Love Mina! She's truly the sweetest girl ever! I love talking to her and the way she does my nails. Everyone is picky in their own way with things and I don't even have to look at my nails before I go she helps me pick out colors and I know she's done an amazing job! Loooove!!!! I just came here for the first time with my mom on a whim, and boy am I happy we did! We got seated immediately, turned on our massaging chairs, and relaxed while they got everything prepped for us. Major pros:-Very clean and sanitary-Friendly staff - all the ladies were SO nice! -Cute place - my mom lived the pops of purple  everywhere! -They did a great job on both the manicure and pedicure. I got the gel manicure and mango pedicure. I loved the pedicure! It was probably the most relaxing pedicure I've ever had with a lengthy massage. Also, they do not use the jetted bowl pedi chairs, these are massage chairs that they bring a bowl with a liner for the soak,  which is what I look for since cleanliness is a big concern for me (who needs an infection or fungus!).The manicure was fine, not great but nothing bad. I made an appointment a week before coming there yesterday. I called to let them know I was running late 15 minutes because of traffic and the lady said it was fine. When I arrived 14 minutes late I was told that because I was late they could only do my pedicure. My appointment was for pedicure, manicure and wax. The lady did my pedicure in a rush and then they put my sandals next to me as to let me know I had to leave. I was disappointed, if I knew they were not going to be able to do all I had made the appointment for, I would have cancelled. every time I came there in the past, I was the only customer. Brought my grandma here for a mani/pedi on a Friday. We were the first appts of the day (scheduled in advance) and thought they would get busier as the day went on but only one other person came in. We were there for almost 2 hours.The ladies were very nice and they did a good job, nothing spectacular and honestly for the price paid, I was expecting more. My manicure started chipping a few days after getting them done. My pedi stayed on for a long time, but it always does.Overall a nice salon but I will probably go somewhere a little more affordable next time and get similar results. Read Less

I had been in search for a new nail place, and came here after seeing all of the good reviews.  I came in for a gel manicure. The ladies were very nice, but service was not great. After cutting my nails, she the nail clippings on the towel, didn't fold it over or anything. Kind of gross to look at during the whole appointment. The gel they used apparently doesn't require a base coat?? I looked it up when I got home since it thought it was so weird. Problem was, I got a really dark color and it basically stained my nails. When I got my nails done two weeks later at another salon, my nails were purple!  It also took the poor attendant ages to get the gel off, it was like cemented to my nails - not in a good way. Finally, my nails were so crooked. I came home and re-filed them so they were straight. So disappointing. Read Less

I should have known. The place was EMPTY upon entering, on a weekend mid-day. I like a hot soak pedicure, but this place requires it's staff to lug a small bowl of lukewarm water to your seat. I felt badly for them. Then I had to balance in the awkward chair with my legs extended while my hands and feet were being worked on -- but zero coordination happened. When one lady was digging, tugging, scraping the other one was massaging. Not relaxing at all, especially because I was balancing tools on my legs and had them extended straight out and not relaxed. At the end of it all, my toes don't look great and one of the nails was cut so painfully on the side I need to go somewhere else and have it fixed. Skip/Avoid. Read Less

Great job on my nails -- my usual nail spot was booked (wa wa wa) so walked in and they had time! The price is a tad bit more but they take their time in service, and have some really nice lotion/oils and aesthetics that made the experience lovely! I've been going to Bollinger every year for my moms birthday for the past 5 years. This year we decided to mix it up and try this place! I can't recommend it enough. The ladies were unbelievably sweet and did a great job. At no point did I feel like I was being talked about, which happens at a lot of nail salons I go to. I loved my experience at Orchidee. I've bounced around from salon to salon, never finding one I liked enough to return, but I will definitely be coming back here. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is super relaxing and spa-like. They have a great variety of treatments that are both very reasonably priced and fun - lavender, honey and white chocolate, green tea lemongrass, etc. I loved the design they did for my pedicure, which turned out great despite the fact that I showed them a photo of a manicure. DO NOT FALL FOR ALL THE FAKE REVIEWS!I came here after seeing it was 5 stars, turns out, if you give a 5 star on yelp they'll give you a discount or something free.  Came here with a friend a few months ago, paid $40 for gel, it came off the next day.  My friends nails had bubbles and neither of our nails were filled in to the root making it look like we had them done a week ago.  Did not go back because I don't have the time and didn't want to waste more time having them redone and come off again. Horrible!!! If I could give them negative stars I would! ! ! ! Went in for a mani pedi Sunday night Sept 11th. They completely rushed, were finished in 15 minutes, I couldn't believe it. And they did a lousy job, had to have go back them correct the things they missed. Plus, they were expensive, $46 for a mani pedi. I wouldn't complain about the price if they did a great job, spent some time and actually cared about their client! I will never go again! I should not even have paid for such terrible service! I absolutely love this place! I was going consistently back at the beginning of the year but got a new job that didn't allow me to have polish, but I'll be going back soon!The parking lot in the back is super convenient. My favorite thing about this salon is how unique it is. It doesn't stink of acetone. Very very clean! There are wonderful organic manicure and pedicure options. They offer gel polish too that lasted me 18 days between color changes. Lots of color options too! I always feel so pampered, relaxed and special when I leave. All of their pedicure chairs have wonderful massage options to them, and every pedicure done is in a fresh and clean bowl, none of the nasty fungus jet pools will be found here! All of the soaks, scrubs, waxes, and moisturizers are organic and they all smell AMAZING! Cannot wait to consistently be coming here again! The ladies are so kind and do great work. Read Less

Today was our first visit and I already love this place. They use organic stuff and they use removable bowls with liner which they throw away after each use.
