It was my first time having a manicure here and it was great! First she clipped my nails, then she massaged my hands and forearm with lotion. Mimi was so sweet, she kept checking to make sure I wasn't uncomfortable or in any pain throughout the process. I got a regular manicure and smudged my thumb nail before I left (entirely my fault) but Mimi was kind enough to fix it before I left. I am very pleased with the end result. My friend and I just came from getting pedicures and manicures. Well I got a pedicure and my friend recieved a partial one. I have been here before and it was a nice experience. A few munutes into our pedicures the lady who was doing my friend's toes said she'd be right back. She returned 1p mins later yelling at the lady across room who was doing manicures. We thought this was just going to be a momentarily but continued and got louder and more agressive as time went. She started go scrub her feet aggressively as she continued to yell . After several customers chimed in saying this was inappropriate and that someone needs to intervene we decided to get up to leave. It was not relaxing and we took time to plan this time away from the kids. We left with my friend's toes partially done. Several of the staff apologized but the lady yelling seemed to care less that is was causing scene. I just wish someone would have stepped in (management) and stopped the awkward experience. 🤗 I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Sofia did my nails and she super sweet and totally fixed my nails that the new salon TJ’s salon in that same shopping center MESSED UP!!!! She had to fix every nail that was messed up and she did an amazing job. 🤗 I recommend this place and to ask for her. Read Less

I go to this nail place if I have to get my nails done last minute and need somewhere close to where I live. The staff overall isn't the friendliest but polite. Some are definitely friendly! They have plenty of people working so I do appreciate them taking me in last minute or for just a short wait. I think their prices are a bit high for the quality you get. My mani-pedi's (sometimes gel) look okay but one or two will be crooked in terms of cut or the French tip. I'm sure I'll keep going to this place for last minute situations but this is definitely not my go to nail place. Read Less

Well, I use to come to this place and quit because the service went down hill. It's been about 2 years and I decided to give it a try again. The basic pedicure is $25. I asked how much it would be to do fell polish instead of regular polish, they said $20 more! This is hilarious to me because little do they know I am a Hairstylist and work in a full service salon, $20 more for gel polish is a rip off! I told her I would just do regular polish. As soon as I said that they all started speaking a different language and starring at me like I was being unreasonable for not wanting to pay $20 more! They had me sit in a chair while I waited for someone to start my pedicure, I sat for 10min with my feet in cold water. When she started I asked her to warm up the water it was cold and she said "u want warm water?" (Ummmmm why would I want cold?) My pedicure lasted all of 20 minutes! Awful massage, she wore gloves and hardly put any lotion on my legs so her gloves were rubbing my skin raw. The polish was streaky (I could see through to my nails in parts) I mentioned it to her and she said it wasn't. Did I mention this lady was walking around with no shoes on???? Totally unprofessional After it was done I spoke up and said I didn't like the polish job as it was on my cuticles and skin and I know that will just result in it peeling off. Another lady came over, took off all the polish, redid all my cuticles, filed again, and repolished.. much better to say the least I'm glad I spoke up, but I still am not thrilled with my service Read Less

These ladies have always been really great to me and more than willing to fit me at any given time.  I usually get a pedicure there every two weeks and a fill to my nails.  They always offer up fun colors and cute patterns.  I suggest going here at anytime. Read Less
