I have come here twice now.  Once for pedicure and then for pedicure and manicure.  For $40 you get the deluxe pedicure which is nice because they pamper you a bit more with hot wax, etc.  However, I like the dead skin exfoliated off my feet and they simply skim over this (not really focusing on getting all the dead skin off, but going through the motions).  Same for my massage.  As far as polish goes, the gal who painted my nails did a nice job, but my french pedi. was so thick and poorly done that I asked the lady if she could thin the tips out and she said no.  Really?  Let's just say I was not willing to wear any shoes that showed my toes which is difficult as the weather gets warmer.  I should have known it is best to stick with my previous place. This used to be my go to pedi place. Then last time I went to get my mani gel taken off , she started ripping them off my nails . I literally yelped out loud  and said , well I could have done that . She continued to peel them off (they were very very well adhered to my nail beds ) so I finally just started peeling the rest off myself . It was super weird . It was hard to enjoy my foot massage while she ripped them off . I usually get my mani at a diff place and they always soak off the old ones first !! And the new ones came off and chipped within days . Will sadly not be going back , at least not for gel . Read Less

I have come here a couple times and each time I do I want to love this place. They have a nail bar which is very cute. Everything is very clean and modern looking. In addition to the nail bar they have plenty of seating and plenty of people working at all times.  Like most nail salons they play HGTV on a loop so I always get to keep up with the latest remodel trends. Despite all of these wonderful things, it always comes done to the product. I just don't feel like that do a great gel manicure for $30. The last time I went I felt like the technician rushed through my nails and the manicure in general. To be fair I wasn't totally paying attention (those HGTV shows are just so captivating) but she didn't cut my nails, there were a lot of cuticles left, and she only did 2 coats. Read Less

The girls here always make you feel right at home and ensure your comfort. They take well to criticism when I want something tweaked with my acrylics or the shape of my nail, and deliver great work. Can be quick when I need it and very clean! Read Less

It was my first time going here tonight! I've been trying to find a nail salon that I want to repeatedly come back to.......and well, I found it!!!  The staff was so nice, the place was super clean (which is a big one for me) and you can tell they take pride in their work. They took their time making you feel comfortable and not rushed. The hand and foot massage wasn't bad either ;) They took their time and made you fall into relaxation mode; which I needed after my long, stressful day at work. I even saw them accommodate some last minute walk-in customers before they closed (which I never want to be one of those). Even though they didn't "have to take them"...they gladly did with no hesitation and were very sweet about it. Looking forward to coming back here in a few weeks! Read Less

So happy to find an amazing nail place. The ladies are so nice, and the entire place is spotless!! Came in for a pedicure and was presented a list of services and prices. All the advanced services are the same price which is awesome. The spa tubs are lined with a plastic cover and tools are sterilized and sealed. Can't wait to come back again!! Read Less

I have been going to see Jenny and her sisters since they were at the mall. When they moved here I happily followed. I am there religiously every month. And every time I walk away with a great manicure and fill to my gel nails.  Atmosphere is great, clean and comfortable.  I highly recommend this great salon for manicure/pedicure needs. worst nail place I've ever been to. Would give 0 stars if possible. They were rude and way over charged. It costed $53 without a tip for a gel mani and regular pedi. They didn't even put prices up. They gave dirty looks and practically forced my friend to get gel instead of regular paint. Cuticles uneven, gel polish uneven, toe nail polish chipped within one hour of doing hardly nothing. I have gotten a pedicure twice in this salon. They have done a great job both times. I can't remember the name of the first manicurist that did my nails but she did a wonderful and LONG massage on my legs. She is the older lady.  The second manicurist was Jenny and she also did a great job on both the scrubbing, massage and painting of my nails. I enjoy the small peaceful atmosphere. Came back from a 6 month deployment and my hair was so dry and damaged from the water we used. Thank goodness I found Jen Moore because all other hairdressers (excluding those at the cutters Gallery) I had gone to before her only damaged my hair more. My hair is finally healthy again. Yesterday was my first time going here. I really enjoyed Hannah who worked on my pedicure. Kim was also very nice. These ladies are very knowledgable and experienced. I just got a manicure and pedicure done the other day and was very pleased with the service as always. I've been going to Jenny and Mindy for over 9 years when they worked at another salon-- and I followed them to this new shop. (They also do a good job with regular shellac manicures and shellac acrylic nails).Prices are very reasonable. The salon just got remodeled, so it looks really cute. Staff is very friendly and they make you feel at home. I fall asleep each time I get a spa pedicure with them because their massages feel so relaxing! For my daughter's 9th birthday I scheduled a "princess party" at Cutters Gallery. My daughter and 2 of her friends were pampered while getting their hair, nails and make up done by Casey and Autumn. Let me just say they were amazing!!!!!!!! I can't count how many times my daughter said thank you and that this was her best birthday ever.
