I do not recommend this shop. The women are very rude and anything wrong is the customer's fault, never theirs. Their work is ok although I almost always can see the sanding grooves in my fiberglass nails. For some reason, that's my fault. When the girl made my finger bleed, I was told my skin was too tender. When my nails lifted I was told I keep my hands in water (I don't). One girl talks the whole time, never shuts up. Another one never says a word. One is cheerful & friendly. I went to the guy twice for pedicures and my toenails were so short & misshapen I couldn't wear sandals until they grew out. I could go on but you get the picture. They are cheap, though. Read Less

What the hell am I doing writing a review for a nail salon!?? I'm a dude...a man's man! I wear camo shorts and go fishing every chance I get. I like power tools and smoking big fat cigars. OK, my wife says that I have way more hair pomade than any one man should have but I don't use it every single day...maybe only 5-6 days a week. Anyway, here's the scoop....My wife and I have had a pretty stressful couple of weeks and when we were able to get off work early yesterday, she suggested a pedicure. So I replied "sure babe, whatever makes you happy". Happy wife = Happy life right? I had every intention of waiting for her quietly in the corner but there were 2 pedicure chairs available right next to each other and the thought of relaxing on one of those chairs with the auto massaging backs seemed pretty nice. Before I knew it, I had my shoes and socks off and I was plunging my feet into the warm, soothing water of the Jacuzzi foot tub thingy...which had some sort of blue crystals in it... bath salts maybe? Had my feet worked on for a bit, nails trimmed etc...then came the rub down. A full foot and calf massage is something that I didn't know I needed or perhaps even wanted in my life. I am not going to lie...it felt pretty damn good. I'm not saying that I am going to make this a regular thing by any means but once in a blue moon...sure, why not? The main thing is that it made my wife happy to have me next to her and I was happy to be alongside her as well. My days seem to be so much better when my wife is happy.FYI...Unique Nails does not take credit/debit cards. They are a cash only business. I had to run over to CVS and buy a bottle of water to get cash back to pay the ladies. They told us that if you are a "regular" who comes in at least once per month, they will accept a personal check...but only if it is local. I don't know of too many people who actually use checks anymore but I just thought I would pass that info along to anyone reading this. I broke a nail and couldn't get to the girl who normally does my nails so I thought i would go to unique nail to repair my 1 nail from the moment I walked in they were rude they don't speak English how am I supposed to do business with them if they don't speak even enough English to understand each other I was so frustrated. .
