I appreciate how sterile they are. They line the foot bath with a fresh plastic every time and also clean it out. I watched them do it because I used to work in the beauty industry and sterilization is my middle name. They do great work on feet; I wear a natural nail without polish so I can't give an opinion about their acrylics, gels, etc. They shape my natural nail very nicely. They are very sweet people. Also, fair prices in my opinion. It's hard work so don't marginalize what they do by being cheap. Frankly, I remember a time when pedicures ran between $50-60. This place is a joke. The owner and employees are so rude I've never been treated so bad! I came to get my lashes done here & the next day they were almost completely gone! So I came to get a refund and the owner called me a liar and started speaking in I believe it was Vietnamese with the lady that did my lashes. I come here only for pedicures. I've never had anything else done here so my review is strictly on pedicures. The owner is kind of rude at times. But I don't think he intentionally means to be. The area that the place is in isn't the best. If you go on a Thursday after noon or the weekend including Friday you'll be waiting forever. They get super busy. The place is a bit outdated. It's 15$ for a "chair" pedicure. Which basically means you sit in a normal chair and they bring the bucket of water to you. Which I don't mind. And it's 18$ for the massage chair. The girls are fast and do a nice job. My nails are super basic. I always bring me own polish. It seems that they have a large gel selection but for regular polish they don't have much. I never get any designs so idk how well they are with that. They last for weeks. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the place is outdated, they don't have a good regular polish selection and the customer service can be better. But out of the salons in Oxnard I always come here. You get the bang for your buck. Read Less

Ok, so I've been coming here for about 10 years! I have mixed feelings about this place. #1.. you can't beat the price at this place. #2.. the quality depends on who does your nails. (Lee and Tony are the best) #3.. When the other random women that work there did my nails a couple of times, they did a horrible job! I got a full set of French tips and they had lines all over them. Another time, I got a gel manicure and she didn't do the same amount of coats on all the nails so it made my nails have different shades of red! This has happened a handful of times in the past years so hopefully it doesn't happen to you. I come here because Lee and Tony do very good work for a great price but sometimes they aren't available. I didn't find the negative reviews to be true. I have been going to this shop for about 2 years! I don't go to any other shop and I live across town which is pretty far. The prices are so affordable and they do an amazing job. It IS clean inside and very beautiful. There are always customers which shows that they are doing a great job. I see both new and loyal customers every time I go. I highly recommend this nail salon. Whenever someone asks me where I get my nails done I always let them know and they end up being regular customers as well. DO NOT GO HERE ... I had a gut instinct and should of went with it ... My daughter goes here and she needs to STOP I live in Silver Lake and I was visiting Ventura Co for the day and in desperate need of a pedicure ... Hey she goes here and why not ... I'm not sure how many YELPERS there are in Ventura Co but I should of read the One review before me and went with the one star rating ... Bad Experience overall . Ok it's not the cleanest but for 18 dollars you would expect a decent pedicure this lady would not listen to any of my requests and laid 200 coats of polish how and when will that many coats dry ?? I asked her to put my sandals on and she had an attitude and then stretched my sandals out and fkd up the polish and more polish on top of that ... They  sucked. Ripped off the gel nail with out foil soaking. Then used the cuticle scissor to pick off the rest of the gel polish. Told her my nails were thin and she continued to rip off the nail and polish. Then after being tortured with my nails she tortured my eye brows. She but the wax all the way down onto my eye lid, so much so that now that I blink the wax residue is irritating the skin even more. And, what is the point of wearing the face mask when you are waxing my eye brows if your going to pull it down over your chin and mouth breathe into my face. I will never be returning! Read Less
