Adorable, nice little zen nail salon in downtown Pleasanton. Very affordable and excellent service. I came in on a slow afternoon as a walk in needing pedicure and gel mani and they got to me right away. The massages were amazing and they took their time to give me perfect polish. Everyone in there was super kind and I felt really pampered. This isn't a quick in and out place but you really get a lovely experience if you have the time. Highly recommended. So happy I came here!!!! I was going to another place in Pleasanton, really loved the woman who did my nails but since new ownership, things have changed. I got fed up and just found this place and I couldn't be happier. I'm in and out with a shellac manicure and pedicure in an hour or less. All the ladies are so nice and my nails look great! I have lived in Pleasanton for 15 years and have gone to many nail salons. Heavenly by far is the best nail salon in town.Where do I start? The quality of the work is outstanding. I get gel manicures and regular polish pedicures. Each come with massages.  Pedicures: The warm oil and hot stone leg massages are extremely relaxing. When my heels get really dry, they use a special gel on my heels that helps remove the dry skin. They pay close attention to cutting my cuticles and shaping my toe nails. Manicures: I highly recommend the gel manicure. Great selection of colors, with matching regular polish for your toes. They are very detailed in their work are very concerned with my satisfaction. I would've given this place 5 stars after making my 4th trip here today but did not have a good experience this time. I had 3 ladies worked on my nails both during mani and pedi. I can understand that if theyre super busy, they may rotate. The old lady who did most of the cleaning and trimming was too hard on my cuticles, she over cut them not once but twice I ended up yelling in pain! Then when she did another customer's pedi next to me, she did the exact same thing! Smh.  Not sure if she needs new glasses but I don't think she should be working at a place like this where being precise and gentle is needed.On a positive note, the other lady who did the massaging and hot stones on me was probably the best experience for me. She did an amazing job keeping me comfortable and actually made a conversation. Tina who is the owner is always very welcoming and remembers the last few times I was here during my cousin and my best friend's visit. She did my French gel manicure today and did an OK job. I've had better looking ones without seeing a single bump and unevenness. Their idea of wearing gloves to protect our skin from the UV light was new to me but I thought it's brilliant. I had an appointment at 5:30 and arrived a few moments early.  I've had my nails done at different salons and understand the manicurists sometimes work on multiple people at once. Although my appointment started on time, during my appointment 6 other customers walked in. Given the brief communication between the walkins, it was clear none of them had appointments. My technician decided she would interrupt my nail service multiple times to work on these other ladies. Bottom line, each of these ladies were served and ultimately left the salon before I did. Absolutely love this place! Staff is so sweet and friendly, place is nice, quiet and clean! Love, love, love that they have food network on, by far the best way for me to relax and detach. Best place in Pleasanton for pedicures! They soak your feet in warm water with lemons, clean them up, trim, followed by oil and a hot stone massage and then finished with a warm towel, paint them and then you get to sit back in the incredibly comfy massage chair as they dry. They never rush you to leave but if you tell them your in a hurry they will get the job done. I've been coming here for just about a year now and I wouldn't go anywhere else anymore. First time here, walked in for gel Manicure and a regular pedicure and had an AMAZING experience! Everything was so clean and nice and peaceful. They Had a relaxing cooking show on that was just the right volume and therefore not obnoxious. I was the only customer but they still worked with efficiency. I love that they use lemons, organic lavender oil and hot stones. Not only that, but they put gloves on my hands to protect my skin from the uv light which in my many years of gel and acrylics I have never had done anywhere. I agree with other raters for this place when I say that although the staff here were so sweet and attentive, the pedicure and acrylic set I got was terrible. The pedicurist was too hard on my toes and the acrylics came out so terribly bumpy and uneven I hated it for two weeks until I went somewhere else. The shop is a fine venue, it's too bad that it was such poor quality. Also, I was there for 2.5 hours, so all of this was not due to rushing the job by any means. Read Less

This place is extremely cute. Newly remodeled and the decor flows nicely, unlike most nail salons that look as though there's 80's style throw up all over the walls. The counter tops are unique and clever. My only complaint, the stools are too high. My legs were touching the counter and I had to slouch over. Not fun for someone with back problems. The lady who was doing my nails was decent. She was just REALLY slow. Then they put cuticle oil on my nails rather than my cuticle where it actually belongs. Weird!I didn't have time to get a pedicure but I prefer the standard chairs with bubble jets for my feet, not a bucket. It's very affordable and not terrible so I may or may not return. Read Less

Very clean and professional nail salon. Nice friendly staff makes for a pleasant and relaxing experience. I have had the regular mani/pedi and nails have lasted 1-2 wks. Great location for me too. They always offer water, tea, coffee, which is a nice touch. Read Less

Went to salon for a pedicure last night. The girl was great, very attentive and spent time working on my pain points and massaging my feet and legs which felt incredible. Don't think my feet have experienced so much attention before! I will definitely be back. Read Less
