in. At an establishment that only takes cash .. Hmm I wonder if wonderful nail are even paying those "wonderful" taxes that we all have to pay? Overall the condition of this place is sketchy. So if you are willing to put up with terrible customer service, sketchy cleanliness, waste about hour of your day, and be demoralized all while not getting your nails done...this is the place for you!! Don't get me wrong the designs they create are unique but you pay a high price when going there. Respect goes much further than any dollar. I wouldn't take my dog here for any services I would rather go to Petsmart it's cleaner and customer service is better!! They won't see another dime from me EVER!!! Read Less

This place is worth the wait!! T is so amazing at what she does! She always listens to what I want and has great suggestions. Don't let the outside appearance throw you off, remember "never judge a book by it's cover". They have an INSANE amount of amazingness to choose from. They have pre-colored tips, tips with designs already on them, different stickers that go on the tips under the gel, 3D art the can go under or on top of the gel, jewels, studs, a million different colors of powders, glow in the dark powders, glitter powders. They can do candy wrapper nails, money nails, and they have a huge selection of painted designs you can choose from. Or you can show them a picture of something, or describe it and they can do it. I can go on forever listing the options. They even have Gucci nails!!! Went in there yesterday to get our nails down with a group of ladies, pricing was confusing, was never greeted and was told for 4 of us that it would be almost 4 hours if not longer. One girl stayed and got her service (almost lost some rhinestones!!). The other 3 of us went to a place near where the Old Ross Clothing Store on Zinfandel and all of us were out of there in 2 hours, we went to eat and run an errand before our friend called and said she was done! I was a regular customer here for almost 2 years. I never complained about the wait (some times several hours) or some of the customers that were loud & obnoxious or let their kids behave like wild animals on a sugar high. Over the course of being a devoted customer for 2 years, I got a green nail fungal infection on 7 different nails on 3 different occasions. I had to go to the doctor & take antibiotics & cut all my nails off each time. At first they tried to say it was my fault because I was waiting too long to get fills (every 2 weeks is too long??? WTF!) I've been getting my nails done for over 10 years & this place was the only place I've ever had issues with. I have been acrylic & fake nail free for almost a year & my nails are so much healthier. Also, they lie about the services. A "gel nail" does NOT have acrylic or "fiberglass" under it. The gel is applied directly to your nails & cured under a special light. "Fiberglass" is just acrylic, there is no such thing as a fiberglass powder for a full set or a fill, however there are fiberglass sheets that are like the silk sheets that are used for a "wrap" procedure. Not only are they nasty for not properly sterilizing their equipment, they are fraudulent liars for knowingly false advertising their services & lying about what types of procedures that are done. Made appointments for 2 pedis.  When we got there they could only help one of us. Other waited additional 20 mins to be servicced.They are well staffed but looks like they take walk-ins and are super busy. Place is in run down shopping plaza next to Baskin Robins.  But place itself is clean and well kept. I saw how they clean out each station and  open new kits for each pedi service.  They have comfy massage chairs and of our pedis turned great,  Very resonable price, $22 for regular pedi and $25 for pedi with french tip.  In sum good service and price, will return.
