Went today for the first time and I have to say I was far more impressed than I thought I could be. Sophia was so kind and her talent as a nail tech is bar none #1! Love this place been going here for almost 4 years now since I moved from San Francisco to Pittsburgh. The ladies here are super sweet. They do get busy so I do recommend calling ahead. It is a smaller shop (Which I love ) so the staff is not large but they do a great job and take the time to get to know you. And they are clean!!! Oh and they just did some reModeling so they have brand new Spa chairs. It's a very chill place to be and relax. One thing I have to say is Sophie sister do amazing acrylics. Sophie is particularly amazing at free handing and coming up with cool ideas on your nails. So pick a few colors and let her do her magic trust me she's good at what she does . Read Less

It takes two to run a successful salon, and I stay faithful to the staff because their so welcoming everytime I arrive to when I leave. The eyebrow lady really know how to shape brows, however, I went there 4 times and each time, I had little scabs on my brow area. Well, the last time I went my upper lip was burned from the wax! I had a dark scab for about two weeks and now a scar. I thought I felt in more pain when I left and remember feeling throbbing. But I had no idea it was going to turn into a burn! Amazing family owned business.Alicia did my toes so was so professional and gentle soft touch. Nails by Sophie she was very friendly and professional as well, she did them exactly how I wanted them. I honestly thought Alicia was fresh out of high school because she looks so young and youthful but don't be fooled she's a professional and she's not a teen even though she looks great .. *Yelped almost all nail salons in the area and bella had by far the best reviews!Just had my nails done by Linda and she did an amazing job on my gel mani and basic pedi!  I'm just in town visiting parents but definitely will pass the word around to friends and fam in the area! I love this place. I'll be making it my new Go-To spot and bringing my friends and family. The staff are all very personable, friendly and genuine. I love how my nails came out, that Sophie was gentle with my hands (I have arthritis) and that she is easy to feel comfortable with. The lady next to me showed a picture to her tech, and asked for specific alterations to the style and the tech was very accommodating and pleasant. I've been to places where they get pissed over that. My Husband got a pedicure and loved it. They were on it. We'll definitely be back. UPDATE. Went back to get a fill.
