My first experience was fine (the pregnant girl that sits in the back did a good job). BUT, my 2nd experience left a bad taste in my mouth, so I will not be going back!!! On Sunday, we went in to get spa pedi's then a fill. Only 3 people working (on the weekend, when it's typically VERY busy...Really????), and the owner was not in at that time. Was told they were busy & to come back in 1hr. Went back in 45min., only to find out that they were working on 4 NEW customers, ...so had to wait about another 30 minutes. Then, 1 of us only wanted our toe nails "buffed" instead of any polish. Was told Extra $5.. WHY???? The buffing was "in exchange" of the 3+ coats of polish...It should be a "wash" on the cost. Then, proceeded to get my nails filled, which is okay. BUT...I wanted a design on 2 nails only (ringer finger on each hand), which was simply a Santa hat. Told me would be an EXTRA $10.00. SERIOUSLY??? The previous time I was there, I wasn't charged any Extra...which leads me to believe that the girl (sitting at table closest to wall, at the 2nd to last table toward the back) was trying to make her own money on the side, since the owner wasn't in. Well...when you start trying to screw over your customers, guess what, YOU HAVE NO CUSTOMERS!!! The other BIG issues is...they do NOT use Sanitized utensils on their customers. I got acrylic nails done on the Carnival cruise I went on and they botched them! They're all crooked and just gross looking! I don't know how it got that way I guess I wasn't paying attention because I was talking, but my friend told me about oasis and they are really good at getting nailed the street. I have crooked nails to begin with because I'm an artist and the pushing of the pencil on the paintbrush on the nail has actually moved my nails and the ladies here did a wonderful job on getting them as straight as a literally possibly could be and I am thoroughly happy with The results! I highly recommend this place if you want a professional nail job. I've been to a lot of nail places in Plasterville and Cameron Park and they have not been as good as this place thank you oasis for your professionalism! Read Less

Yes, they're cheap but that's what you get. The acrylic is really good, holds for a long time, no lifting. But their work is rushed and unprofessional. My nails never looked perfect and symetrical. I even left there with bleeding nail beds because the lady was too rough. Ladies you should never experience burning nails or bleeding nail beds! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Somewhere where the work is quality workmanship and the people actually hold a conversation with you and are nice and curtious and take care of you and your nails like they should! Read Less

This place is horrible. I got a pedicure and gel manicure. The woman rushed through both and treated me like I was nothing but an annoyance. She didn't allow my nails to cure long enough between coats. When I said that I feel that 15-30 seconds isn't long enough, she said it's fine. They're now peeling, and its been less than 48 hours. The pedicure was nothing more than dipping my feet in water for 2 minutes and having my toenails painted. Then when I asked for change to give a tip (which certainly wasn't deserved), she looked at me like I was asking for a kidney. The thing is that everyone in there seemed to have this same attitude. I usually don't complain and try to give the benefit of the doubt, but this has by far been the worst nail experience of my life. I'll take the time to drive down to El Dorado Hills to get better service and quality for a much cheaper price. Read Less

It was not clean, they do not have liners for the foot basin. They overbooked, we had an appointment for 3 they were not ready for us. They started on my friend and 45 minute into her pedicure they finally started mine. She got a 1 hour and 15 minute pedicure while mine was barely 30 minutes. We paid for the spa pedicure. My hot stone message was like a minute 2 minutes max and they rushed everything else. They did a great job on my toes but not happy that it was rushed and that I paid for a message that I didn't get. They had a back up of people that come in while we were there and they were not ready for them either. Not impressed, maybe it was just an off day for them but one they should not have over booked, and 2, they should not have rushed my appointment for their mistake.. they also should have charged me less.. will not be going back. I received a full set 2 weeks ago. I had minnie mouse nails done and they cost 45. It was amazing. Best nails I've had. Then...I went in today and had a full. Got a different lady, the owner and she wrecked my nails. She didn't do what I wanted after I had showed her pictures several times. Then shee saud she couldnt do it cause my nails were too small! What!? She filed my nails in horrible shapes. Many are very crooked. She filed the sides off and made them angle to a different side so now I have to remove it and have a new one placed.she also filed my natural nail down almost to the nail bed to the point it was painful Then she charged me per nail for the design and per gel coat. I ended up being charged 40 for a fill! And she said she gave me a discount for having to wait! I got in my car and started crying! Horrible return visit. Read Less

I have been going to this place for six months now and I love it.My lady is Jenny I absolutely love her,  she take her time doesn't rush with anything and my nails always look so amazing, especially since you're my natural nails with fiberglass.The other ladies are amazing.Now my mother and my friend goes there and have loved it. what I also like it is completely different from other shops they will tell you if something works for you or if it doesn't, they keep it real lol. I got my nails done 2 weeks ago and 6 out of 10 are lifting. I go back in because Hana had told me the last time i was in if I had any problems with this set she would fix it. The reason why she said she would was because the prior set 3 cracked and broke. So I go in today to have them replace them at no charge and hana is not working today and they tell me they won't fix them because my nails grow to fast. They said they would put glue on them and charge me for a fill. I ask to talk to hana so they call her. No answer ago they tell me to came back tomorrow. This is the only day I can because i don't have my daughter. So I leave and call them to get the owners number and they tell me they don't know and hang up on me. I call back and let them know I didn't appreciate them hanging up on me. And I ask for Hanas number they tell me no I ask for the owners again and they tell me no and she is to busy to help me and hangs up on me yet again. I call one more time and they will not answer. The other thing is I am a licensed cosmetologist so I do know how acrylic works and this is not normal. Hana is great! And I wish she did nails. For the others including the older lady that was so rude they need a lesson in customer service. I have been coming here 4 months and before these last 2 issues the nails were great.
