I was charged for a full-service I did not receive, a horrible acrylic application, & called a liar in front of other customers. I was on a very tight time schedule and called specifically to make sure that I would be serviced as soon as I got there. I asked if there was a wait time and they told me no. I asked if they were sure and he repeated “yes no wait time for a full set” which is what I wanted. Even like that, I asked him to put my name down, my way to ensure that I would be serviced as soon as I got there. I walk in and they made me sit at a nail tech station only to wait 20 minutes to get started. And they relocated me twice before I finally started receiving service. By the time that they actually finished putting the acrylic on my nail it was time for me to go I Was unable to get colored. I explained this to the nail tech and I asked to speak to the manager who in front of every client there had the nerve to say I was wrong. The nail tech at the very least apologized, but I was still stuck with having to pay for a full service I did not receive. Not to forget the fact that other customers in the store must of been having horrible service as well seeing as they looked unhappy too. Clean. Clean. Clean. This place is clean & hygienic, which is first on my list.Service is superb as well. They always greet you & ask what service you want done when you come in- unlike many other places where they ignore you for a while. The quality is excellent. Gel nails come out even & last long. I absolutely hate this place! Do not go here! I went in for a acrylics and took my mother in for a manicure. They had me wait for an hour and attended other people before me. They did an awful job and i lost a nail in 3 days. I asked them not to file my moms nails and to be careful with her bc she has very sensitive skin. They Filed her nails anyway and were rude a rough. DO NOT GO HERE! They do not even deserve one star. People should not have to spend (overspend) for bad experiences and poor, ugly jobs. They overcharge your cards and say that you are lying, SO DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET MONEY STOLEN FROM YOU DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS and then blamed for it. They are so rude and careless, I cannot believe they are a business. They deserve to be shut done. A woman I got a pedicure from tried to use dirty, used equipment and when I told her she shrugged it off and acted like I was wrong to tell her. When they overcharged my mother's card for the crappy job they did on her nails, I could not believe how rude they were to us. Not only did they overcharge her, they tried to make us look like we were the thieves. The day my mother got her nails done, the girl cut her finger really bad from her carelessness, and when we went to get the money back from what they overcharged her, the girl said that she never did her nails. If you want to go here, keep in mind that: 1.They will possibly steal from you 2.They will possibly use nasty equipment on you that can potentially give you fungus or something else 3.They cut your fingers from how careless they are 4.They use cheap polish (gel and regular) that creates bubbles and chips that say is your fault 5.They are not clean and leave lint in the nail polish that say is not their fault 6.They blame you no matter how wrong they are 7. They put a liner in the pedicure baths, use gloves for everything and the safety measures for both themselves and customers is impressive. They like to bite more than they can chew which surely insures a wait if there are a lot of people but overall my wait has never been ridiculous. Customer is service is good, they great you as you walk in and ensure you are served as soon as possible and the staff there are very friendly. Quality of of work is amazing, and I'm always leaving that place feeling completely satisfied. They have decent pricing and I love the facials there, they really take their time with you, I recommend Tracy, she is awesome. Pedicure and manicures are done throughly and the up selling is not as bad as other places I have been to. I also get my back waxed there and their technique is strangely pain free for me for some reason. I love this place overall and they earned the 4 star rating. If they had a little better waiting area then they would be a perfect 5. I'm a guy and most my friends and family who are also male don't get pedicures, manicures, waxing sand facials but I do.
