I just went here with my daughter and we both were unhappy. They did not do good customer service and they don’t know many designs. the lady who did it for me did an awful job by not showing attention and showing lots of attitude. For my daughter, this lady did a decent job but did terrible in the designs. She had to remove it 10 times and she was by happy, but she just gave up and started showing attitude over this place. There were barely any customers and it took two pedicures 3 hours. So, my daughter and I are unhappy and we have decided to never come back to this place.

Had an unpleasant experience with a pedicure. The lady was not paying attention and scrapped off layers of skin. Bleeding. She was looking in outer space. The amount of money spent was not worth the physical pain. Which became a sore. So quality of staff is not good.

Difficult time understanding the woman to book my appointment.Service was excellent -- got the extra 10 mins of massage for both mani/pedi -- fantastic!!They didn't put anything in the water for either service though.. organic mani should have had cucumbers and mint and it was plain water and the pink grapefruit pedi should have had salts in it. With tip, my total spend was $135 - $$$$Within 48 hours, 8 of my nails are chipped and 2 of my toes... and I got the OPI infinite shine.I tried calling twice but their phone went to voicemail and their box was full.

Love how the aroma and aura is so much less chemical-y here!Received a lovely Classic pedicure, I did not have time for a longer option. But I asked and all their lotions and scrubs are made in-house ...
Love how the aroma and aura is so much less chemical-y here!Received a lovely Classic pedicure, I did not have time for a longer option. But I asked and all their lotions and scrubs are made in-house with a short list of recognizable ingredients! So this is a huge plus.The single use bowls and bright, clean atmosphere is a welcome change from traditional spa settings.Pedicurist was very thoughtful and attentive to my feet's sensitivity - stopping when I needed her to.Can't wait to go back.

I was only interested in this salon because the pedicures are done with iron tubs not massage spa chairs, which I'm not a fan of. They charge for EVERYTHING like Yelper Sarah said which is ridiculous ...
I was only interested in this salon because the pedicures are done with iron tubs not massage spa chairs, which I'm not a fan of. They charge for EVERYTHING like Yelper Sarah said which is ridiculous and their work is nothing special or unique. The salon was decent not immaculate and the equipment far from new or taken care of. I thought it was was really tacky when they asked me to pay when I was in the middle of my pedicure. The girl should have said, "We are closing out the register do you mind if we ring you out now?" I would've been ok with that. At that point, I didn't even want her to finish the pedicure. The whole experience ruined. Poor customer service. Don't fall for their packages or upgrades, just ripoffs. Their whole menu is ridiculous. When you step through that door, expect to pay everything. I wouldn't be surprise if they charge for each nail clipped. Your business isn't appreciated, they just want to see how much money they can make off of you.

I have tried this place several times. It is really inconsistent. Either I have an amazing experience or it's really bad. The last time I went there For a pedicure I asked my manicurist to leave nails long because I get ingrowns and she cut them really short. Then my polish peeled off within 2 weeks. It seems like it just depends on who you get as your manicurist.

I just went here with my daughter and we both were unhappy. They did not do good customer service and they don’t know many designs. the lady who did it for me did an awful job by not showing attention and showing lots of attitude. For my daughter, this lady did a decent job but did terrible in the designs. She had to remove it 10 times and she was by happy, but she just gave up and started showing attitude over this place. There were barely any customers and it took two pedicures 3 hours. So, my daughter and I are unhappy and we have decided to never come back to this place.

They charge for EVERYTHING like Yelper Sarah said which is ridiculous and their work is nothing special or unique. The salon was decent not immaculate and the equipment far from new or taken care of.
