I love this place!!! Everyone here is great. My go to girl is Lynn. She has been doing my pedicures for the past 10 years. She's patient and does an awesome job every time.

I have been going to this salon for years and have brought my daughters here for special occasions. I have always been treated with incredibly kindness from every member of the staff. My pedicures have always been wonderful and the foot massage has been wonderful. I highly recommend this salon.

Came here for a mani/pedi and also to remove my acrylics. The nail tech drilled my nail bed too deep that I felt heat on all my nails. A week later, my nails are still thin and very sensitive. I'll take my business back to Ultra Lux in Scripps.

I am in severe pain after my pedicure at this salon yesterday. The tech was very rough and haphazard. My left big toenail is infected today. She cut so deeply into the surrounding skin that it bled, is now swollen and very painful!!
I don't know how I am going to wear closed shoes to work tomorrow (which are required).
The techs at this salon are also very abrupt and rude. The one doing my pedicure spoke only in harsh tones and asked few questions. She insulted a patron who walked in while I was seated at the spa.
Do NOT go to this nail salon if you want a comfortable experience or reliable results.

I am in so much pain after a pedicure at this salon yesterday. The tech dug into the skin around my left big toenail and made it bleed.Now it's swollen and red, warm to the touch and seems to be getting infected.It's painful to wear closed shoes, which are required at work.The employees are abrupt and rude. I understand that English may not be their first language, but a smile is universal, right?Very few words were spoken. And there was no eye contact. Other customers seemed put off by the vibe too. One almost left before submitting to a nail service.I would suggest finding another salon in the area-- of which there are many!Do NOT go here!!! Learn from my mistake!

Ouch! Pedicures are NOT supposed to hurt! She cut up the sides of my toes so much that every time she sprayed on the alcohol I wanted to yell! The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is that the end result is nice. Won't be going back tho. Plenty of other options in Poway and even on Poway Road.

I am always asking for new fun designs on my nails. Fancy Nails always comes through for me! I'm about to take a trip to Maui so I asked for Hawaiian nails and Mindy did a great job!

Ouch! Pedicures are NOT supposed to hurt! She cut up the sides of my toes so much that every time she sprayed on the alcohol I wanted to yell! The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is that the end result is nice. Won't be going back tho. Plenty of other options in Poway and even on Poway Road.
