At first glance staff came across friendly. We decided on getting a "special pedicure" and a full set of fiberglass nails, which the lady had advised it wouldn't damage our nails and is supposed to be better than using acrylics! We had requested for "almond" shaped nails - our end result was a combination of all sorts. First time. Not good, they advertise on the Internet $42 the sign in the window says $50 and I was charged $107. I knew it would be a little more for gel but c'mon over $50 dollars. I wanted a fill, my own nails were long she said " me take off old gel, put new on, they look better". She cut off all of my nails, SHORT!!! Then put a new set on and screwed them up so bad I had to fight back the tears. I had already paid and been there 2 1/2hrs and had to leave for Dr appt. I left without full manicure, eye wax, lip wax and nails that looked so bad I was ashamed to show them or look at them... I went back the next day and the woman who said she was manager said it would be painful to remove the new set and she would fix them, some looked a lil better but most still look like triangle shaped candy corn. She waxed my eyebrows and lip, I still didn't get my full manicure or one dime back. She said she will replace any nails that break in the next two weeks and next time I go there she will put a new set on and make them longer the way that I will be happy... so I came in about three weeks ago for a full set. I did fiberglass. they did last the three and half weeks until today two craked right in half which forced me to take the reset off as it looked tacky.First thought: they were okay the lady couldn't do a simple cheetah print, although she said my nailbed was to narrow so I let her do whatever. I was over itthey looked okay for the first week.the top coat was so cheap it peeled off a few days into it.I wont be returning but for 30$ they did last three weeks, I usually go in every two weeks for a fill but when I try a new place I like to see how long they last without a fill.Also after soaking my nails in acetone to remove the fiberglass my nails were so thin they ripped of at the beginning of this review- YUCK! So I read a few reviews on Yelp about this place and it seems decent enough and close to my house.  I also read that they have a $25 mani/pedi special and that is exactly what I am looking for.I get to the place and the its packed.  I was told that it would be about a 5 minute wait.  20 minutes later, I was lead over to an old spa chair.  There is a car seat massage pad on the back with very little vibration.  The water in the tub was chilly, which wasnt so great for the rainy day.  I sit with my feet dangling in the frigid water  for 20 more minutes before I was greeted by the woman doing my pedicure. I decided to pamper myself a bit and got the $30, one hour, luxury pedicure with all the bells and whistles.  It started off great, but the pedicure lady kept leaving to answer her cell phone. The pedicure really was only about 30 minutes of pampering.  My toes look decent...but clearly not worth the 30 bucks.When I got over to the manicurist, she talked me into getting a full set.  I explained to her that I do a lot of typing at work and that I cant have nails and the real reason as to why I wanted a manicure was because my cuticles were dry and painful.  She promised she would make my nails short.  When she put on the tips, one of them was crooked.  When I pointed it out to her, her attitude changed and she became very cold.I watched her the whole time, and I think she could tell that I was unhappy with them.  At one point she even asked if I had something on my mind.  I just hoped my nails would come out better than they looked every time I looked at them.  She asked if I wanted a nail design on each of my nails.  I agreed, but after she was finished, I realized the flowers were absolutely hideous.  She covered the nails with the gel coat and did her best to rush me out the door.  Ordinarily I would have said more, but its Christmas and I didnt want to cause a scene.  The bill came to 72 bucks for a set of horrible looking nails and a lazy pedicure. So, this morning, I showed my nails to a friend and she pointed out that my nails have a yellow tint.  So, I went to another nail shop and had them fixed by someone who really knew what they were doing.I wont return.
