I have tried a lot of different nail salons around Wilmington over the years but this one is hands-down the best! The prices are fair and my nails always look great. And when two of my nails messed up I went in expecting to pay to get them fixed but they did not charge me a dime, which was really nice of them. Read Less

If I could give a zero I would the technicians are rude nasty and racist. They didn't acknowledge me when I came in because they were serving other clients so I had to make my self known. After a 30 minute wait I asked the technician when would I be served and she didn't even look up replying " few minute sweetie". Prior to this event I went with my father and he spent over 200.00 and the only time they treated us like decent human beings was when they were taking our money. I feel like the only way they treat you kindly and with respect is if your a Middle aged Caucasian person. If your not a regular don't expect any warm welcoming because they make it seem like their doing you a favor to be serviced by them. Absolutely horrible service. I always used to come here after today no more. My aunt and I walked in a worker gave us numbers on were to sit. Amy said "no appointment" then she ignored us and was talking Chinese and rolling her eyes. We have scheduled appointments before which we always end up waiting a hour so saw no difference. Enough was enough especially if you go to a place to pay for good service and they treat you like crap. You guys just lost two customers. Staff is absolutely horrible here. Read Less

I visited on 5/25/17 to have a fill in done and my nails started itching and swelling up I went back the next morning and after a 30 minute discussion those nails were removed and LCN nails were put on. The next day I had to go get a broken nail repaired and Lilly questioned me if I had my nails done there. The guy in seat 5 repaired my nail grudgingly and with the most aggravated look on his face; another nail broke as well and not to mention when the LCN was put on by the guy in seat 4 he left my pinky nails shorter than the rest of my nailsI paid $60 for nails and gave $15s in tips for the most horrible nail experience I have ever had.Read Less
