-0 STARS! What a horrible place this is. I was bleeding from the lady doing a Complete HACK JOB on my nails and she wanted to discount me only 2 dollars!! I had to BEG for a 10 dollar discount!! And she was YELLING AT ME just because she didn't wanna give me 10$ off for making me bleed and be in pain.....now It's been 1 week now since I went there and I still have scabs from where she cut me! This place DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!! I am so unhappy with the way my nails look 1 week later! I have never had my nails look like this! Usually they last a month! I can't even go and get a fill somewhere else they are THAT BAD! I have to get whole new set! I really wish I just walked out and didn't pay a dime to this establishment. Read Less

WORST NAIL SALON EXPERIENEC IN MY LIFE! I wish I could give this experience a -0. I got my nails done here today as I was passing by to get something to eat and am new to the area and have been looking for New places to get my nails done that I can keep coming back to....so at the beginning it was ok you can say...the lady started working on my full set gel nails and was VERY rough and too fast with her electric nail file the whole time and kept scraping the sides of my cuticles to Where they would start bleeding then every time I'd tell her she is hurting me and that it stings she poured a liquid of some kind on top of the cuts she created THAT DIDN'T DO ANYTHING BUT MAKE IT STING WORSE THAN BEFORE! Asked her what it was and she wouldn't tell me and just ignored me! She then started brushing the gel polish top coat on and my fingers by my cuticles started gushing out blood to where they looked so dirty after she thought she "wiped it all off" The lady that did my pedicure did a half assed job as well....I asked for calis remover and she did HALF the process that usually gets done by any other basic salon I've been to, at least the polish job was nice though. Anyways the lady that did the full set started saying sorry, so sorry I can give you a "$2 discount" ! Are you f@/+/×%÷ kidding me??? $2??? I'm spending $60 in here and That's it? That's the discount you give someone you cut?? I'm going home BLEEDING with scraps and blood running down my fingers and my fingers hurting enough to have to take an ibuprofen and you wanna give me 2 dollars off? How inconsiderate can you get? So then i told her no you need to give me at least 10$ off or I'll just walk out of the building without paying a dime. She then got crazy started yelling at me saying that "I need to never come back again and that she spent time on my nails" I'm like ya you spent time DOING A HACK JOB ON THEM!" She then tells me that EVERYBODY bleeds and they never say anything or get a discount for it. I'm like Are u serious lady? So you cut every one that spends good money here??? Idk bout you whoever reads this but I feel that lady had Absolutley no trained customer experience nor enough cosmetology school to be a "professional". She was more worried about getting paid than a future repeat customer's fingers that are bleeding from her awful talent of doing nails! She was so rude while I was remaining as calm as possible keeping manners. Started saying that I need to think of them getting paid from their time. She was SO mad that I got a 10$ Discount from a different worker there that said it was okay. She really only wanted me to have 2$ off and that really just shows how much these people dont care for their customers. What a bad experience this was. Never coming back here again and I WILL BE SENDING THE PICTURES OF BLOOD ON MY NAILS TO THE OWNER AS SOON AS SHE GETS BACK FROM VIETNAM. Read Less

I enjoyed this nail salon! I came in as a walk-in and was seated quickly. The lady who worked on my nails did a great job and she was very nice. All I got was a gel manicure for $25 which was worth the price in my opinion. Read Less
