I came here once a few months ago on a whim, but I was SO pleased with the service and results! I continued going to my regular nail salon which is closer to my job, but today I had a "mommy's ME day" and wanted to come back. I rode around for 30 mins looking for this place (which should tell you how awesome they are for me to waste gas) but couldn't for the life of me remember the name or exact location. Long story short, I FOUND IT! Now this is my second time coming and I'm ready to break up with my other nail lady officially now! I had extremely bad calluses on both feet, but when I tell you after that paraffin treatment, OMG! Those callus are gone and my feet are as smooth as my baby's. I've been coming here for a long time, before the remodel when prices were low and cheap. Now for gel acrylics & pedi it's 90$. Very, very, VERY expensive. Kim and the other guy are the only people who do acrylics the best. The others do not know how to shape. If the prices were lower I'd start going back but for right now I am on the search for a new salon. Read Less

Good prices but staff is not friendly... Lady doing my nails spoke to me maybe 3 times and that was to ask me what color I wanted and if she had trimmed my nails short enough. Everybody knows what they're doing and I've never had a bad set of nails or a bad experience with pedicures. They even have wine available and will offer you something to drink even if it's a cold bottle of water! They have the newest things available and are very well trained! Read Less

Don't believe the hype!I heard this place looks nice inside, and yes they have that going for them selves, but that's about it!From the beginning of my pedicure the tech, Lenny, was doing a half ass job.  Then I go to the nail tech Kim, who was highly suggested,  and she was nice but not friendly.  I decided I wanted a new full set, I swear my right hand wasn't buffed out either enough or not at all!  I can see ridges at the base of my nail, but my left hand looks decent. It's the next morning and my pedicure looks worse than before I walked in that place, my cuticles on my hands look so beat up!I basically paid and tipped more for substandard quality of service just to sit in a pretty nail shop. I am highly upset with this salon ! I've came here on and off since they opened a couple years ago. I can finally say my last visit was REALLY MY LAST VISIT! I usually only come here if it's my last option because my NAILS ALWAYS BREAK! I don't know if it's the acrylic they use or what. I literally said to myself don't go here your nails always break. I should have listened to myself not even a week later and my nail broke. My nails NEVER break ONLY WHEN I COME HERE ! I'm so upset especially because this place charges WAY TOO MUCH for cheaply done nails. Kimberly did a beautiful job on my gel pedicure. The facility is beautiful and clean. Chandeliers and gold mirrors adorn the large spacious salon. Gift certificates available. I am so disappointed! I came here for a mani & pedi & the outcome is horrible. They have cheap nail polish & my nails are bulky. I got gel/shellac on June 14 and 2days later my polish is peeling!!!!! My pedicure is sloppy. Please ladies don't waste your time here. Read Less

If I could give negative stars I would!! Listen to the bad reviews, they're not just being harsh, as I thought!! I went in & asked for an American manicure NOT a French manicure; I asked the woman to clarify and make sure she knew what I wanted or even if she knew how to do it. She assured me she did. She didn't have a clue how to do it, or in my opinion probably any manicure!! She was awful & kept wiping my nails off with a paper towel and reapplying paint; I have about 6 coats of stark white on my nails. My nails are rough, messy and look way unfinished! I've never had anyone do nails like that & now I know why; she had no clue what she was doing and she knew she didn't know!! She told me at the end she only charged me $30 instead of $35 because she knew I was unhappy. I told her, next time if you don't know how to do something or don't have the supplies for it, don't say that you do! The lady at the register asked & I told her; an hour for something I didn't want that looks awful.She asked if I wanted to come back. It was my very first time ever coming here, at first I wasnt too sure just because the wait seemed long, however it was worth it, Kim and Brian were really nice and friendly and Kim did my nails exactly how I wanted. I got the serenity manicure which was AMAZING, my little sister was happy with her nails and my daughter was sooo happy with her princess manicure. Not the best customer service for new clients. The person that greeted me at the door pointed towards the rear of the building told me to go and pick a nail polish. Then I was never escorted to the salon chair so I just stood around and final a woman that didn't speak English to well waved me down to come to her... 😨😨😨 Read Less

I have only been to this nail salon twice and I've been absolutely happy with the outcome so far. The first time I came the girl with blonde hair in the first from to the far left cut me real bad but nothing I couldn't handle. This time Bryan helped me and he was so great!! They're so nice here and they look real clean. I've been really happy with them and I'll keep coming back to them whenever I get a chance. Love Dan went into serenity nail spa for my first time with a custom design and he completely slayed the set. They're setting features big Queen chairs and beautiful sinks, towel dry. They're very good @ making your nails look nice but my nails have been throbbing for 3 days now and I don't think that's normal either the equipment she used was dirty or she filed down my nails w/ the dremel too much I will not be going there no more they're pricey also $55 for my nails and they were just acrylic w/ clear polish on top and I didn't even get them long. HORRIBLE!!! Do Not Come Here!!! *UPDATE!* Actually it was 2 Days Later! And ALL of my nails were the same even though it's not shown in the picture! You offered me the same service which I DENIED because It wasn't going to Last!! I needed my Manicure to last for a WEEK because I had to work with my hands! Don't ever come here! Kim's husband can't do nails he made my tips super uneven especially my thumb nails. And it wasn't worth the price! He charged me $35 for plain french tips hate it herebetter off at Tammys nail salon  in Pinole. Read Less

I've been here for a pedicure and Kimberly did an amazing job. The next time i decided to get my nails done , the guy with the tattoo did an amazing job. I went back last week for a fill and the lady who i think is the manager did my nails. First of all she's stank and has an attitude. I got my nails done last Friday, so far 3 of my nails have broken. I went back Saturday after the first one broke and she fixed it. I'm from Hayward where nails do not cost $30 for a regular fill. So i wasted $36 on some damn nails that are breaking. Beware of the lady/manager who sits in front middle seat. The acrylic was too thin and she did a rush job. I loved my pedicure but im not coming back to this place. Waste of damn money!!!! Read Less

The pedi overall was decent, but when I was asked about trimming my toe nails, she told me " you cut them yourself, I can tell". They were actually trimmed at my last pedi & felt insulted a bit. When my pedi was done I sat at the nail dry station, after 5 min the girl who did my pedi came and turned it off and said your good & walked away. I hadn't even paid yet. The customers around me paid while they were drying. I was kind of shoved out the door. It was my first time here & I would try it again but with a different nail tech.
