Okay so I had to go back today to fix every nail. All my gel polish was lifting. I had Jenni this time. I found my forever nail lady. I left the star rating the same because I'm still so pleased. My friend and I booked appointments with Cindy and Tina. They are awesome by the way. Very clean and friendly. Gel mani and pedi. So I (and my family) have been going to this establishment for years. And today I went in to get my eyebrows done and they were done poorly . I reluctantly paid but upon getting to my car I saw the damage and went back in for a refund. Not only did Jenny refuse to give me a refund she had a nasty attitude and she blamed me for her mess up. I was not very impressed. My nails look uneven and bubble on top. I asked for coffin shape, but rounded corners. I didn't want the shape to be too pokey. The paint job was half a$$ed so to speak. My nails are not even. Very nice people who work there. I just didn't like the nail service that I got. Oh my god! I have the most terrible experience ever. I was in this place for over 2 hours. The young girl there that did my nails did a terrible job. She put on the acrylic so thick. It was on there so crooked and lumpy. She kept sanding and sanding my nail away. She cut my cuticles with that machine they use to sand the acrylic on  your nails. Then she filed my nails crooked. Then she painted my nails a gel color. She put my nails underneath the machine that dries your nails and when she took them out she wiped my nails down with the alcohol and it messed up all the nail polish on my nails. Then she had to file my nails down again. And paint them over again. I was there for over 2 hours I had a headache she had already cut my cuticles several times ,she made them bleed and was very rough with my hands that by the time my nails dried I just hurried up and got the heck out of there. The next day I filed my nails and shape them and I had to paint them myself because I did not want to go back into that place. Just a very bad terrible experience. I waited patiently for about 45 minutes to have my nails painted. Another customer arrived about 15 minutes after me to have her eyebrows waxed. After about 45 minutes one of the workers was free. I can tell the workers were arguing about who would do what. While waiting, the free worker told me that another worker (who was still with a different customer) will be with me shortly. I told her okay, thinking she might be leaving. But of course, she took the customer who was in after me. I walked out. Thats not okay. First come first serve. I wish I could leave negative stars for these people.. They deserve 700 demerits! My little sister has been growing her nails out for MONTHS!! She has anxiety and constantly bites them, I can't tell you how difficult it's been for her to get them long enough for a nice manicure.. She wanted a nice gel polish to show them off.. So we were already in the store and didn't bother to look up reviews cus we were already standing next to it.. BIG MISTAKE. FIRST:We ask for a gel manicure and this bitch says okay, sits her down, and proceeds to go on her phone for about 10-12 minutes while my sister just sits there waiting. Then, she picks up the goddamn nail clippers and cuts off ALL the f*ing length she's been working for months to have!!!!! All of it!! She cut it down to the edge of her fingertip.. My sister is really shy, and like I said, suffers from anxiety.. And I wasn't around (because believe me, I would have raised Hell) so she held back her tears and reminded this stupid piece of shit dumbass that all she wanted was a gel manicure.. Her nails were already shaped.. "Oh.. Well, go to 3rd chair then" she says.. So my sister had to get acrylics because she was too embarrassed to tell anyone what happened.. I freak out when I look at them at home, and ask her why she would get acrylics and ruin her nails when she just worked so hard to grow and she breaks down in tears and tells me what happened.. Then she washes her hands and I hear her say "ouch" ..I'm like: what happened? Oh yeah... Turns out that bitch cut her finger with the clippers and she's been bleeding through the entire manicure session till we got home.. I'm so f*ing angry..  I can't even say anything cus they're closed.. I wouldn't have paid for that bullshit. Please stop going to this stupid salon.. Now my sister has these stupid acrylics, her nice long natural nails are gone.. She's back to square zero.. Paid for this shitty job.. I do not recommend this salon. I had a manicure and one silk wrap. Tina did not know the proper size of wrap for my thumb nail and didn't polish the nails over to the cuticle until I complained. After drying my nails for 15 minutes, I noticed a knocked nail, I told Tina, she proceeded to fix the nail, after showing me 5 different nails colors that weren't even close to my color, she walked 9away to finish with her other client. 45 minutes later she finally returns and showed me another 8 colors that clearly didn't match and than insisted that a orange tinted color was the correct one, when I had picked a rose pink color. I told her forget it and clearly let her know she did not deserve a tip. Terrible job, I should not have had to pay...DON'T GO THERE, I give them a Negative 5 rating, NOT the star that I had to mark above to complete this review!! Read Less

This is the only place I'll go for nails. Jenny is super great and she's sensitive when it comes to removing acrylics when needed. She doesn't rush you unless you are in a hurry, which sometimes I am. And she doesn't sit and chat with co-workers while doing my nails. Pedicures here are great as well. I'd recommend the pedi that includes the paraffin dip.. I like it hotter thn it should be applied. But you'll feel like your walking on clouds while your feet marinate. Read Less

DONT GO HERE AND RECEIVE SERVICE FROM THE NAIL TECH BY THE NAME OF "CALVIN"! HE IS LAZY AS HELL! HE DIDNT DO A GOOD JOB SCRUBBING MY FEET. I SHOULD HAVE WENT TO ONE OF THE LADIES BECAUSE THEY WERE WORKING LOOONG AND HAAARD ON THEIR CLIENTS FEET.
